Mother dairy booth no. 15208 is just not stocked with mother dairy products. Milk is somewhat available (Still compromising on type of milk). Other products like ice cream, paneer, lassi, curd, frozen peas are a rare sight. Booth operator says that mother dairy doesn't send him supplies as per his orders. Its a daily story. No improvement in supplies despite repeated requests almost everyday. I have numerously complained on their customer care no. I do get quick response from their representative but output is still far from satisfaction. And this is happening since this new booth operator took over. Other mother dairy booth is outside our campus (No. 239) and hell lot of traffic to cross the road especially for ladies/children. And our operator doesn't seem to understand this. What to do now??

My complaint is against mother dairy booth # 11844, gaur city 1, greater noida west, up 201301. I wnet to buy mother dairy paneer to this booth on 16th july, first the owner tried to sell me ananda paneer and only after multiple requests he gave me mother dairy paneer which he was hiding inside his shop while another product was displayed in the front. The paneer he gave me had april manufacturing date while in another shop in sector 70 noida i never got a product older than 3 or 4 days. Please look into the matter.

I have applied through quikr jobs then i got a message that congratulations you are selected for mother dairy then name called rohan HR( [protected])called me then Hr pallavi([protected]) called me for telephonic interview and i gave them 2050 rupees for training purpose then another man abhinav mittal([protected]) called me and ask me for further 5940 rupees ..i dont want any job ..plzzz kindly return my money of 2050/- ! Now they didn't pick up my call ! Plzzz resolve my issue

This complain is regarding Rude behaviour at Safal Booth 071 Asiad Village Delhi - 110049. The respective person who is running this safal outlet is very rude and don't know how to talk with customer.

Yesterday i went for shopping vegetables from this outlet and the quality of Tomatoes which were on display were exteremly bad. When we tried to request the store keeper to provide the same from other crates which were hidden below, the said person started aguing that we cann't give you the tomatoes from hidden crates as the price of tomatoes will rise from 42Rs to 80Rs in 1-2 days and then only we will release these, This is a clear case of blackmarketing & hoarding of vegetables.

Moreover in general the store keeper give prefential treatment to some customers in lieu of personal favours to them which is clear violation of the basic concept of cooperative culture.

I request you to take stern action against the StoreKeeper/Manager of Safal Booth 071 Asiad Village so that such kind of illegal practices should be stopped.

Dear sir/madam,
I was went to the milk at booth no. 795 (Block 9, trilok puri-delhi-110091) on 6/7/2019. Booth operator did argue with me on topic (I was gave 100 and he said i given 50), then i call to the police.
Police officer came and matter has solved.
Now i went again to the milk as on 10/7/2019. He said milk is not available but milk was available and i have evidence of milk that time i was took a pic of their shop.
Booth operator's behavior is very rude, he does almost tine fight with customer.
Kindly take necessary action against booth operator.

This email is with reference to booth no. 785 located in lig flats, loni road, pocketc, chitrakoot, shahdara delhi 110093. Following points need your urgent attention:
1. Premium milk is not available at the booth from last one year both morning and earning shift.
2. Booth staff behavior is very poor. I have told them that i will complain about them instead of apologizing he threatened mee by saying that come tomorrow i will see you.

Pls look into the matter and keep educates staff not the illiterate ones

I am a resident of moti nagar new delhi. Today evening after returning from my office i purchased 2 litres of mother diary milk from my nearest shopkeeper to my way home. After coming within 15 minutes i started boiling the milk and it just spoiled altogether. When i approached the shopkeeper that the milk was outdated or was spoiled he refused to return my money and started fighting with me he refused to hear my complaint and started saying that approach the company who is providing me this milk. So i am asking you what was wrong today..

While making tea on two different occasions, i noticed the consistency of the milk wasn’t right. Just to be sure, i purposely added less water and more milk, but still the tea turned out to be very watery. This made me suspicious because despite more cups of milk, the taste and the aroma were missing.

