The person owning safal doesn’t have sense to talk misbehave every time we go. Dont keep change, and have a different attitude towards hip shop. Doesn’t have sense to talk to old citizens. Its my kind request tp get this person changed from out sector 30 safal vegetable mother diary.

Mother dairy booth ramnagar nagpur, maharashtra locality recently opened adjacent to nmc school has been flouting all the rules realted to milk product and it's waste handling.

It's been 30-40 days of its opening and they are littering their packaging material and cbx with also includes polyethene in an around the adjacent area and then buring them entirely once in the night and once in the morning causing a lot of smoke and air pollution, plus burning is already hazardous they are burning polyethen as well cause heavy health hazardes for the residents around plus for the small kids in the school, school authorities are silent or made silent i don't know about it.

Repeatedly asking mr. Choubey owner/in-charge of the booth to handel the waste properly by putting it in a bag and disposing it with the nmc trucks of garbage collection he is seen burning them.

Moreover no dustbins have been kept for customers if customer askes for the dustbin mr. Choubey and his wife who both are at the mother dairy booth asks customer to throw it their only then they burn those plastic made ice cream cups as well.. The booth is on the rout no.311118 near nmc school, i am unaware of booth no. As they are not revealing it as they know a complaint is being forwarded.

Moreover hearing the complaint being made he started abusive language and restored to making threats.

We have been using paytm for mother dairy booth no 84. Today i transferred money via paytm but the owner says he has not received the money. But paytm customer care people says money has been deposited. The owner was very rude and adamant that he has not received the money. Could you please educate the owner of mother dairy booth no 84 about he use of paytm.

Paytm was done from [protected] on 25 th feb at 9.18 pm. The owner declined that he has received the money and says i dont agree with your messages and i am illetrate and can't read your messages.

Please take necessary action against this mother dairy owner.

We use to regularly have curd fermented from kmf yelahanka mother dairy milk and used to be very good. From last few months we observe that the curd fermented from milk is very sticky and pasty type. The curd fermented from milk is sticky, if i dip a spoon and take out we can see the the curd dripping from spoon to container like a paint. It seems like there is some changes in the milk composition provided by kmf yelahanka mother dairy.br...

It is extremely important to bring the following incident to your notice.

In your email following the complainant subject "insistence on taking only cash as a mode of payment at safal outlet no. 81009 (Defence colony main market, new delhi)" from my email id,

You sought my mobile number on the pretext of contacting me with regard to this complaint. I gave it to you in reply to that email.

I have received two calls on 21.02.2018, but unfortunately not from you but from the delinquent shopkeeper / cashier. Upon inquiry, he told that you have given my telephone number to him.

On 21.02.2018 he was trying to canvas that i withdraw the complainant.

What is very unfortunate is that instead of you resolving the issue raised in the complainant, you have handed over my contact details to the delinquent.
Today he is canvasing, tomorrow he may start threatening me or cause harm to my person or property.

This conduct on your part is unacceptable.

Apart from the original issue of non acceptance of any mode of payment other than cash at the subject outlet, i want you to identify the person at your end who is responsible for handing over my number to the delinquent and mention what action has been taken in this regard and the earliest.

Mother dairy situated at J J Colony, Jwala Puri, Nangloi, New Delhi, Delhi - 110041 booth no 686 vendors behaving very bad also not accepting the coins of Rs. 2, 5 & 10. Saying it is not acceptable. I just want to know that how can a mother dairy booth holder reject the indian currency. It is requested to the competent authority to take the necessary action as early as possible.

Recently i had bought a litre of toned packet and two litres of full cream packets. One could easily see that the milk had more of water content than milk. One time i bought from south delhi booth and another time from noida. Perhaps thats not the problem of booths rather of packaging. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter that why is water content more in milk these days?

The trader at the mother dairy booth, chanakyapuri, new delhi - 110021 refuses to accept rs 10 coins calling it fake because it does not have a rupee symbol on it. This is despite rbi's latest clarification saying that all designs of the rs 10 coins are legal tenders. This is sheer case of ignorance on the company's behalf that they have not trained these uneducated booth managers.

Kindly educate your booth managers and take action as this is the third time this has happened.

On behalf of the residents of saraswati vihar, pitampura, delhi 110034, i would like to bring to the kind attention of the concerned authorities that the safal booth in c block (Number 653) has been shut since a very long time.
This is causing problems for residents, who have relied on safal for a long time. It is the one stop shop for various grocery needs of residents - fruits, vegetables, pulses, etc. A lot of people especially elderly who were dependent on safal for purchasing daily essentials have been left in lurch.

Request you to please re open the booth as early as possible.

Purchased 1.5 litre full cream milk from sec.34 noida mother dairy booth on 24.1.2018 for rs.78/-. My aopenining balance was rs.1013.00 and i was told closing balance as rs.925/. Today on 26.01.2018 i purchased again rs.78/-full cream milk and my balance should have been rs.847/-but the sales man told it as rs.769/-, hence rs.78 more have been deducted from my sbi card no.[protected] without any purchase. Pl ask booth man to credit my wrong deducted balance of rs.78/-immediately.

