I bought 8 ltr of tonned milk (1 kg pack) this morning from booth No.779 (East End Apartment, Opp New Ashok Nagar Metro Station, Mayur Vihar, Delhi-96). When I used first pack (out of 8 pkt) in the evening, milk got ejaculated immediately. Same thing was happened with the second pkt.
When I made this complaint to Booth owner (No.779) in late evening, he refused to listen my complaint. He refused to change remaining milk and told me to take up this matter with mother dairy. He even refused to lodged complaint with Mother diary and directed me to do so.
Annoyed with his behaviour, I left all remaining 6 pkt of milk at his booth and bought milk of other brand from other outlet

Few months back I complained for poor quality of milk, which was also not attended by him

At kailash nagar delhi 110031 mother dairy the shopkeeper is rude and his behaviour is very arogent to the consumers please solve this problem he also speak wrong words to customers... I hope certain athourity of mother dairy see and take action of our problem.

Complaint of booth no 974 Faridabad 121002. The caretaker of booth is not fit and capable to run the booth smoothly. He is so rude, misbehaved, and very very slow, not following corona protocol and busy in selling other products not related to mother diary like eggs, other brands breads which cause wasting of customer valuable times in this current corona time. Pls do the needful and replace the caretaker as soon as possible.

I have purchased 10 packets of milk(500 ml) from your outlet number 110 on 25/03/2021 and out of 10 packets 8 got indisposed. I have lodged a complaint on that day and the complaint number is 24. Inspite of several reminders the only answer I received was " the matter has been sent to marketing department". You are requested to look into the matter and refund the money or replace the items.

The sales person doesn't wear mask at all. When he was asked to put a mask, he just put it around the face without covering mouth and nose and started misbehaving that this is the maximum he can do with mask and won't cover his mouth and nose.
There are huge chances he might be distributing Covid virus with milk and other products with his arrogancy, stubbornness and misbehavior.
Additionally a lady stands with him inside the counter and with more negligence of covid measures i.e.. even without mask, she is selling the product.
Is she authorized to do the sales at counter?
Also has mother dairy given them the rights to distribute the virus along with their products, when the world is struggling with this pandemic and all our leaders and front end warriors are putting their life at stake to save our lives.

This is absolute negligence and carelessness of both the male and female and no one has the right to play with our life.
A serious action is must.

Milk provided by mother dairy outlet, plaza market, sector 9, rohini. Has sold milk to be used by 19th april, on 18th april late hours. Milk received is sour and has burst before it could boil.

The seller is not even accepting his mistake.

The F&V outlet no. 81809, situated opposite H.N. B-203, near MB no. 817, Sec -26, Noida refuse to accept payment through Mother Dairy Smart Card by giving different excuses.

Its pertaining booth 0035 kalkaji behind kalkaji police station. I m a regular customer of mother dairy for 10 years now, I wanted 15 litres of toned packet milk, I was made to wait for 15 minutes as milk truck had just arrived, after that not giving me milk as they said you are demanding too much milk. I m sorry to say these two booth assistants are extremely rude and they keep doing so from time to time. Kindly take action.i had told them I wanted 15 litres milk but they refused after making me wait .hope mother dairy improves customer experience.

The supplier of eggs is not wearing any mask and not following social distancing norms. MOTHER Dairy Booth No.977 Ashoka Enclave Part2 opposite Saffron School Sector 37 Faridabad 121003.. This supplier of Eggs is arrogant and rigid against Wearing any mask. He is not following any Covid Appropriate Behavior . He has refused to wear any Mask and says Covid will Not harm him.

Mother dairy in sector-22 A block, the person seller on this mother dairy doesn't know how deal with customers he is very slow and when someone says he replies arrogantly . He serves the people who he know first doesn't matter who is coming first . I want you to take strict action against him as soon as possible .

I am a resident of Taj Apartment, Ghazipur, Delhi-110091.Behind our society is a mother dairy booth. The owner can be usually found smoking bidi in booth. Moreover his behavior is very arrogant. Sometimes the owner also bring his pet ( white color dog) to the shop. I request you to please take some strict action.

The milk quality was just heck ..
We are regular customer of MOTHER DAIRY ...
But to our surprise we bought an ½ litre Full cream . The expiry date was 08 April 2021 . (Writing this review on 07 April 2021). When we started to boil the milk we saw some green insects and substances popping out of the milk. 🥛

I am regular user of loose milk/ token milk. At pitampura there is mother dairy booth no 546. The taste of milk is not good since some days. It seems some water is mixed in the milk either at milk booth no 546 or somewhere else. Plz do random check at mother dairy booth no 546 and ensure the quality of milk.

Mother dairy Milk shop no. 776, inside kalyanvas residency does not have most products like buttermilk, ice creams, toned milk. The shop opens only for 2 hours in morning and 2 to 3 hours in evening, no online payment is there for anyone only cash option is available. And behaviour should be improved .
