Purchased 7 packets of cow milk from booth no. 310 yesterday with use by date of today. Upon opening three packets today, milk contained in it was found to be totally spoiled and sticky and remaining 4 packets were kept in tact in case you want to pursue our claim or inspect the quality of milk, whereas in one of the left over packets purchased earlier and under use, on the milk is still ok. There appears to be something wrong with the quality...

This is with regards to "mother dairy booth 567" located near sector 6 rohini, delhi.
The incident happened recently.
The lady in the booth often delays the process of selling milk to people either by indulging in unncessary talks with a few other people, or by intentionally feigning ignorance.
Recently she misbehaved with my relative when she was trying to call her for attention. As usual, my relative called her as auntyji...

The mother dairy (Shop no-149) near 40 feet road always misbehave with persons who went to purchase milk... My younger brother went for his shop in morning for token milk he purchased 3 token and put first token in the machine. The machine shows nil then he asked for the executive, after tgat the executive misbehave with my brother. So it is a humble request to you to take a necessary action towards this. Sir, i had bought 2 litres of toned milk from booth no. Md136 at vasant kunj, new delhi on 23.7.2018 at around 8 p. M.. The milk was spoilt and curdled on boiling. I made my complaint at the booth the next morning and was disappointed to see that the person manning the booth did not take any responsibility and also did not care about my complaining against the booth. Request you to direct the booth to refund rs.84/- for the spoilt milk sold.br...

Mother dairy booth no.15( inside sarvodya enclave), for last 1 month payment through phone pe has not been provided..the person working on the shop always say next week problem is short out..I saw personally the phone pe transition scan page is also available on booth..but contractor not provide say pay through paytm...He is phone pe advertising board is sticking all the sides of shop corners...but at the time of payment he refused to phone...

On[protected] I purchase some Doi form dealer at Parnashree Kolkata 700060. They supply me in difference date. on which some product having maf. Date 09 July'18 Batch No. H8190D3 in we found fungus appear in product. but dealer say exp dated of product 12 days from Mfg. date. ie[protected]. I had bought the Live Lite milk pouch a couple of days back from a local supermarket and the milk in the pouch was turned to water and what it seemed to be curd. The milk was supposed to be a low fat milk stored in a good packing material but was unfortunately expired when opened this morning.
It was manufactured on 6th June, 2018 and opened it on 16th July, 2018.
Since it has a shelf life of 90 days, this shouldn't have happenedbr...

Hi I had recently bought a pack of yogurt from Reliance store. And I had kept it in refrigerator but when I took it out today to eat I saw that the pack has got puffed and hard. Its manufacturing date in 27th June 2018 and since it is best before 15 days so ideally we can consume it before 11th July 2018. And today it's 5th July 2018.
Kindly look to it....

Mother Diary booth no.634, New contractor has takenover, for last 15 days payment by PAYTM & Phonepe hasnot been provided by new contractor.
Moreover FULL Cream & Toned milk is not available many a times .
This complaint was made 1 week ago at mother diary log book but no response till date.
Your early action & cooperation is required.

Sir, this is inform that booth no.151 is not giving tonned open milk. The milk tanker came and fill the dairy tank. I said give me fresh milk. And he said i do not give you fresh milk and i give you only yestardy milk. First i finish that milk then i sell this new milk.
Is mother dairy have any terms and condition that if consumer want fresh milk and u have old milk. You donot give fresh milk. If not then send me all condition in written...

Myself arvind kumar, i had started a mother dairy franchise shop no-12644 on 12th april 2017 & resigned on 13th april 2018. Resignation letter has been handed over to mother dairy area incharge on 18th april. But still after 2-months he has not taken any appropriate action to take back all the equipment’s (Like - bvm tank & machine, chest cooler, visi cooler) which was provided by mother dairy at the shop opening time...

The milk got spoilt
I went to the booth
He told to complain to mother dairy complaint cell

Being a bengali, i regularly purchase mother dairy misti doi from my next door sahakari bhandar.

My purchase of misti doi this week was a disaster. I bought a 400gms tub with batch no. V[protected] manufacturing date 02 june 2018.

The tub was immediately refrigerated on reach in home. Yesterday when i open the tub there was a foul sour smell and the doi had become flaky. I had to dispose the consignment as otherwise...

As everyday, i purchased 80 packets of 500ml mother dairy full cream on 11march'18 for sale, but today since morning each and every packet was spoiled as customers boil it. I called customer care again again but no body come to check or see this, as they promised me at around 10am.
Pls help us, we are small shopkeeper.

I am a regular customer at mother dairy booth 646, near da block, hari nagar, new delhi, 110064. I always pay using paytm here. I bought 1kg toned and 0.5kg cow's milk. This time when i was paying using paytm, the seller forced me to pay 63rs on his number, instead of the mother dairy official account which is currently offering a scheme on paytm. He was talking in a very abusive tone. When i said i will not be doing this again next time,...

I bought 4 packets of mother dairy full cream milk (2ltrs.) of rs.26 each (26*4=104) on 08/06/2018 from nearby shop ; all these milk packets were of poor quality milk a strange taste of some chemical in it.
Milk was of no use i have to throw it. My rs.104 was full waste.
I request that the company takes this issue in concern as this can pose a health problems as the milk can be containing harmful chemicals....

Shop owner at shapoorji pallonji shukhobrishti, new town kolkata, charging more then printed price. Also his behavior is very rough and selling unauthorized products other then mother diary.
Each and every person is complaining about his behavior and he is not paying any heed to customer complain.
Selling out dated products and not willing to return the expired products....

Hi,
I had bought lassi from dorabjees on 18 may which was expiring on 25 may and had consumed it on 18 may. Then i bought tadka chaas on 5 june which was expiring on 8 june and consumed it on 6 june.

Both the products seemed to be expired or rotten with very bad acidic taste.

I have been appreciating your products but off late they seem to be worse in its quality....
