Today I bought I curd container Mrp 60 Pkd 10th May I am attaching images it was wattery...at least one bowl of water ...this is first time I got such a bad quality product from you ..expect for replacement

Dear Sir, I have purchased some items but two items are defective. Mother dairy white bread(Rs 40) eaten by rat and leaked packet of curd(Rs 30). Purchased from Mother dairy booth 15831 Greater noida . Same problem happen last year also. Can you do something for me to refund of Rs70.p

Respected sir, today in morning i have visited mother dairy no 18842.. to buy milk and bread.. first the bread were selling at more than mrp.. the shopkeeper charge me mrp of hills.. the bread is of 30 he charge me 35.. when i asked him he get rude with me and started shouting at me.. the crowd was staring at me.. and i have to go from their..he was giving me threats also..please sir give your attention on this..

Taste of milk was different and not good for 3 4 days.. I think water is being mixed.

I have been using mother dairy products since many decades and never had any issues but since last two weeks taste of toned milk (poly pack) is doubtful whether it's original or not Booth number 1511, Rohini sector-110extension

आज के अखबार में विज्ञापन निकला है कि 15 और अ6 मई 2021 को तरबूज 9रूपये 80 पैसे किलो मिलेगा । परंतु जब मैं अपने नजदीकी आउटलेट G-22 सेक्टर 7 में लेने गया तो तरबूज अछि मात्रा में उपलब्ध है। जब भाव पूछा तो रेट 15 रुपये 90 पैसे बताया । जब मैंने संचालक का ध्यान विज्ञापन की ओर दिलाया तो उसके पास पहले का स्टॉक है। नया माल नही। कृपया बताएं कि ऐंसे विज्ञापन का ग्राहकों के लिए क्या लाभ है।

When we took milk at store number 41, they get your container inside the store to give half from inside and half from the machine kept outside. And it had 750 ml lesser then we paid. Previously observed that the machine also does not work properly and miss token most of the time. Can this issue be sorted at the earliest please.

I m Rahul Sinha, according to retailers near my house Ashok Gen Store, there was scheme of mother dairy we have card of same saying that take milk for 25 day 5 days milk will be free.

We have completed 25 days and today we went to take free milk he denied that company is not supplying to them.

This how u treats your customers?

I bought 8 ltr of tonned milk (1 kg pack) this morning from booth No.779 (East End Apartment, Opp New Ashok Nagar Metro Station, Mayur Vihar, Delhi-96). When I used first pack (out of 8 pkt) in the evening, milk got ejaculated immediately. Same thing was happened with the second pkt.
When I made this complaint to Booth owner (No.779) in late evening, he refused to listen my complaint. He refused to change remaining milk and told me to take up this matter with mother dairy. He even refused to lodged complaint with Mother diary and directed me to do so.
Annoyed with his behaviour, I left all remaining 6 pkt of milk at his booth and bought milk of other brand from other outlet

Few months back I complained for poor quality of milk, which was also not attended by him

At kailash nagar delhi 110031 mother dairy the shopkeeper is rude and his behaviour is very arogent to the consumers please solve this problem he also speak wrong words to customers... I hope certain athourity of mother dairy see and take action of our problem.

Complaint of booth no 974 Faridabad 121002. The caretaker of booth is not fit and capable to run the booth smoothly. He is so rude, misbehaved, and very very slow, not following corona protocol and busy in selling other products not related to mother diary like eggs, other brands breads which cause wasting of customer valuable times in this current corona time. Pls do the needful and replace the caretaker as soon as possible.

I have purchased 10 packets of milk(500 ml) from your outlet number 110 on 25/03/2021 and out of 10 packets 8 got indisposed. I have lodged a complaint on that day and the complaint number is 24. Inspite of several reminders the only answer I received was " the matter has been sent to marketing department". You are requested to look into the matter and refund the money or replace the items.

The sales person doesn't wear mask at all. When he was asked to put a mask, he just put it around the face without covering mouth and nose and started misbehaving that this is the maximum he can do with mask and won't cover his mouth and nose.
There are huge chances he might be distributing Covid virus with milk and other products with his arrogancy, stubbornness and misbehavior.
Additionally a lady stands with him inside the counter and with more negligence of covid measures i.e.. even without mask, she is selling the product.
Is she authorized to do the sales at counter?
Also has mother dairy given them the rights to distribute the virus along with their products, when the world is struggling with this pandemic and all our leaders and front end warriors are putting their life at stake to save our lives.

This is absolute negligence and carelessness of both the male and female and no one has the right to play with our life.
A serious action is must.

Milk provided by mother dairy outlet, plaza market, sector 9, rohini. Has sold milk to be used by 19th april, on 18th april late hours. Milk received is sour and has burst before it could boil.

The seller is not even accepting his mistake.

The F&V outlet no. 81809, situated opposite H.N. B-203, near MB no. 817, Sec -26, Noida refuse to accept payment through Mother Dairy Smart Card by giving different excuses.
Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
