Milk booth no 817 at sector 26 noida...

I purchased token milk on 8th june night which got spoiled on boiling ( the container was clean). On 9th morning I compained to the booth but he refused to replace the milk. When I told that I will complain he told yes you can complain but he will not replace the milk.

The ownership of the booth has changed about 10 days back & the earlier one was very co-operative in the past.

Please advise whether his decision of not replacing the Token milk is in line with Mother dairy policy & whether you scrutinise the person before alloting him the booth .

Yesterday, evening I bought 2 packets of 1litre mother dairy cow milk. Use by date is 9 june 2019.

But at night when we opened the packets to consume, the milk was sour.

I tried to call the complaint department but no one was receiving the call.

Please, resolve the things asap.

I had purchased 04lts of cow milk from booth no. 167, Palam on 05. 6.19 but it was not fit for consumption. Immediately the matter reported to the shopkeeper and he noted down my address, tele no and signature. He promised that it will be replaced but as on date I didn't get it back. Please look into the matter.

I am the owner of Shree Krishna general store, I use to take dairy products from your distributor and from some days he is being rude to me not supplying me the products, they use to say if you'll take the milk then only we will give you the rest of products. He even starts abusing me.

Really is this what mother dairy is about total jerk and unprofessional.

I request you to change the distributor of the area immediately and take strict action against them or I'll myself take action against them by going to court and even the brand name will be in jeopardy. So, please suspend their license and change the distributor of the area.

Sir I brought a packet of curd of Mother Diary company on 3 June 2019 and I put it in the fridge...the very next day I was surprised to see the puffed packet of curd and the curd inside was liquid in texture...their was no smell coming but the size of the pack keeps on increasing...the expire date is 5 June2019 as written over the pack...Please come up with a solution as this is not at all acceptable......

We are living in a well informed society as it is one of the fundamental rights incorporated under constitution of india under part-iii it is implied under article 21, because of which we got our right to information act in 2005.

But this is very ironical though it has been mandatory over all the private companies to provide the customer with the invoice/cash memo/bill to know what amount they have paid for which product and can add this to it's annual expenditure but one of the india's largest private company (Mother dairy fruits & vegetables pvt ltd), does not provide it's customer with any sought of cash memo/invoice or any bill.

I would request the consumer forum to look into this matter seriously as it has a very huge market but does not full fill the basic criteria for an informed customer which is not just the violation of the government orders but also the violation of the constitutionally guaranteed fundamental rights.

Very rude & bad behavior of mother dairy new booth allotee at hudco place where class-1 central government officers live. He don't have basic sense of behaving. Stood for more than half an hour & denied milk & other milk related products. This person should immediately be removed from this booth & old person should again be allotted this booth. I don't the criteria mother dairy allots their booths to this type o[censored]neducated, unethical & rude people.

Mother dairy Booth, 3539, Sector 23 No 2 Rd, Huda, Sector 23, Gurugram, Haryana 122017 is using my personal mobile number [protected] from long back. It is very much disturbing customer calling through out the day for various products.

please check the matter whether it is intentionally or by mistake. As they are having this number from long back on their site.

Collection centre takes milk in kilograms and maintain the records in litres. When asked to collect milk with a measuring cane he refused to do it.

. Centre takes approximately 50ml of milk for checking quality and 50 ml for sel[censored]se.

Centre do not provide detailed printed copy of collected milk and about its rates. When it is complained to conference person he flatly said not to come again.

I went to booth number 122 of mother dairy, B-3, Safdarjung Enclave, near st. Mary school, New Delhi) today in the morning, firstly there was one staff member at the booth and along with a fruit vendor was there at the booth, and mostly that fruit vendor is the one who sells at booth along with the staff member. I asked that guy(fruit vendor) for a 20 rs curd.. But after listening to me he didn't gave me the curd and went to his fruit stall. I again requested him but nothing happened then I asked the staff member who was sitting outside the booth and was doing nothing.. I asked him uncle curd dedo he then asked the fruit vendor guy to give curd. I told uncle that he is buzy with his fruit stall and is not giving me the curd. Then fruit vendor told me to do paytm without even giving me the curd. I told him that why m i gonna pay you when u haven't even given me the curd yet.
It was a very bad experience and literally spoiled my day. After coming back from my office I again went to mother dairy booth and narrated the whole incident to the main staff member at booth.. I told him that i gave 1 star ⭐ inspite of saying sorry for the whole incident he blasted over me and talked to me rudely. He told me how can i rate him 1 ⭐.
I was shocked to hear such comments from him even that fruit vendor was also there. I can't tell u how pathetic this experience was.
Ps- 1.how can a fruit vendor runs a mother dairy booth on behalf of mother dairy staff
2.when I complained against bad behavior by fruit vendor to the staff inspite of being sorry even the staff member behaved rudely and didn't took any needful action against fruit vendor.

Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against the booth members

I bought 2 choconado ice cream from mother dairy no 220 but when i open it uppar layer its start melted all over my hand and down. Its like i bought a drink of choco which is fill in cone.. Then i goes to storekeeper i told him all about this i said you did not maintain refrigerator properly it he said it did not my fault and he did not replace my ice cream and they both keeper talking rudely always whenever i goes to purchase something
I want solution its not about the price its all about my satisfaction which you people not done properly

I'm lakshay bagga, resident of baljeet nagar, near patel nagar, new delhi. I am operating my retail grocery shop in which i also deal with mother dairy milk products also (Like milk, butter milk, curd & so on) which is supplied by a distributor (Mr. Rohit pandey).