Grievance - i purchased packets of tond milk (1 ltr packet) & ml cow milk (500 ml packet) from concerned booth on 26.01.2018 at around 8.50 pm. The booth attendant handed me the packet, & i started walking back to my home. When i had walked barely 10 steps away from the booth, i noticed that the second packet (Cow milk) was leaking. Since there was no other item in my bag that could have perforated the packet, the only explanation that can be deduced is that the packet had minor puncture (S), before the purchase was made, which was/were aggravated by the movement. I walked backed to the booth & bought it the attendant's notice, who, in a very discourteous manner, refused to replace the same.

Redressal requested - the amount involved is immaterial, however such impolite & threatening behaviour of the attendant is unacceptable. I request you to reprimand the attendant and get my order replaced. My purchase can be verified since i made the payment from mother daily card. Please also inform as to what else i need to do to escalate the matter against the attendant

We bought token milk at jangpura b mother dairy today between nine pm and ten pm and found the milk acidic and stinky.

My wife tasted the milk and burnt her tongue.

This is first time we have experienced acidic and stinking milk.

The milk vendor was giving excuse that the chlorine was present in milk as the water is dirty

Please explain as to how you can risk people’s life with such carelessness.

Kindly taken immediate action against the careless milk dealer in jangpura b.

I saw a poster at mother dairy booth no 576 of rohini sector 16 that use sbi card and get rs. 50 after 20 days. I asked the vendor and taken card no.[protected] on[protected]. I purchased milk through this card till[protected] and asked for deduction of rs. 10/= and not crediting rs. 50 (Incentive amount). He denied for both and told company is not sending amount.

Then i cancell the card for the following reason on 22-12-17
1. Rs. 10 deducted every month by sbi without any information
On poster hanged at booth no 576. (Deducted for two months)
2. Inspite of repeated enquiries from booth vendor, there was no credit till 22.12.17 of incentive of rs. 50/=

This practice is totally cheating with customers. Kindly look into the matter and reverse rs. 10+10 (Monthly deduction)+50 incentive amt= total rs.70/= and instruct vendor of booth no 576 to return the same.

Yesterday i visited the above mentioned booth for purchasing milk at around 8.45am and the total is three milk counter two counter capture is tea wala and dabha wala taken milk. And one single counter to take public milk so i and other public standing single line so waste time early morning everybody goes to office i talking to booth operator my problem he said” ja ja apna kam kar this booth operator is usually misbehaving the customers and have no manner how to behave the customer. I request you to take strong action against...”

Today i visited the above mentioned booth for purchasing milk at around 9.30 pm and the booth operator refusing to accept the fresh five hundred rs note and shouting to me that the bank
Will not accept this note and continuasely shout with unparliamentry language. After this incident i went to another mother dairy booth situated at b& e market and the booth operator accepted the same five hundred rs note without raising any question.
Sir, this booth operator is usually misbehaving the customers and have no manner how to behave the customer. I request you to take strong action against the operator.

Mother dairy one of the largest supplier of milk in delhi is not giving the proper milk in quantity the reason is not listed they are not giving us token to take milk they give milk according to their container
Which means we as the sufferer can go to the court me as a lawyer can sue this company for this small problem

On making curd from diet milk, a plastic like thin sheet is getting generated all the time. This is observed after use for one continuous week. Due to this we have suspended use of mother dairy products.
The thin plastic sheet is not getting broken even after applying pressure. Pic of plastic type substance generated attached. Wanted to use fat free milk but it seems to be adulterated. The diet milk purchased from mini mother dairy booth at olive county, vasundhara sector 5 commercial market

I want to complain against the staff of mother dairy booth dwarka sector 8 new delhi for being very rude to customers. The seller is a very rude person. He talks in a hostile tone and is harsh to me. It is annoying to go to the same person and buy milk every day. Since this is not acceptable, i would humbly request a warning made against him.
If this behaviour is not solved then i will do what i can to file more complaints.
He is very rude and does not know basic manners. If i have to quote, he was kind to everyone but when my turn came today he started assaulting me verbally saying how i am not being loud. This happens almost every day! And, today i got really frustated, so i am complaining now.
Honestly, more like annoyed by his behaviour. Especially since i am not from north. Since this infringes on my rights i demand you to take action.

I am a student of gautam buddha university, greater noida -201312 and there is a mother dairy booth here which i've never seen open after 8 pm as a hosteler i came to booth after having dinner from mess so it takes me half an hour to reach at the booth but he closes it everytime around 8 or if its open then he says that the mil is finished as some mess manager took all his supplies which i guess is illegal as they take 20-30 lit of milk daily from him only. So please sir we need milk otherwise change the booth owner.

I am karmesh sharma, resident of wp 572 a wazirpur village, delhi. Few days back i was about to purchase ice cream from mother dairy outlet no. 560 ashok vihar phase 4. When i reached there i saw the sales person and some few other friends of him was drinking alcohol in the store and the behavior of the salesman was also rude. When i asked them for not doing so they told me to be quite and don't say anything about this to anyone and started abusing me as well.
Further there was also illegal construction has been done on the left and right side of the mother dairy booth without taking the permission from the appropriate authority. Kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the sales man and the owner of the booth no. 560 of ashok vihar phase 4.