On tasting the milk, i was sure that some proportion of water is definitely added. I also did a slip test and the milk slipped right through, without leaving any trail. This confirms the fact, that the milk being sold at arun vihar’s mother dairy is adulterated with, god knows, how much water.

Kindly take the necessary steps to ensure the customers exactly get the milk for what they are paying!

The booth attendant mr. Mishra at mother dairy booth no. 210 at pandara road, new delhi is very rude and arrogant. Today when i visited the booth to buy milk and curd, he arrogantly asked me to wait. Then he started selling products to other customers who came after me, ignoring me for whatsoever reason best known to him. When i asked him to provide complaint book and pen, he refused to provide the pen. I the absence of pen, how one can write a complaint.

It is requested that strict disciplinary action be taken against mr. Mishra.

One of shopkeeper his shop located near gurdwara baba deep singh, opposite shoes house, inside chatiwind gate, amritsar, punjab pin-143001 is charging more than mrp.
I went there to buy a milk pack of mrp 18 but now charges revised by company rs 19 but the shopkeeper told that company increse rs 4 per pack.
I don't understand how could anyone charged more than mrp when all the taxes are included in mrp
When i asked him why he us charging so he told me that if you want to buy, you have to buy at this price only otherwise leave it.
Kindy take possible action against the higher charges demanding by shopkeeper.

One of your store in haridwar near multan sewa sameeti dharamshala operated under guru kirpa dhaba is charging more than mrp.
I went there to buy a chocolate of rs 35 on which they charge me rs. 40 by saying that they charged 5 rupee for their tax.
I don't understand how could anyone charged more than mrp when all the taxes are included in mrp
When i asked him why he us charging so he told me that if you want to buy, you have to buy at this price only otherwise leave it.
Actually there is no other ice cream store nearby and maybe that's why they are charging higher. I can also go to consumer care center.
Please take my complaint into consideration and control this monopoly ruling here.

I am a senior citizen charged SBI Mother Dairy Smart change card for Rs. 2000 on 16/06/2019 at around 6-7 PM at Mother Dairy Booth No. 88 and taken milk 3 Ltrs Toned Rs. 126 on same day and subsequently taken milk on 17/06/2019 Rs. 126 & 18/06/2019 Rs.126. I have forgotten the card at the counter. On inquiry it was told not here. All the 3 days the milk was taken same quantity and same time at both No.88 Indirapuram around 6-7 PM, which facilitate to trace it easily. It was told me that there is no system of refund or trace.

In this regards it is requested that there was balance of Rs. 1622 or more for my whole month. I do not remember the no of card. It was left at the booth. Kindly trace it and arrange to recover the same & arrange refund.

Mother dairy booth No. 15531 at sector 35 Rohini, Delhi. That person doesn't have manners how to talk to a female or other customer. As customer behaviour is highly unacceptable. shop always treat people very badly and illegal activities in front of the shop (like Hookah peena etc.). All society member want to replace this shopkeeper.

Since long ago me and my family was the fan of mother dairy's fruits n vegetables, especially of your *Banana*.
Now we are observing since last 1 year that your are playing with the choice of people, who were liking your products, even people have taken diversion to other options like open market and Malls
Your Banana catagory is of very poor quality, instead of sustaining you have deteriorated, Can we know what is running behind this ??
Hopping that you will revert with a genuine reply and will come back to previous Good quality, otherwise consumers will sliped out from mother dairy business, still people are commenting and not going to booth.

This is a complaint against a motherdairy booth which sut up DDA market rohini sector 13 New Delhi. That person doesnt have manners how to talk to a female he doesnt ask the customer to any que and when ask to give the item he shout at them. As a customer this behaviour is highly unacceptable. This is a request to take action agaist that person because his impilite behavior towards cutomers.

I had bought 1.5kg token milk. But the shopkeeper gives me 1kg milk instead of 1.5kg.Because of a thunderstorm I was in a rush. After I reached at home. I found that it was only 1kg milk so I went again to the booth and the shopkeeper refused to solve my problem and regret to give me 1/2kg milk. Please help me regarding this issue.
