Good morning sir,
This is to you that i am a person from locality bhogal, in our locality we have a only booth of mother dairy (Booth no:-56), the owner of the booth don't have knowledge how to talk with people and he also abuses the customer after the have taken the product and in evening the start drink alcohol in huge amount and which causes drama in our locality.
I have a very simple request that please change the partially owner of the booth no 56, i will be really thankful if you make a good decision.

Maine aaj Sabah 03/10/2019 ko 1kg ka curd ka pouch booth no 635 se liya .curd ka packet kholne par Uss mein se jo curd nikali wo ajeeb tarah ki thi .na to USS curd mein water mix ho rha tha .ek dum lavy ki tarah ajeeb si cheez nikali.mein booth wale pe gaya to kuch bhi nahin Hua.plz tell me what can I do in this situation

I am citizen of pul pehlad pur area, mother booth no. 18007 comes under our area. The person who is selling vegetable there, does allow to buy cheap veges to only those customer who he knows very well. However if a new or not regular customer comes to buy cheap vege, he argue and does not allow to him to buy. And he has now put a notice board stating the condition to buy cheap vege. Please look into it.

I want to inform you that mother dairy booth no. 613 (Janakpuri) operator (Koushlendra singh) is not available on booth no. -613, time between 7:00am to 12:00pm. Only your helper (Raj) is available on booth whole day. I think your operator (Koushlendra singh) is doing two job. How it is possible that one person is working two companies in same time, this is fraud. U can track between 7:00am to 12:00pm. It's daily ruteen that helper is not available on booth in morning, plz check carefully and take action.

I’m pursuing my btech in food technology and have visited industries as well i know the guidelines and rules related to industry.
The person selling products in mother dairy near my locality that is near polic colony, south ex -2 near gate no:9. He is a fraud he makes extra money. He sells the products in higher rate than the mrp given on it! Though the differences are just of 5-10 rs but it’s a fraud thing and against the guidelines and rules so iam tottaly against it.
Please do something related to this.

1litre cow milk bought from mother dairy booth no.645paschim. Vihar new delhi found to be sour on opening the pouch within 15 minutes of purchase this had happened third time within a month.
I have sent the same for laboratory test and will file for penal action as this is happening quite frequently. The concerned authority please look into this matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.

Second time in one week, 1litre tonned milk bought from mother dairy booth no.15812 greater noida is broken immediately while boiling within 15 minutes of purchase. On opening the packet, acidic bitter smell was coming out. This is second time happening with me. I thing something is wrong with this booth. The concerned authority please look into this matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.

We found a peanut skin in the packed butter milk we purchased earlier today around 01:30 pm.
Bar code read as follows:[protected]. The half broken peanut skin was floating inside the pack upon opening of the seal of the same. This happened on 5th of september 2019 and was purchased from t zen (Amul centre) located in tidel park 1st floor - chennai.

I give the resolution part to be taken by the company and also request you to take due care on the products manufactured by you in the future.

Sir, i bought a dahi packet from booth no 135. While buying, employee behaviour was very rude, angry, and partiality for online and offline mode of payment. I paid online money to booth and waiting but employee giving the product to all customer who is coming after me. Requesting to take action and reply me... I am a regular motherdiary customer.

This is with reference to mother dairy booth no. 617 located in c4e janak puri new delhi 110058. The undersigned purchased 6 sealed dahi worth rs. 10 each. When the seal was opened by the undersigned for consuming, the said product was full of water and was unfit for consumption. The undersigned complained to the above booth but the mother dairy but the mother dairy staff refused to take back the defective product. This kind of paid service is not expected by mother dairy. So please see to it and do the needful.

I had written a complaint of poor quality product of booth no. 617 on 04092019 through consumer complaints.in as well as at booth level.

Your supervisor telephonically contacted me on 05092019 but there was no response from your side to refund the amount nor to exchange the defective product.

Ironically, the field supervisor neither came to check the defectiveness.Instead, he is saying of some personal rivalry between the booth operators worler and the customer.

Please look into the complaint seriously in the light of above facts.

