Hi I had recently bought a pack of yogurt from Reliance store. And I had kept it in refrigerator but when I took it out today to eat I saw that the pack has got puffed and hard. Its manufacturing date in 27th June 2018 and since it is best before 15 days so ideally we can consume it before 11th July 2018. And today it's 5th July 2018.
Kindly look to it.

Mother Diary booth no.634, New contractor has takenover, for last 15 days payment by PAYTM & Phonepe hasnot been provided by new contractor.
Moreover FULL Cream & Toned milk is not available many a times .
This complaint was made 1 week ago at mother diary log book but no response till date.
Your early action & cooperation is required.

Sir, this is inform that booth no.151 is not giving tonned open milk. The milk tanker came and fill the dairy tank. I said give me fresh milk. And he said i do not give you fresh milk and i give you only yestardy milk. First i finish that milk then i sell this new milk.
Is mother dairy have any terms and condition that if consumer want fresh milk and u have old milk. You donot give fresh milk. If not then send me all condition in written form.
Take a action as soon as possible within 4 days or i will go to consumer court.

Myself arvind kumar, i had started a mother dairy franchise shop no-12644 on 12th april 2017 & resigned on 13th april 2018. Resignation letter has been handed over to mother dairy area incharge on 18th april. But still after 2-months he has not taken any appropriate action to take back all the equipment’s (Like - bvm tank & machine, chest cooler, visi cooler) which was provided by mother dairy at the shop opening time...

The milk got spoilt
I went to the booth
He told to complain to mother dairy complaint cell

Being a bengali, i regularly purchase mother dairy misti doi from my next door sahakari bhandar.

My purchase of misti doi this week was a disaster. I bought a 400gms tub with batch no. V[protected] manufacturing date 02 june 2018.

The tub was immediately refrigerated on reach in home. Yesterday when i open the tub there was a foul sour smell and the doi had become flaky. I had to dispose the consignment as otherwise the smell would spread.

I regularly purchase misti doi and this is the first time i gave faced this problem. I would therefore request that i be compensated for my loss.

As everyday, i purchased 80 packets of 500ml mother dairy full cream on 11march'18 for sale, but today since morning each and every packet was spoiled as customers boil it. I called customer care again again but no body come to check or see this, as they promised me at around 10am.
Pls help us, we are small shopkeeper.

I am a regular customer at mother dairy booth 646, near da block, hari nagar, new delhi, 110064. I always pay using paytm here. I bought 1kg toned and 0.5kg cow's milk. This time when i was paying using paytm, the seller forced me to pay 63rs on his number, instead of the mother dairy official account which is currently offering a scheme on paytm. He was talking in a very abusive tone. When i said i will not be doing this again next time, he threatened to remove payment at the booth using paytm and said 'kya karlega tu'. He was behaving unprofessionallly and speaking in a bad way. The seller's name is ravindra. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment as evidence.
I want you to look into this matter asap or i will be forced to take legal action and it will be covered by toi.

I bought 4 packets of mother dairy full cream milk (2ltrs.) of rs.26 each (26*4=104) on 08/06/2018 from nearby shop ; all these milk packets were of poor quality milk a strange taste of some chemical in it.
Milk was of no use i have to throw it. My rs.104 was full waste.
I request that the company takes this issue in concern as this can pose a health problems as the milk can be containing harmful chemicals.

Shop owner at shapoorji pallonji shukhobrishti, new town kolkata, charging more then printed price. Also his behavior is very rough and selling unauthorized products other then mother diary.
Each and every person is complaining about his behavior and he is not paying any heed to customer complain.
Selling out dated products and not willing to return the expired products.

I had bought lassi from dorabjees on 18 may which was expiring on 25 may and had consumed it on 18 may. Then i bought tadka chaas on 5 june which was expiring on 8 june and consumed it on 6 june.

Both the products seemed to be expired or rotten with very bad acidic taste.

I have been appreciating your products but off late they seem to be worse in its quality.

