Grievance - i purchased packets of tond milk (1 ltr packet) & ml cow milk (500 ml packet) from concerned booth on 26.01.2018 at around 8.50 pm. The booth attendant handed me the packet, & i started walking back to my home. When i had walked barely 10 steps away from the booth, i noticed that the second packet (Cow milk) was leaking. Since there was no other item in my bag that could have perforated the packet, the only explanation that can be deduced is that the packet had minor puncture (S), before the purchase was made, which was/were aggravated by the movement. I walked backed to the booth & bought it the attendant's notice, who, in a very discourteous manner, refused to replace the same.
Redressal requested - the amount involved is immaterial, however such impolite & threatening behaviour of the attendant is unacceptable. I request you to reprimand the attendant and get my order replaced. My purchase can be verified since i made the payment from mother daily card. Please also inform as to what else i need to do to escalate the matter against the attendant
