This is with reference to mother dairy booth no. 617 located in c4e janak puri new delhi 110058. The undersigned purchased 6 sealed dahi worth rs. 10 each. When the seal was opened by the undersigned for consuming, the said product was full of water and was unfit for consumption. The undersigned complained to the above booth but the mother dairy but the mother dairy staff refused to take back the defective product. This kind of paid service is not expected by mother dairy. So please see to it and do the needful.

Dear sir,
I am a residence of sector 46, noida and regularly brought milk and other product from mother dairy booth 18838 past couple of years. It has been observed that the booth owner mr. Sharma and co are very unprofessional in their behavior and always spoke to customer in rude manner. It is very disgusting and disturbing in the morning, when you are going to take some product the shopkeeper misbehaved you. Please take some action on him, so that they also feel that customer are equally important and to be respected.

I purchased mother dairy chach at balarsha station two guys came in train that had 19 rs mrp printed and batch number3392021c1 date mfd 21/07/2019, i feel i drank fake during as mrp is less of original. He took 20 as he did not had change.

As this is spoiling companies brand name, railway authenticity and black marketing. I was having doubt these are fake pricing but since both vendor had same pricing i bought on trusting brand name.

Now after drinking i am worried and concerned about my health..

Please catch those vendors and stop them spoiling others health.

That guy carried other products of other brands with fake price.

Taking milk from last 2 years from booth no. 004 which was allocated to sushil (Kalkaji main road, new delhi 110019) but from last 2 months its being run by two different person not sushil kumar, who are misbehaving with people (Not giving information asked and treating customer arrogantly)
Not distributing as per line (Fifo)
Not giving milk pack in cold (Temperature breach)
Not giving information like rates, when will original person arrive

I believe now this was handed over by sunil kumar to others without knowledge of mother dairy management and this spooling our experience @booth

This is to inform you that i bought a mother dairy full cream milk and its m. R. P is 27 rupees but shopkeeper charge 33 rupees.
Next day, i bought a mother dairy cow milk and its m. R. P is 22 rupees but shopkeeper charge 28 rupees.

Shopkeepers charge 6 rupees extra from m. R. P.

We are a small retail entity who are selling all products including mother dairy products.
It is observed that the distributor who comes to distribute the products is very arrogant and misbehaving. He is very rude guy. His name seems to be maruti.
He do not come to our shop for asking if we require any products. He just comes and only distributes products to one retailer at our place and runs away. This has been observed many times. Whenever we ask the reason for it rudely answers us. He regrets to take any product in return.

Request you to please take a necessary action as we are loosing customers due to this. Customers are moving towards another products apart from mother dairy as the supply is very slow and rare.

Need your high intervention.

This is to bring in your notice about the inefficiency of the caretaker of Mother Dairy booth - 058, Mehrauli, New Delhi.
The shop caretaker is not at all upto mark and very inefficient in his job. He deliberately denies to whom he wish like . He never adhere to the time limits mentioned by himself on the booth. He is rude and misbehaving in nature with children and adults too. Mostly he is finished with the milk before the time and but somehow by some magic he is able to provide milk in the morning.
His uncivilized attitude is not welcomed by his costumers but they bear with it because of the reason that, it's the only Dairy at the location.

Please do look in the issue, which is a concern.

For the past over a month i am finding that the texture of toned milk packets purchased from mother dairy has changed. After boiling, the milk does not give any malai any more, whereas earlier there used be quite a bit. The texture of the milk is much thicker and is like homogenized milk. Please look into it and explain to us why this change has happened. Kindly rectify this problem.

Total 14 packets curdling of milk in last 2 months at my home. M lodging complaints continuously but no response from your side. My baby is suffering due to unavailability of milk.

Lodged complaint no. 864913 on dated 18/08/2019 and 820881 on dated 13/06/2019 but both complaints closed by your area incharge without any inspection and confirmation as confirmed by your customer care executive.

Is this right way to tracking of complaint???
Why m suffering due to this???

I need proper investigation on this and action plan which you are taking against defaulter.

I purchased high fat ultra 1 litre pack from d'mart seawood (W) today morning.
Immediately it was transferred to clean vessel to boil. It got torn and became like a curd. I have complained to dmart who paid me money back with complaint registered in their book. Thid has happened third time. Needs the quality of this brand to be tested. I have kept sample to send it to fda maha. To analyse for adulteration. Yuo can also collect it. Mother dairy must be equated with quality.
Public faith must be maintained.