I ravi sharma, resident of 101-c, 2nd floor, dda flats shahpurjat, new delhi, purchased your classic dahi, net weight 200gm, dated 04.06.2018 for rs 15 from your dealer shubh store, 146-b, shahpurjat, new delhi 49 for personal use. The weight of classic dahi when i have weighted in doubt of less weight, found that net weight of your classic dahi is only 160gm.
It seems your organisation is cheating to public at large. Therefore, your goods falls under the category of defective, unfair trade practice as well as deficiency in service. I hereby demands a compensation of rs, 1, 00, 000 from you along with replacement of goods i. E. Classic dahi net weight 200gm.

I had buy 2.5 liter mother dairy cow milk and 400 gm misti dahi date 01/06/18 time 07:26 pm from mother dairy booth number 742 d park pandav nagar delhi 110092. Payment done by phone pay transaction number p1806011926168543555996 amount @170/- but actual amount @160/- next when i informed same to sale man of same both he abusing me and ready to fight with me. I am relay heart about his behavior. So please take appropriate action against him and notify me as well. Other wise will human right / consumer court. It's very serious issue god knows how customer chit like us threaten them. You need to cancelled his licence and offer good person. I visited booth 778 and paid rs 255 thru pytm at 11.10am on 30th may, 18. The booth operator has a very old aneroid handset and is not tech savy. He dosent know how to check passbook of paytm. My money is confirmed debited fro paytm balance, i have proof of trabsaction id yet i didnt get any acknowledment from mother dairy. I paid but that booth guy didnt agree to give me products that i purchased. What a shame. Mother dairy should check pytm balance and refund my money.

What I have noticed in all the mother dairy store is that they intentionally give stores to the people who do not have the sense to treat their customer. Today at morning I went to one of the Booth No 561, the people who work there they do not have any manners to how to treat their customer. They are ready to lose a customer but not give respect to Customer, I think the problem they are having is the mindset problem, being a lawyer I have taken other platform to address this issue but I believe that you will resolve it. I look forward to the change or I will adopt an alternative. Please look before giving your franchise.

I found this product is not good, worthy and sour in taste, it may cause food poisoning to customer
I want to get my money back and change the vendor as well in this area

The dealer at booth no 109 (Munirka b street) routinely abuses customers if they dont have exact cash. Today we had asked our maid to bring milk and she didn't have exact change - the old man shouted at her in front of all customers and threw her money on the ground. This kind of callous behaviour is grossly intolerable. Please take strict action against this dealer. Also he if often smoking inside the booth making the entire ambience uncomfortable...

I bought safal frozen green peas from reliance fresh, when i opened the packet the green peas are yellowish in colour and tasted very sour. Kindly refer the attached pics for more details. We have decided to put it in dustbin, this is very disappointing and felt waste of money. I request here to look into the quality of the product sold by mother diary and reliance fresh as well. Customers are cheated, customers are loosing hard earned money. Please take proper action accordingly.

Today on 09.05.2018 at 2.00 noon i went to an ice cream vendor of mother dairy at upsc and asked to give two rabri kulfi (Which was rs.25 mrp). The vendor provided me the same and asked to pay rs.60 for the two. I said it is of rs.25 each as per the mrp, he denied and said that it is for rs.30 each. For the confirmation purpose i checked that price tag of the said kulfi but i found that the price tag was damaged and it is no more readable, so that the consumer could not bother about the price. I did not buy the ice cream. The same pattern is being followed by most of the vendors. I would like to know is this a new policy being adopted by the mother dairy company to get more profit? If not, then how the vendors are expecting the company's products prices from the consumers at their own? Is company has checks to curb such malpractices, if yes then why the vendors are looting their customers? One advice at my end is that make your products specification open reg. Prices through advertisement along with consumer complaint nos. (The complaints must be resolved not to lodge only)

Yesterday i bought a packet of mother dairy curd (Dahi) from a retailer in dwarka, new delhi. The curd tasted and smelled really bad. But smell was not of stale or rotten curd, rather it was a strong medicinal smell. This is really scary. I urge everyone never to use any mother dairy prouducts. I think mother dairy is adding strong chemicals/preservatives in the products so as to ensure that the products don’t get stale in delhi’s...
