    yesterday i boutght a brik ice cream mrp is 220 of 2 briks. i told to mother dairy shop no 819 which is located in noida sector-22 i purchase a single brik only they charge me 130 of one brik is a fraud on mother dairy shop no 819,
    2 brik is 220
    so 1 brik is only 110
    they also making a roude behevare also on this shop

      Sir,

      This is time inform you that frozen peas packet of 500 mg, date of packing february 20, batch no. A120040gpi was rotten and smelling rancid.
      This was purchased by me from our local seller unique pastry shop at lajpat nagar - ii, new delhi -110024, two days back, our shop keeper suggested to book direct complaint. This is for the same.

        Dear sir,
        Greetings for the day!
        I was using mother dairy milk for last so many years, but during lock-down period my 4litre milk was split in the evening dated 08.04.2020 on the same date of purchase of same 4 litre milk in the morning dated 08.04.2020 and the batch code of expiry written on milk packet is 09 apr 20 n x 8 m (03) (Refer to my previous complaint on dated 09.04.2020 at 9:30am), then i request mother dairy booth no.140 to provide me the same day milk of mother dairy vehicle daily coming 2 times in a day at mother dairy booth no.140, one timing is 8:00am in the morning and the other next timing is 8:00pm in the evening. After my 4litre milk split i requested mother dairy booth in-charge to provide me the same vehicle receiving date milk i. E. Today dated 12.04.2020 if i go to mother dairy booth to collect the milk he should provide me expiry batch code of milk i. E. 14 apr 20 n x (+2 days expiry written on the packet received in today's mother dairy vehicle) but he is providing me the batch code of 13 apr 20 m x1m i. E. Mother dairy booth no. 140 is providing the previous day vehicle lot. On daily basis mother dairy booth no.140 incharge is mis-behaving that either you take my this preserved milk packets of yesterday vehicle or go back to other place as mother dairy booth no.140 has not ordered today milk in today vehicle neither in the morning nor in the evening.
        The local selling vendors at nearby places is giving the amul milk having +2days batch code on the packets. Now i am not purchasing the mother dairy milk from the mother dairy booth no.140 as he is not providing me the services and requirement of same day vehicle milk. This is happening on everyday basis during lock-down period. You can personally audit and see the behavior or response of mother dairy booth in-charge either himself or his son behaving rudely and tell that milk is not available in today's vehicle and milk is not ordered. Now daily i am preferring to buy the amul milk from local supplier having the batch code of +2 days from the same day vehicle delivery on daily basis. I would recommend mother dairy to close the booth if mother dairy is not able to maintain or provide services as per customer needs. I will always remember the mother dairy team for not providing good services to customers during lock-down period.

          I would like to request to your booth has to take money via digital transaction. The booth next to mother dairy yelahanka they say minimum 200 rs for digital transaction. During this lock down situation booth owners are demanding for cash. This is not right and as per the rbi governor people should use digital transaction.
          The booth near yelahanka dairy owner says in dairy after cash collection they send milk to booth. I'm not sure this is true or not. Dairy booth owner not understanding current situation.

            This is an complaint against mother dairy booth no.871 regarding not followed social distance protocol properly.

            Shopkeeper is very ill mannered person he doesn't know how to speak with the customers as well as he didn't follow the social distance protocol inspite of awareness.

            Please take necessary action against him as earliest as possible.

              This is in reference to booth number 246 located inside harish park, kolkata in its northern side.
              It has been charging exorbitant prices (Much higher than mrp quoted on the product) and when questioned, they have been misbehaving with the customers using abusive languages, even with elderly and women.
              I would therefore earnestly request the appropriate authorities to take suitable measures against such misconduct.

