This is regretfully inform you that yesterday those milk packets i bought found milk taste is so pathetic and it's smelling.

I am buying milk more than 5 year yesterday my experience was so bad.

If you required i have collect milk sample you guys can collect to me and chek milk quality something is wrong with in

Dear sir, this side mohan bharti from ghaziabad mobile number’s is [protected], sir you have a mother dairy booth at patel nagar ghaziabad, booth no is 857, as you know this time situation very bad in all over world, virus is spreading every where & things also, there is a little chance of spreading from currency exchange, that is why our government has encouraged cashless transactions, and upi is best option of this, but your both number 857 operators always refused to money by upi, if customer try to made by home... And always arguing to this topics to many customers.. For example, if i send my father to get mother dairy products and tries to give money by upi bar code from home, he refuses... The upi bar code picture of this booth already in my phone... So plz tell me if our seniors citizens doesn’t operate upi, paytm, bhim etc as chance of phishing.. Please tell us how will they pay??
I have video recording of misbehave by your both operator...

This is regarding mother dairy both no:18878 (Address: indirapuram, ghaziabad (Near shipra sun city gate no-4).

He is trying to sell me the leakage 1kg full milk, i asked to replace the same and he started misbehaving and arguing and asked me to don't come to this mother dairy both again to purchase milk.

Please take the action.

We have purchased 1kg mother dairy full cream milk in today morning and the when we boils the milk it get burst or milk turned sour

I go n raise complaint to shopkeper he abused me n not replace my product then before 3 days i register complaint to mother dairy n my complaint no response they just said 1 day 2 day 3 day plz help me

The billing machine of this booth has been faulty for more than three months. It is quite sad that despite several complaints the mother diary/safal has not been addressed this issue. The booth vendor is taking advantage of this faulty machine and he got caught red handed couple of weeks back for manipulating the weighing machine. I immediately lodged a complaint and a person called ajay came to the booth and verified the complaint and got a written apology signed by the booth agent. However, even after so many days, the billing machine is still lying idle and the agent has started showing rude behavior towards me because of my complaint about the machine. It is quite surprising that even after so many mails sent to consumer. [protected]@motherdairy.com, no response has been received so far prompting me to using this platform as a next step. Hope you will address the issue highlighted here so that any inconvenience that may cause to customers can be avoided.

Today i bought 2 litre mother dairy cow milk which is valid till 23/05/2020 but when i boiled it, it suddenly burst.

I had purchased a full box of kulfi sticks for 400 rupees by mistake i got confused about the flavour, upon returning from my house within ten minutes, he refused to exchange a seal packed box saying he will not change it.
