I am a senior citizen, resident of E-106/3A, Street No. 7, Krishna Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.

I visited at 9.15 PM on 24 February, 2021 Mother Dairy Shop No. 123 located at B2, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.
I demanded 3 Litre toned milk. But the shopkeeper said to me, " Toned milk is not available, you can take full cream milk."

I have observed several time that about between 9 PM to 10 PM,
he wants to sell less demanded milk.

Please advise him suitably to avoid such tactics and take appropriate action against him.

Kindly inform me accordingly.

I want to say that your booth no. 14845 located in stellar mi citi homes omicron 3 greater noida 201310 . The booth person has no milk for two days neither full cream nor toned . I just said to booth person for keeping sufficient milk as I am a regular person of mother dairy milk . He shouted upon me and said to me, " Milk booth hamari marzi se chalega tumahre hisab se nahi jaha complaint karni hai ker do and much more . So you are requested to take action against him asap .

i have waited for 2 months with no resolution, if i do not get a solution soon i will be going to the consumer forum with the same

Sir I got a call from noukri.com regarding job they told you have been shortlisted for mother dairy company you have to do registration with charge of 2750.they told u will get an interview call from motherdairy. and then they told trianing for 4 months so u have to pay 9500 then they told orientation program will held in noida for internship program for this u have to pay 14000 and in 5 days courier will receive in that job call letter, passbook, verification letter, and airtickets. after that they told housing faciliti of flat so for that u have to pay 20, 500 so i refused to give and i cancelled so they told mi to fill the form of refund after that they told charge of that form 8694 and gst 9466 after that they i received a message dear candidate your chalan no.052/6178/2021 and chalan amount 35541 paid in court within 6 hours officer team visit your home.

I Deepti Ahuja residence of the Lajpat nagar 1st would like to give the complaint of the mother dairy both 15207 on 14/01/2021 at3:00evening

I just went to purchase butter milk for which I just ask the price of small packet the aforesaid person was in drunk state and started misbehaving and abusing me for which I registered my complaint on the customer care no which is :[protected] called around 03:02in the evening for which the person started taking my photos and videos the executive shared my complaint number which is 1151860 yet the person started abusing after all this I just want this person to remove from the booth no :15207 as I feel it is not safe because he is trying to bully me as we feel that to being a regular customer this misconduct can create an other hopeless issue so please remove these young guys in drunkstate as I will also give a same complaint in grievance and the mother dairy head office too

I am herby attaching the photos to check that in wrong time the shop is opened daily and the misconduct is done by the same person

that's why i complain this things
also that the cow milk is not good for health even before 3 days back my wife was vomiting & felt not good when has taken Milk in night.

Sir/Madam,
This is regarding rude behavior of lady staff at Mother Dairy Booth no. 733 located at LSC, Pocket-2, Mayur Vihar-1, Delhi. The only lady staff at this booth is very rude to almost every costumer and get angry at minor issues. Recently, I got a 10 rs coin from this booth. The coin was very old, so I doubted its originality, but the lady and her husband convinced me that coin was not fake. But after few days, when I tries to use that coin at this shop, the lady very rudely refused to take the coin. Sir, the matter is not of 10 rs. The matter is of MISBEHAVIOUR. I live in Pocket-2 and talked to many persons of my society. All persons agreed about misbehaviour of the lady. It is, therefore, requested to please replace the lady with any polite staff or do needful as per your rules and regulations. You can ask any costumer at any time about the behaviour of the only lady staff at this booth. Hoping for necessary action. Thank You.

Ghee colour is pale yellow colour and suspicious about quality. Ordered via amazon. Ghee colour is too yellow like some chemicals are added. Since for quality of product, Amazon is not responsible so raising question to Mother dairy. Though whatever decision mother dairy take, I cannot afford to try product of this brand.