                Greetings for the day!
                Lock-down period is going on in all over india and yesterday dated 08.04.2020 morning at 7:50am i visit mother dairy booth no.140 nearby my house to arrange the 4 litre milk (Double toned in packets). Mother dairy person mr mukh ram mobile no.[protected] provide me the 8nos of half litre double toned having the batch code "09 apr 20 n x 8 m (03) on the all 8nos half litre packets. After i come back within 10 minutes some packets i kept in freeze and some packet in freezer.in the late evening on dated 08.04.2020 i take out packet from the freeze and just boiled and found the milk get split, then i tried to boil the milk kept in the freezer and found milk get slit. It get emergency situation that whole family has to drink milk and we were unable to drink split milk and the mother dairy booth no.140 is going to close within 10 minutes i. E. 10pm, i start my vehicle and immediately rush to mother dairy booth with remaining half litre 6 nos packets having the batch code"09 apr 20 n x 8 m (03) but he refused to replace the milk so i immediately purchase the machine token toned milk in my container to feed the milk to my family.
                I am using double toned milk of mother dairy since many years and have not faced दूध फट गया issue in the past because i always checked the date on the packet and always take the batch ode having +2 date from the current date. But during current lock down period mother dairy booth person is arguing today dated 09.04.2020 that + 1 date on batch code is also ok and this is the fault of mother dairy vehicles and mother dairy company. He is arguing that you please complaint at mother dairy and this is not his fault.
                During lock down period it is very difficult to arrange the essential items and such type of situation i. E. Mother dairy milk has split (दूध फट गया) create panic situation to whole country.
                You are requested to look after the complaint of poor quality of mother dairy milk and the consumer has occur loss due to purchase of poor quality of milk.

                        Today i bought 3 packets of mother dairy cow milk. At the time of purchasing i did not noticed that there was a leak. After 10 minutes i found that there was something leaking in my bag, i checked it and i found that a packet of milk was leaking i went back to the shopkeeper and told what happened

                        The shopkeeper started giving explanation that there is no such packet leaking there is not a drop inside the crate. So i politely ask him that is it possible to replace the packet with a new one or i should go back. He again started speaking different things i started blaming me and i decided to come back

                        While coming back he mote me in front of other customers behind my back and this is why i am complaining you you and i request to take further action against the concerned shopkeeper of booth 590.

                        And i believe that misbehaving with customers and not replacing the damaged product is not a good practice for your organisation's image.

                            My name is nidhi sharma and i am a resident of hauz khas apartments, delhi -110016. We have your mother dairy outlet in our society for milk and other dairy products. Their is this middle aged man (Has a moustache and wears specs) working on this outlet since soooo many years. From day 1 he has been really rude and arrogant and we really ignore that always. But today he behaved really badly with me and my husband and when i checked on him for this so he started shouting and answering back saying “ that i am like this only do whatever u want to do, this is my tone and i will talk like this only “”. I want to lodge a complaint against this man and his behaviour. Please see i[censored] can do anything regarding this else i will have to file a complaint against him to police.

                                This is is reference to my purchase of mother dairy dahi (Rs. 10/=). A set of six such dahi was bought from mother dairy booth no. 617 located in c4e janak puri. The said dahi was of deteriorated quality and had a bitter taste. 2 of the dahi had a frozen layer on the top and the rest had a bitter taste which can harm consumers health. The two sealed dahi are kept with the undersigned as a proof of bad taste which can be cross verified by area incharge (If any). So please see to it and do the needful.

Our hon'ble pm has requested of not hoarding and storing these neccessary commodities during this coronavirus scare but we should also make sure not to encourage these black marketings.

                                    Hi team, this is with regards to mother dairy booth no 668 located in gh-14, paschim vihar where the booth operator has lot of behavior issue and doesn't know how to deal with customers. This has come to light when i tried to return 6 pcs of mango yogurt to booth which i purchased this morning i. E. 19th march 2020. I tried one in regular fashion which to my surprise appeared to be improper in taste though it had the expiry date of 21st march 2020 so i went back asking for full refund to which he started with his high tone of refunding 5 leaving the one which was opened. On discussion i clearly told him how would a person judge the taste of content unless he tries one of it and clearly i was expecting him to be humble to state that he would take it to manufacturer for further justification but my expectation went all in vein. The people residing nearby are also pissed off with his rude tone and behavior hence i request you to kindly take quick actions against him.

                                      3/1/2020 this day liquid milk which is coming container seller are selling there milk to tea person. Selling person always saying this milk not for domestic purpose this is for commercial propose.
                                      This milk is real for commercial possessor
                                      Seller is selling the milk to tea seller.
                                      That why home use person are not gating milk.
                                      This is thakurpukur bazar near vivekananda college

                                        Hi team,

                                        This complain is regarding the shopkeeper at booth no. 166, dwarka sector 8, bagdola, raj nager extension..

                                        His attitude is very rude towards customer, specially towards those who are doing online transaction, firstly he attends only cash paid customer and ask online transaction people to be side from que.. His language is very bad and shows so much attitude as if he is the sole proprietor of whole mother dairy.. Please look into and take immediate action, giving him warning to lower down his attitude towards customer else we will stop purchasing milk, there are many other options available..
