Mother dairy booth at rajnagar extension, ghaziabad (Opposite fortune residency) is not accepting phone pe as payment method.
All over noida and ghaziabad people are availing benefit from this offer. But we are not able to take any benefit.
We have to switch to different milk company as there is no use if company is not transparent in providing offer benefits to all of its customers.
Mother Dairy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Booth coordinator Sandeep chhilar makes so many excuses such that we are not able to pay through phone pay and always force to pay through paytm.
Plz solve my issue and arrange d facility to pay through phone pay.
So many times he tries to manipulate pay through cash/paytm.he say that phone pe bar code reader stolen by someone
The shopeeker doesn't have registered paytm and isn't ready to get it done.hence We are unable to receive cashback and he is too abusive and uses personal paytm

    I would like to know the process of allotting the milk dairy booths. People who do not deserve and do not have knack of handling customers have been allotted these. Mother dairy booth no 078 in pushp vihar sector 4 new delhi allotted to mr. Giani ram is one such example and below are the some of the problems which are faced without resolution:-

    1. Subletting of space in front of the milk booth to a vegetable vendor, which actually creates lesser space for people who want to have take token milk and are forced to buy milk pouches.
    2. Booth allotee is not present most of the time and other staff who is present does not behave properly and also have been found
    Smoking bidis while in the booth while dealing with the customers.
    3. Many a times token milk turns sour by afternoon even though it was bought in the morning. When pointed out the staff is ready to pick a fight instead of taking customer feedback, seems its been adultarated at the milk booth level only.
    4. Not managing the booth propely. Elderly people, women and children are the worst sufferers as the booth vendor is unable to manage customers, there is no line ever and constant jostling for buying from the booth. Staff gets aggressive and rude if pointed out regarding the same.
    5. Also sells bread and other stuff and is more inclined to sell them probably due to higher profit margins.
    6. Does not seem to care and believe in providing service. He is unable to manage currency changes almost on daily basis and then he talks rudely to the customers and starts putting the items (Milk, ghee etc) back. He does not believe that he is just the medium for a brand to reach out to customers and is being selected among many prospective booth managers. He needs to be polite even while refusing or not serving people and not shout as if he is running a private business.

    Milk booths are like brand ambassadors of mother dairy. These few booths will spoil the brand image and will create an atmosphere of animosity towards mother dairy. Hence i would request higher authorities to take cognisance of the above points and change the vendor in milk dairy booth no 078 asap for larger interest of customers and also to maintain the trustworthiness of the brand - mother dairy.

      Dear sir/madam, this is ravishankar vemireddy residence of l. Bnagar, hyderabad, telangana and here i came up with the complaint on mother dairy. Daily we are taking 2 packets from them and from 2 days i am observing them they are adulteration (కల్తీ) of milk and milk are getting smell & at last of the vessel something is formaring with bad smell. These packets are taking for my child 21 months baby. We cannot take the risk by taking any more like this and please take immediate action on them. Food inspectors should visit and solve the problems

      The booth operator is not accepting the Rs 10 coin with out any reason or guidelines. But when he returns us the remaining money he always gives us the Rs 10 coin.also behaves rudely. There is no instruction by mother dairy co. That they are not accepting it. Even he is denied to accept Rs 10 coin.

        The nearest mother dairy booth to me i. E. Booth no. 311 in old rajender nagar near gangaram hospital has removed paytm code and instead is using his own personal phone number for paytm. This has lead us to unable to recieve paytm cashback. I want to know that if what he doing is allowed or not. If yes then why it is not allowing customers to get the benefit. Please look.

Mother dairy in sultanpur does not accept phonepe where as all other mother dairy booth accept phonepe app and when i am searching shop by shop locater in your website it is not showing mother dairy sultanpur. Pls tell the owner of the shop to accept phonepe as there are many offers from phonepe for mother dairy.

              My name is Yogesh Singh, and my mobile no is [protected], I want to complain about the rude behavior of mother dairy person, this mother dairy is Ambheri goan mother dairy. That is booth no 159, I was paying money by the phonepay, and paytm, but that man was saying that he will only accept money in a single transaction. He was saying that Ek bar mey paise dedoo Mai bar bar apka message nahi dekhoonga.
              This is my Wright to save money. And that guy was saying that he will not accept money in multiple transactions. His way of talking was also very rude.

                I am Gagan stay at Vasundhra Ghaziabad and Regular customer of mother dairy booth no 870, I use to pay through Phone pay/Pay -tm (since I get cash back)now Mother dairy booth no 870 guys saying that why you pay through multiple sources and why u dont pay by cash (since he is not able to see messages just because of his laziness)now telling today's incident, when I paid through multiple payment mode he laughed at me and says why you dont pay all amount in cash and in one time.

                As we all want to save our money hence I buy milk 1 and 1/2 ltr on daily basis just because of this cash back only .

                and it feels very awkward specially when multiple customers present at booth.

                I always face his rude behavior which is totally not acceptable.

                Concluding here and I hope you have got my points.

                A last and prompt reply would be appreciated.

