Today, on 11/05/2020, in the morning when I boil my milk in the saucepan, the milk get burst. I need to get fresh milk in place of it.

I am a student and i have just visited a mother dairy outlet located in gandhi vihar, new delhi. There i bought 2 packets of lassi and gave him 30₹ but he rejected to take my money as one of the 10₹ note was slightly cut and re-joined but it has its serial number intact and is fair under the rbi guidelines. When i asked him as why he is not accepting my note he misbehaved with me and was conuter-arguing and he was not attending me. I was totally dissatisfied with the behaviour of this person in the outlet as my note was totally fine under rbi guidelines. I expect polite service and customer satisfaction from a reputed company like mother dairy as i am a regular customer of yours. Please look after this outlet.

Quality of the milk is very poor in mother dairy shop having address at d-1, dda flats, pocket - 3, bindapur, dwarka new delhi, bindapur-uttam nagar, delhi - 110059, near veer bazaar chowk.

Also, the shop in charge denied from this and shout at the consumers. This is very bad and hopes mother dairy will do something in this regard.

Please take immediate action in the matter and try to improve the quality of milk at above-mentioned mother dairy shop.

On 2nd may i took paneer from nfc d block milk booth no 38 with manufacturing date of 28.4.20. Later when i tasted it was sour. On complaint the attended refused to take it back or further raise to supplier. The attitude was very ride and non cooperative. Quality of paneer can be judged only after opening the packets, we at the best can check the date of manufacturing before buying. Look forward for a suitable corrective action from relevant responsible authorities.

The owners, husband & wife, are very disrespectful & rude with all customers. When asked the price or availability of any product, instead of responding to the questions and providing necessary information, they begin misbehaving. This behavior is absolutely uncalled for, especially when they have not displayed individual price tag of any item. Today they have misbehaved & harsh with no reason. You can test this as a customer, just ask them the availability & price of the items then note down their response.

Their rude and impolite response is to look at the printed price list which is very faded & barely visible.

In sales, for a shop owner, customer service is o[censored]tmost importance. They should be humble & polite.

During this incident, at least 4 other customers were also present. Everyone said they have had similar experience and have been fed up of their behavior.
They are v much confident that there are no action against them for any complaint as they said jao complaint karo or 10 logo say bhi karwao par kuch nahi hoga.
Living in the neighborhood for decades, i know this has been their behavior for years and it is not getting any better. Due to their rude and pathetic behavior never buy any items from them. However, due to the lock down, unfortunately, i entered this shop due to limited stock availability at ayur vigyan nagar booth.

Living in ayur vigyan nagar & working at aiims, being at the front line fighting hard against covid, we don't expect such disregard from these shop keeper.

I would please request to look into this matter and take strict action.

Mother dairy safal vegetable and fruit shop located at dda market sector 13 rohini delhi
The person working here are very rude and sometimes don't even wear mask. Rate card are not marked on the products and don't give bill. It seems they are charging more as we can't see how much they have priced that particular vegetable or fruit so please kindly check it as they are charging more.

I frequently visit mother dairy booth 604 for essential items. Out of nowhere, the booth operator started misbehaving with me on 30th april 2020 at 6pm. I was talking to him very politely but it was of no use. I, being a 54 year old senior citizen cannot tolerate all this. The matter was i simply told him to keep the milk carton in my bag and he refused very rudely but after that he calmed himself. Then i suggested him to not be so rude otherwise anyone can complaint against you. The next day he came shouting at me that how can you threat me like this and started misbehaving and shouting. Please, something should be done against this kind of behaviour. The booth owner has given the booth to some wrong people who are misbehaving with the customers. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

What is the issue with your booths, today i went to my nearest booths, booth no 663 delhi he said he will not accept payment from paytm, in this time where everything can be infected with this virus and he is not accepting digital payment, why i am surprised

We at suncity sector 54 gurugram 122011 haryana experiencing acute problem of prices of vegetables and fruits as there is no display of price tags on the items sold out from this outlet. Located at suncity arcade suncity market complex. The sales person is charging double the prices in comparison to other dayal outlets in gurugram. Quality of fruits and vegetables are rotten and at time no fit for human consumption. The sales person have been asked to display price lists on the products but it has fallen in deaf ears time and again. Many a times the counter person does not issue receipt of the items purchased from the outlet. Many people have complaint about his upkeep of the outlet. Cleanliness and hygiene is much to be desired on any given day. Sr. Citizens are made to stand in queue for a longer time.