I purchased a vanilla-brick on[protected] from mother-dairy booth located inside kendriya vihar sector - 56, gurgaon and found defective (Eg : taste of over-burnt milk and tasting tangy). I contacted at customer care on[protected] and breifed the complaint and was assured to be contacted by area - incharge in 42-72 hours but till this day no body contact me and when i am trying to contact at customer care again then no body is picking the phone and hence i am writing to you. Here is more information for your kind consideration :

MY wife got scared and astonished when she ate piece out of your company manufactured Ice-cream cake bought yesterday. while eating something hard struck between her teeth and broke into fragments as she tried to chew and got very scared as few red color pieces possibly plastic sort of material was spitted out by her.
Presence of such toxic and poisonous material is totally unacceptable to us as it could have been life threatening also. I will not tolerate this and forwarding this complaint to consumer forum also.
This type of negligence is dangerous to all of your consumers and society.

The vendors at store name: milk shop 806 overcharged me and when i confronted, they have started misbehaving with me.

When i go to buy things ta the shop, they talk rudely or make fun which is very embarrassing for me. They need to be changed and removed from their responsibilities at shop no. 806

Please help me and get them replaced by people who can properly manage the shop.

The person who is sitting on mother dairy boot no 705 is very rude and his bad behaviour is always make me engry he is not giving you proper response and always he is ready to argument with customers i am old customer of mother dairy and i have noticed that he is always give bad answer and comments on your questions and always show rudeness and bad language with customers. Kindly change this person from this mother dairy. He is not the owner of this mother dairy may be he is servent. Kindly change it.

I am a senior citizen 75 years old surviving on pension. I bought from mother dairy booth # 705 milk and gave rs 500. I bought 1 kg full cream and half 1/2 kg toned milk. The milk vendor gave me back rs 25 back and i forgot to collect rs 400. The moment i reached home i realised that i have not taken back rs 400. Immediately i rushed back to the booth and requested him to give my money back but he refused that he can't recall and advised me to come next morning. Today i went there and he refused to give the money back. It appears that he is delibrately doing so. I request you to get my hard earned money back.

Two months se mother dairy par jiski duty hai wo tang kar raha hai humesha rudely baat karta hai. Or jab rs 500 ka note lejao kehta hai change le kr aao nahi toh milk kahi or se lelo 20 saal se kabhi problem nhi huyi lekin jabse ye new duty lagi hai misbehave krta hai milk shop number haiy576 sector -16 rohini mai hai bhot pareshan krta hai upar se bolte hai tujh jaise bhot dekhe hai.. Yahi service deti hai mother diary yaha toh change kare officer ko.. Milk button dusra khud press krta hai galti khud krta hai paise customer se leyta hai pure or milk kam deta hai.

I had purchased mother dairy live lite sterilized homogenised double toned milk and on opening the packet curd came out instead of milk. It was not expired also yet and was kept unopened in refrigeration after its purchase. The batch no. Is 3391683cc. The mfg. Date written is 17/06/19 and it ensures a usage o[censored]pto 90 days.
Please look into the matter.

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that i purchased mother dairy premium milk today and found white worms inside it. The milk was contaminated and unfit for human consumption. I hereby seek legal action against the responsible parties including the company itself. It's a heath scare and lot of people consume such packets without boiling as well given its pasteurized. Despite the company's claim that it goes through 24 quality checks, if such irresponsible blunders goes unnoticed, it's really a concern. Strictest action should be taken against the responsible people.

We, the undersigned members of “hari kunj resident welfare association” (Regd.) hari nagar, new delhi_110064 (Which is registered under societies registration act of 1860, registration number: society/west/2015/8901743, dated 27/07/2015), bring to your kind notice that we are having two mother dairy outlets (Milk/vegetables) inside our society.

As both the mother dairy outlets (Milk/vegetables) are inside the colony unknown customers from outside can get easy excess inside our society to purchase milk/vegetables. It’s a big security threat to our society.

As both the mother dairy outlets (Milk/vegetables) are inside the colony and are not visible from out side, foot fall of running customer is very less, causing less business, resulting many vendors close down their business from these booths.

So we request you to relocate both mother dairy outlets out side the society on the running road side, this will give relief to the residents and chances are there to improve the business too.

Kindly heed into the matter and do the needful at your earliest and oblige.