                  I in morning went to take cow milk at 9 a. M. I asked him cow milk. He gave me which i identified as yesterdays which has risk of wastage (Milk become curd) due to non availability of freeze. I asked him give me fresh one which is already available there. He argued to not take me and forcefully give me yesterday's one. I already paid money by phonepe so he refused to give me return. I told him problem then also he refused to give me.

                      Sir, on 17 September 2018 at 8.14 PM, I have bought two litre cow milk by paying 84 Rs/- through phone pe.
                      Due to internet connectivity problem, 84 Rs/- was paid by Phone pe two times at 8.14 PM and 8.15 M.

                      I have complained the same by Phone pe customer care on 18 September.
                      Phon pe has confirmed the both payment with reference number.

                      I have asked the same to mother dairy both no-346. He has denied the two payments. I have requested him to confirm it from phone pe customer care and receive details of payment from phone pe of date 17.09.2018. Next day he reply me that he has requested to phone pe for statement of 17.09.2018 but phone pe is not giving any statement. If, phone pe will give me statement, i will pay your 84 Rs/-.

                      Till date, he is is not getting any statement.

                      I am requesting to customer care of mother dairy may please check the statement received by Booth no 346 of date 17.09.18 from phone pay.

                        The mother dairy booth no. 15138 located in sunny valley apartments, sector-12, dwarka, new delhi-110075 is selling goods other than what is permitted by mother dairy namely ketchup, spices, flour, etc. This act of the booth holder is affecting the local vendors who are actually dealing with these products. This should be stopped immediately otherwise strict action will be taken through other remedial measures.

                          I have purchased a half liter mother dairy milk from mother dairy booth number 15816 in Noida on Sunday evening i.e on 30th September 2018. I have paid shopkeeper with paytm thus has a valid proof for the purchase.

                          I can clearly see that something is wrong with the milk packet and thus probably adulteration is being done with the milk. I have the milk packet with me and the date of expiration is 2nd October.

                          Please inspect this case with serious as this is related to public health. One can has serious health issues from the adulterated milk.

                          Many lives depends on you all.

May be Only May be by inspecting my case these culprits can be caught bare handed but i have to say we are doomed. If any officer reading this can help please take action.                           Mother diary booth 128, R K Puram, New Delhi, shop keeper is really a very bad person, uncivilised, and talk harshly to the customers, change him to somewhere else. Please do the needful at the earliest.
                          I purchase mother dairy toned milk in 1 ltr pack there very low quantity and that was not leaked but less in quantity there was 300 ml to 400 ml lack in 1 ltr pack.i was complain to area incharge of mother dairy but action taken till now. plz take a action soon as possible.

                            But national cghs society's mother diary is protecting mosquitos from july 2018 to breed and spread the diseases all over the society.

                            National CGHS Ltd, plot no 4, Sector 3, Dwarka, Phase 1. The number [protected] is always switched off. I put complaint on this number on 21st September 2018 but not yet seen by the concern person.

                            I am from Palam Colony. I brought paneer from one of your outlet. Manufacture date is 20th september 2018 and it is best before 15 days as per date it is not expired but paneer is sour and bitter in taste.
                            I went to mother dairy booth no 167
                            Near palam metro station gate no 3, the shopkeeper told me to bring a cup from nearby tea stall .I denied to bring so he started to scold me .I didn't expect such type of behaviour from mother dairy booth.Do the needful.

Is not providing favourable treatment for mother dairy customers. Rude behaviour, use of arrogant language and very uncooperative.

                                  This complaint is against mother dairy booth 705. The vendor don't know how to talk with customers. I am not aware whether he is owner or working there. His is using abusive language specially with females. Those who are paying via phone pay he is shouting at them. This is not a single time i have noticed.

                                  Really there should be classes for them to teach them how to talk with customers as it is totally related to mother dairy business or there should be regular transfers of them.

                                  I hope you will take strict actions against him

                                    I have given a payment through phonepay to mother dairy booth number 19702 on 18 september 2018 and my payment is successfully transfered to that booth even i have received the cashback from phonepay fot that payment.
                                    But they are denying that they haven't received the payment.
                                    Then i compain to the the phonepay regarding this issue and they have sent me message with the transaction id that they have succesfully transferred the amount to the merchant.
                                    But merchant is not agree on this... That merchant is not giving me product for the payment neither refund my money... I want my money back or i want to get the product for the amount deducted
                                    Please take action accordingly..

                                      I made a payment of rs 42/- on 20 sep 2018 around 7:40 pm at mother dairy booth no. 235 through paytm (No. [protected]). The booth manager did not deliver me 01 ltr of milk on account of non - receipt of confirmation message. I contacted paytm in this regard and got a reply as the payment has been successful. Still the merchant is not ready to believe or he is not doing on his own part anything to ascertain the fact.

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        Please confirm the timing of accepting payment through "phone pay" as your vendor of booth no. 15121does not accept. He says i have not get any profit only customers are getting benefit and i through out phone pe bar code board. Why it is against the our pm modi cashless india. It is totaly aganist our pm vision. I hope you will take strict action against vendor. An early action required in this regard.