I went to mother dairy today at 7o'clock in the evening, but the booth operator refused to give milk that there is no milk. While giving milk to females and not maintaining social distance. He don't have manners, he is talking like abusing. There was truck unloading of milk. People are standing in que for hours. People are asking him when will you give milk he is very rude and not replying. Some time he go for toilet for hours and keep people waiting. So i request to change this operator as he is not enough trained how to behave customers. Kindly take an action against him.

Sir, i purchased 7% fat milk 3 litter.. and expiry date mentioned on Milk packet is 24 April 2020.. but When I boiled the milk it burst..

Mother dairy booth near clock tower Hari Nagar New Delhi 110064 not written vegetables rates or not showing list of rates daily provide by mother dairy products if asked they says leni hai too loo ya kahi or se le loo.

I am a regular customer since many years of mother dairy, i had a complain registered as no. 989343, as my 1 packet out of 5 packets got spoilt before the expiration date and had to be either refunded or exchanged as i should be getting another paneer packet. When i logged a complain then i was assured that i would get a call from area sales manager within 24 hours and it will be exchanges and i dont have to worry, but when i got no call till now and i called on toll free [protected] then i was told that complaint is completed, then how the hell it has been completed when i got no call. Morover i bought this paneer from both no. 851 of ghaziabad and a buy stuffs from there regularly, i complained about this to the booth owner and he gave me a no of mr. Sandeep that is [protected], i called him several times and then got him on line, he told that he needs a registered complaint no to proceed, i got the complaint registered from mother dairy toll free no and called him again to give him this complaint no 989343 but since yesterday he is not picking up my phone. So this is the customer service you all provide to those customers who have been spending 5-10 thousands rupees per month to buy your products.

I went to mother dairy today at 10 o'clock in the morning and 4 o'clock in the evening to get milk, but the booth operator refused to milk that there is no milk. While giving milk to someone else in front of me, for this i talked to him he said” ja ja apna kam kar this booth operator is usually misbehaving the customers every day and have no manner how to behave the customer. I request you to take strong action against...”

This is time inform you that frozen peas packet of 500 mg, date of packing february 20, batch no. A120040gpi was rotten and smelling rancid.
This was purchased by me from our local seller unique pastry shop at lajpat nagar - ii, new delhi -110024, two days back, our shop keeper suggested to book direct complaint. This is for the same.

Greetings for the day!
I was using mother dairy milk for last so many years, but during lock-down period my 4litre milk was split in the evening dated 08.04.2020 on the same date of purchase of same 4 litre milk in the morning dated 08.04.2020 and the batch code of expiry written on milk packet is 09 apr 20 n x 8 m (03) (Refer to my previous complaint on dated 09.04.2020 at 9:30am), then i request mother dairy booth no.140 to provide me the same day milk of mother dairy vehicle daily coming 2 times in a day at mother dairy booth no.140, one timing is 8:00am in the morning and the other next timing is 8:00pm in the evening. After my 4litre milk split i requested mother dairy booth in-charge to provide me the same vehicle receiving date milk i. E. Today dated 12.04.2020 if i go to mother dairy booth to collect the milk he should provide me expiry batch code of milk i. E. 14 apr 20 n x (+2 days expiry written on the packet received in today's mother dairy vehicle) but he is providing me the batch code of 13 apr 20 m x1m i. E. Mother dairy booth no. 140 is providing the previous day vehicle lot. On daily basis mother dairy booth no.140 incharge is mis-behaving that either you take my this preserved milk packets of yesterday vehicle or go back to other place as mother dairy booth no.140 has not ordered today milk in today vehicle neither in the morning nor in the evening.
The local selling vendors at nearby places is giving the amul milk having +2days batch code on the packets. Now i am not purchasing the mother dairy milk from the mother dairy booth no.140 as he is not providing me the services and requirement of same day vehicle milk. This is happening on everyday basis during lock-down period. You can personally audit and see the behavior or response of mother dairy booth in-charge either himself or his son behaving rudely and tell that milk is not available in today's vehicle and milk is not ordered. Now daily i am preferring to buy the amul milk from local supplier having the batch code of +2 days from the same day vehicle delivery on daily basis. I would recommend mother dairy to close the booth if mother dairy is not able to maintain or provide services as per customer needs. I will always remember the mother dairy team for not providing good services to customers during lock-down period.