Today, i didn't receive my supply of products what i have given to him & this is not being done today but it occurs usually. Due to his careless behaviour in respect of business, i loose the opportunity to sell the motherdairy buttermilk product.

Even he did misbehave with me & threatened to me that he'll not supply of mother dairy product from now.

I would also like to share some regular issue happens with such supplier, he even delays in delivering the products by saying that transport is in stuck or met with an accident. Thats why i need to pump in sale of amul products which is delivered to me earlier than mother dairy. I really don't know that the delayment is either because of genuine reasons or by careless behaviour of supplier. He is just taking out benefit of monopoly market.

I would request you to please provide me supply of milk products through any other distributor so that i can run my business smoothly ignoring above interruptions.

The behavior of licensee as well as assistant of Mother diary booth no. 855, Lohiya Nagar Market, Ghaziabad - 201001 (U.P.) is highly objectionable, disrespectful to the customers and very high handed and it has been going on for quite some time. Today evening I went to buy Double toned milk packets but he refused to provide citing unavailability though just before that the milk delivery van had arrived and supplied double toned milk. He instead asked us to buy full cream milk. We then asked for Cow milk which when he brought from crate, one packet was leaking. We asked for change of that packet, he altogether refused to provide any milk and even took back those packets already provided and threatened us to do whatever we can. His behaviour is highly regretful and disrespectful and many days in the evening he alongwith his assistant can be found drunk at the booth. He is ruining the reputation of your esteemed organization, please look into it and do the needful.

I want to draw your attention to the person at booth no. 642 as he seems to believe himself as king or something. He has no respect for the customer asking for the product to buy, he always seems to be in his imagination somewhere. Sometimes i have to ask two or three times for the product i came to buy there. Still if he is doing some other work or standing outside the shop, the customer has to weight even up to 5 minutes also. I don't now if he has been given any training to run the outlet or not. He behaves like a rude government bank employee, does not care about the customer.
Please do the needful as this person is ruining the brand name of your esteemed organisation of mother dairy.

Milk is collected in kilograms and maintain transaction records in litres. When i ask the person in charge he argued and told that if you are willing to deposite milk it's ok otherwise no need to come.
Centre collect milk sample to verify its quality from customer and take it for sel[censored]se by collection centre. When it is asked to them to consider it in my account he flatly refused.

I have shop from last 5 year and in between 1 more mother dairy chach supplier contact me and sell the chach and dahi but from last 6 month any body not deliver me chach and dahi.
I have do mail every year but not permanent solution till now.
Please do some thing for me asap.

I have face very bigger loss.
So please do something asap.

Shopkeeper is technically illiterate but still displays paytm and phonepe qr codes for accepting payments. When i made a payment via paytm or phonepe he didnt let leave until they received an sms on his phone. The man accepts online payments but does not keep a smartphone.

I showed to him my paytm transaction success message and the passbook entry but the old man displayed gross misconduct in front of everyone and snatched away the milk that i had bought.
He insisted that until and unless he receives an sms, he wont accept that i have paid.

I asked him to check his paytm passbook but he doesnt keep paytm app or for that matter any smartphone.

I asked him to call paytm customer care to confirm the transaction but he said he is too busy doing 'dukaandaari'.

I told he should keep the paytm business app for checking transactions and not rely on smses. To this, he said this is the agreement he has with paytm. Upon calling paytm and inquiring, the executive said no such agreement exists and the shopkeeper should have the paytm app installed.

He held me and my younger brother as hostages for over an hour after which he finally received the sms and let us go with the milk.

Totally criminal attitude. Such people should not advertise accepting online transactions until they fully understand the concept of digital payments.

It's second time they are not maintaing the temperature. On first time when i bought 2.5 ltr milk and open the packet for boiling then i saw it was smell then i went to the mother diary they admitted and gave me the replacement. Now second time this was happen again. Request you to please check their calliberation i don't think they are maintaing properly.

Today i purchased 2 lit full cream milk (Dated-7 & 8 may) from "green grocers" delcourt, jaypee greens, greater noida.
When i boiled it spoiled (Curdling happened).
I did complaint at green grocers but they told me that its not possible/milk on which 7/8 may is written cant be spoil/curdle.
And she refuse to return.
I have seen they do not use freezer properly to keep milk at required temperature.
And they also mix expired milk pouch with other milk so that consumers got confused while buying. There behavior also very rude with consumers.
Some action should be taken from mother dairy.
These type of grocers spoiling the image of mother dairy.

I want to draw your attention to the person at no. 632 as he is the worst person to deal with. It's seem that he gives preference to person who gives cash & not to the person paying in digital mode. When asked about such discrimination, he started shouting, using abusive language & feels like ready for hand to hand combat.
Pls do the needful else i will call police or take some legal discourse as this person is ruining the brand name of your esteemed organisation of mother dairy.
Booth concessionaire person name is jaswant kumar. There are so many instances in past also but i ignored but today it's gone to far.
I hope a positive response from your side.