I am a residence of sector 46, noida and regularly brought milk and other product from mother dairy booth 18838 past couple of years. It has been observed that the booth owner mr. Sharma and co are very unprofessional in their behavior and always spoke to customer in rude manner. It is very disgusting and disturbing in the morning, when you are going to take some product the shopkeeper misbehaved you. Please take some action on him, so that they also feel that customer are equally important and to be respected.

I purchased mother dairy chach at balarsha station two guys came in train that had 19 rs mrp printed and batch number3392021c1 date mfd 21/07/2019, i feel i drank fake during as mrp is less of original. He took 20 as he did not had change.

As this is spoiling companies brand name, railway authenticity and black marketing. I was having doubt these are fake pricing but since both vendor had same pricing i bought on trusting brand name.

Now after drinking i am worried and concerned about my health..

Please catch those vendors and stop them spoiling others health.

That guy carried other products of other brands with fake price.

Not giving milk pack in cold (Temperature breach)
Not giving information like rates, when will original person arrive

I believe now this was handed over by sunil kumar to others without knowledge of mother dairy management and this spooling our experience @booth

We are a small retail entity who are selling all products including mother dairy products.
It is observed that the distributor who comes to distribute the products is very arrogant and misbehaving. He is very rude guy. His name seems to be maruti.
He do not come to our shop for asking if we require any products. He just comes and only distributes products to one retailer at our place and runs away. This has been observed many times. Whenever we ask the reason for it rudely answers us. He regrets to take any product in return.

Request you to please take a necessary action as we are loosing customers due to this. Customers are moving towards another products apart from mother dairy as the supply is very slow and rare.

Need your high intervention.

Your product mishti doi is very dirty. I regularly find hair, black particles, or dust.
I want to feed my kid but now i am getting worried about the hygiene u r preparing in and also the quality.

This is to bring in your notice about the inefficiency of the caretaker of Mother Dairy booth - 058, Mehrauli, New Delhi.
The shop caretaker is not at all upto mark and very inefficient in his job. He deliberately denies to whom he wish like . He never adhere to the time limits mentioned by himself on the booth. He is rude and misbehaving in nature with children and adults too. Mostly he is finished with the milk before the time and but somehow by some magic he is able to provide milk in the morning.
His uncivilized attitude is not welcomed by his costumers but they bear with it because of the reason that, it's the only Dairy at the location.

Please do look in the issue, which is a concern.

For the past over a month i am finding that the texture of toned milk packets purchased from mother dairy has changed. After boiling, the milk does not give any malai any more, whereas earlier there used be quite a bit. The texture of the milk is much thicker and is like homogenized milk. Please look into it and explain to us why this change has happened. Kindly rectify this problem.

Lodged complaint no. 864913 on dated 18/08/2019 and 820881 on dated 13/06/2019 but both complaints closed by your area incharge without any inspection and confirmation as confirmed by your customer care executive.

Is this right way to tracking of complaint???
Why m suffering due to this???

Two days ago i bought ice cream from a mother diary ice-cream seller hew gave me faul ice cream with no expiry date or manufacturing date he is amongst one of the Kolkata's distributer besically a mother dairy thela WALA TODAY WHEN I ASKED FOR MONEY BACK OR EXCHANGE OF THE ICE CREAM HE THREW THE ICE CREAM AND WENT AWAY LIKE A COWARD

I purchased high fat ultra 1 litre pack from d'mart seawood (W) today morning.
Immediately it was transferred to clean vessel to boil. It got torn and became like a curd. I have complained to dmart who paid me money back with complaint registered in their book. Thid has happened third time. Needs the quality of this brand to be tested. I have kept sample to send it to fda maha. To analyse for adulteration. Yuo can also collect it. I am rtd ias officer ex commr ah. My mob.[protected] for communication.
Mother dairy must be equated with quality.
Public faith must be maintained.

Photos not accepted by this dite saying its more than 2 mb. Even a single photo cannot be uploaded. Whats use of such options. Its like playing mischief with consumer.

I contacted at customer care on[protected] and breifed the complaint and was assured to be contacted by area - incharge in 42-72 hours but till this day no body contact me and when i am trying to contact at customer care again then no body is picking the phone and hence i am writing to you.
