This is to bring to your kind notice that i always buy mother diary cow milk from our nearest mother diary booth at new alipore, kolkata, west bengal. But this time i am really disappointed. I purchased 3 packets of 500ml cow milk and it smells like bleaching or any other chemical when i boiled it. I think there is chemical in that milk. I almost felt like vomitting when i smelled it. I never had such type of experience before. Please look into this matter. This is not acceptable at all. Milk is our basic need and this matter is really serious.

    As per your company guidelines the mother dairy booth is closed on 10pm.
    But in greater noida alpha-1 mother dairy booth employee told me that the timing is about 9:45 pm after that we will not provide milk or something else. If this is your company guideline than it's ok but if it's not please do something. Cause he was not giving me my product even after request.

      I have remaining balance around Rs. 2200/- in my card and i want that money back in another replaced card.

        In your mother dairy booth 783, when i asked the shopkeeper to buy tokens via phonepe he couldn't understand the process of transaction through it and in response argues in a very abusive and improper way to me. There is no way to talk to customers in this manner. It has happened many times before. So kindly review over the improper behaviour of these types of shopkeepers as there are many complaints i am seeing in the complaint section. Thanks!

          I am permanent customer of mother dairy and i used to buy almost all dairy products from there, i am coninuously buying stuffs from booth no. 928 located in sector-5 Gurugram, the shopkeeper's behaviour and language is so rude and rough, i think mother dairy should educate their shopkeeper,
          i demanded two cow milk to him 2-3 times but he was not listening to me and suddenly started scolding that why speaking so many times, dont want to sale milk to you, go from here. He was so frustrated and rude.
          Now i changed booth, and buying stuffs from other booth which is far from my home.
          Very bad experience with mother dairy booth number 928.

            I would like to draw my kind attention towards the behaviour of shopkeeper of mother dairy booth no. 566 which is located in sector 3, rohini, delhi-110085.

            From last few days, whenever a customer pays thru paytm or phonpe wallet, if shopkeeper gets a message of successful payment then he provide whatever customer needs. Thats totally okay.

            But if shopkeeper does not get any message, then he told to customer kindly pay in cash now. Because i didn't receive confirmation thru sms. Even customer willing to show his/her successful confirmation.

            This is all he's been doing from few days.

            I'm also a merchant of paytm, and few of my friends too, so we know very well how this platform works.

            Fo example: if customer pays me thru paytm qr code or phonepe qr code, if i don't get any confirmation of payment, then i means merchant has an option to check his passbook in his paytm or phonepe business merchant app.

            He simply taking advantage of customers innocence by doing this unnecessary stuff which i and entire people of world would called theft.

            Till now, mother dairy unable to sort my problem, and shopkeeper still doing this regular theft.

            If shopkeepee has a problem of taking money thru phonepe or paytm, then mother dairy should remove such services too, if mother dairy can't sort what customer applies for.

            I'm being fed up of this, thats why i'm writing now about this, so that other customer would get to know about fact.

            And shopkeeper is of my father's age, sometimes i wonder, why he's been lying for such small amounts even he's earning so much.

            Nevermind, motherdairy someday surely loose popularity among customers if shopkeeper like that continues to do such cheap work.

            This problem needs to be sorted soon because it will soon affect others customers, and their trust over mother dairy.

              Few minutes back, i purchase 1.5 l milk by giving rs. 500 to mother dairy booth guy, but in return he returns me rs 32 only. And when i asked to return the money, he said the other person is handling cash not him. Then when i shared another customer which he attended in front of me then got agreed that he handled, but then he rufuse to return the rest amount.

              It's a illegal way where person not giving the proper return to customer. It actually defame the mother dairy brand as it directly hampering the customer.

              I have paid 500 rs for just 1.5 l milk, is it a joke... Will i expect any action against their licence as they badly treated me in front of people when i had paid 5 times of product. My contact no. [protected]

                Hello, i am staying in bidare agrahara, bangalore. The furmenting or pungent smell is continuously coming from the mother dairy fruit and vegetables plant and the smell is unbearable sometimes. Is there is any solution for that, and is it is hazardous. Please let us know is the foul smell will stop after installation of bio gas plant or whatever necessary action is required to stop the smell

                  Today, i. E. On 5th jan, 2019, i've made a payment of 26rs through paytm wallet
                  (No. [protected]) to mother dairy booth no. 566, located in sector 3, rohini, delhi-110085.

                  Payment through paytm was successful, and money also successfully debited from my account.

                  But weird thing is, mother dairy shopkeeper denied regarding receiving such payment through particular phone number.

                  I requested him to, to look at paytm merchant app statement, he denied such thing too. So i had to paid him in cash then i left.

                  Aftersome time, i made a call to paytm merchant helpdesk, and shared my concern with them.

                  Now the funny part comes, i asked them that mother dairy shopkeeper doesn't receive any payment till now. Then paytm said that we only share information from which you calling from.

                  So according to them, i need to call from mother dairy registered paytm merchant number to get this sorted. How can i do this on my own?

                  So i'm requesting you to inform my concern to them, and tell them to refund my money soon.

                  Paytm denied to sort, even their executive named fazale was very rude to me. Also mother dairy shopkeeper denied such payment.

                  Today, I confirmed With mother dairy booth no. Shopkeeper, he claimed that no such amount pf 26rs from that number, has been recorded in our yesterday's total.

                  So i need a refund asap, i don't know who is having my money right now

                  Happened twice now. Today, paid via phonepe, again denied that no such payment was received thru msg. Again told him, that look at my phonepe txn, he told its upto you to take a risk.

                  So according to him, he will enjoying extra income if people fails to get a msg over mother merchant registered number.

                  Also no resolution till now by mother dairy support team.

                  Ive attached screenshot of successful phonpe..

                    Pls provide us with mishti doi, shri khand and other products too...
                    I asked shopkeeper for these products but he denied for those products..

                      My smartchange card sbimotherdairy no[protected] got broken and now that is not working and there is a balance amount of rs 1000 (Approx). The card was issued by mother dairy booth no, 680 in west enclave. I have requested the booth operator to please help me in getting back the balance amount in card, but he said that the amount is gone now, since the card is not working so he will not be able to refund or transfer the amount to another card
                      Please resolve my problem

                        I like to bring you all kind notice that mother dairy run by mr tarjinder is not available since last one month and person available mr bittoo is pressing half litre button from inside and sometimes milk not come or less milk come out of machine and one straw is available inside the machine and blow air to straw to force milk to come out of machine which result sometimes if person knows that less quantity of milk has come out against required quantity then he blow air in the straw attached to inside machine resulting in unhygienic milk but other unaware person takes less quantity of milk resulting the booth person financial gain.

                        Also sometimes persons visit to take toned milk from machine and he use to give milk from container available in the yesterday evening 6pm (Approximately) and says that vehicle has not come, take the milk from container and this milk is suspected for water mixing and contaminated.

                        I request senior staff of mother dairy to take strict action and provide benefit to all consumers.

                          Today i have reached to mother dairy booth to get cow mil 2.5 litre and i have to give 105 rs for that so for i have given 100 rupee note and 10 rupee not, however my ten rupee note is not in good condition but slightly crack from middle. On the previous day the mother dairy guy gave me hundred rupee not which taped by cello but i accept he hold if its not working then give it to me back. Trust is the only factor, if costomer support your booth partner then why not they, as per govt rule if any note is crack from any side it will acceptable by any shopkeeper but your guys schouten on me and one more issue they have no change in their booth every time customer are troubling to get change. Behaviour is very bad. They don't know how to talk with customer.

                            Today i bought milk from your mother dairy booth no 566 located in rohini, delhi via phone-pe for our neighbour from their phone and from my phone for us and your booth person told to other customers standing there "free ki khara hai sala" & when i argue with them how to dare to talk like this then he told "maar kha jaoge" hence this is our worst experience that you appoint such a cheap & ill mannered booth keeper who don't know how to deal & behave with customers.

                              Behavior of the person is very rude and he refuses to take change, specially rs1 coin. Even change of small amount of rs 10-15 in total purchase of rs100+ is refused by him.
                              This is clear violation of rbi rule. According to rbi rules, those who refuse to accept the indian currency can be liable for action under section 124a (Sedition) of ipc.
                              Please look into same and take necessary action.

                                Behaviour of staff sh. Parveen is rude, especially to the customers paying through digital mode, ie paytm or phonepe. He used to hide scan code of phonepe and display only paytm scan code. He doesn't behave good with the customers paying through paytm. He behaves in such a manner that he is distributing milk free of cost. He behaves in a way to dissuade the customers to buy milk through mother dairy booth. Please look into this and change mr parveen. However, other staff at the same booth, who worked in absence of parveen, was very well-behaved and never had any problem. I have number of other customers too who also made complaints about mr. Parveen.

                                  This is to bring into your kind notice that one of your branch in karol bagh ramjas road is serving expired products to consumers. I took flavored milk from him today evening and it was already expired 3 days ago. However i got to know from the manufacturing date that was 5th november and having shelf life of 35 days and on the complaint to the shopkeeper, his attitude was very arrogant and casual as if these type of things are very common.
                                  I seriously don't understand how do you people manage your inventory/stock and above that he was busy selling the same packets to other consumers
                                  Please look into the matter and do the needful also provide me the details of action taken by you at your end

                                  P. S. I would try to make this complaint as viral as i can so that everyone becomes aware. I would try to reach out to as many people as i can via social media

                                    The behaviour of staff at the mother dairy booth no. 604 in janak puri b1 community centre is bad. There are two boys who are operating the both. Their language is abusive and harsh with senior citizens who go to the booth to get milk. This need to be corrected immediately and these boys should be punished or at least should be given a warning letter. Yesterday, my mother, aged 65 years went to the booth and these boys misbehaived with her too. Their behaviou is absolutely bad and unfit for a cultured society.

                                    Requesting an immediate action on this.

                                      Unfortunately it is spoilt by taste. My stomach too started aching 20 min after eating it. I don't know what to do with this product. I believe mother dairy is an old and entrusted company on which people rely blindly.

                                        This is a purchase made from capital hyper market, kavalbyrasandra, bangalore. Bill number 49992. Date: 27/11/2018.
                                        I purchased 500ml nandini curd and it was a bit sour and also gave me a throat infection. Since this has happened with a previous purchase too, i wrote three emails to the email id listed on the packet: [protected]@gmail.com, but there was no response. The emails to them were dated: nov 27, 2018, 2:25 pm, nov 27, 2018, 7:29 pm and nov 28, 2018, 2:01 pm.

                                        There are three problems here:
                                        1. The company uses a gmail id instead of an official email id for addressing and tracking consumer complaints.
                                        2. I took the packet back to the store but they did not accept it back or give a refund or replace it because i had already opened the packet. The same thing had happened a few years back at an official distributor of dairy products.
                                        3. The company did not even ask me for the batch number of the product so that they could follow up and check if there were problems at the manufacturing stage or whether the distributors were not ensuring the product is refrigerated.

                                        This a matter of consumer health. Please ensure the company responds to complaints and offers refunds for spoiled products.
