I recently purchased a packet of "mother dairy cheese cubes" which is a product of your established company. It's disheartening to bring this to your detail that the product when opened was in a foul state and the cubes had grown mould. I was a loyal customer of "amul" but my friend suggested me to try "mother dairy" so please explain this is your quality? I was about to cook and feed this horrible stuff to my kids and family. I need a proper justified compensation for it.
Also, this purchase was done from a renowned supermarket "hypercity" which is located in orion mall - panvel on 11th of october, 2017.

On behalf of the society i want to complain about the new safal vendor. His vegetables are mostly stale, has no variety. The owner and the staffs have no selling or inter-personal skills. Most of the times they are rude or do not answer customers. Most of the products which were available before are not available now. We love and trust safal brand. Hi sir,

I want you to bring your kind notice that i have bought the mother dairy full cream milk from our shopkeeper who has given with the price of rs 30 per packet instead of rs 26 per packet (As per the print rate). Meanwhile, when i oppose to give the extra money to them. He has said that mother dairy charge us the extra money (Including cooling and transportation charge) from them which is not possible.

The address of the shopkeeper is greenhart market, hindustan aeronautics limited township korwa, amethi sultanpur. Pin code - 227412.

Kindly resolve this on priority as we have faith on mother dairy that we never pay the excess money than the print rate to the shopkeepers. Due to this we can't buy the mother dairy product but willingly we want.

I bought a 3 litre single toned milk from booth no 742 on 12 Jube 2021 at 7 :13 p.m and i boil the milk about two hours but it ejaculate. The whole milk ejaculate. Please help me out with that problem as soon as possible. So that i can trust for your company products. So you sholuld give me full refund of the payment. I paid through cash. The staff of the Mother Dairy also very incooperative and misbehaved with public. Token milk both is not working. They operate manually. That's why in a long queue people waiting for half hour specially when the country major problem of covid. kindly change the staff of mother dairy. Do the needful to solve my problem.

Is charging 2% extra on any type of digital payment.

I usually purchase milk products form mother dairy and 99℅ of time do the payment using digital mode. Whether using mother dairy card or via paytm.

But on this particular outlet when i tried to do the payment via paytm he is charging me 2% extra here is also want to mention that no other outlet on mother dairy is doing that kind of thing.

Also when i asked him what are the other options available for digital payment. He told me cash is the only option.

This kind of seller discouraging the government digital india program and also violating the government digital payment norms and diluting the brand name of mother dairy.

Please take immediate action against him.

I bought a chocobar from a hawker of mother dairy ice cream in sec 31 faridabad yesterday.

When i took the first bite, it was too hard to bite, like a solid rock. Like it was frozen for weeks.

So i gave it 2 mins to warm up.

When i started eating the chocobar was tasting strange. I eat a chocobar 2-3 times a week, but this one was tasting very weird. Like i'm eating some chemical or a medicine.

So i took 3-4 bites and threw it away.

Came home, ate nothing after that for 3 hours and then my stomach started to ache like hell.

Followed by vomiting and motions for 4-5 hours, i knew what this was. I have had food poisoning before.

So my complaint is, a mother dairy chocobar gave me food poisoning.

This complaint is against mother diary booth 12640, uttam nagar.

1. The person at this booth sell expired date milk and other products many times.
2. His behavior is very rude and say do whatever complaint you want to make.
3. He always denies paytm payment and harasses for change amount as

4. He also sell egg and use same hand for giving the product without hand wash

It has been 4-5 times now and today as well i received an expired product from this booth, on complaining about the same he never listen and try to find fault in other things such as climate, your fridge not working properly etc etc...

I take token milk from booth no 029 at hauz khas market.in the last one

Month the milk has curdled three times. When i complained to the booth
Owner he refused to refund the money. Instead he said come later in the morning as the milk that comes out first thing in the morning can curdle.

On 14-sep-2017 at around 9:00-9:05 i wanted to purchase some spinach at safal booth no 81332 at inderpuri, after purchase i asked the store keeper to generate bill for the purchase, however the store keeper refused to give the bill since the bill was around rs 15/- only, also the store keeper was very disrespectful and behaved at the same time, the store was fully open and purchase was made to other customers without bill, ultimately i had to return the purchase as the bill was refused. The matter was fully recorded in cctv cameras installed in the booth and may be cross verified. I made repeated call to customer care no [protected] through my mobile no [protected] but same was disconnected and i was not able to resolve the matter. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate. Is the customer not eligible for bill if the bill amount is rs 10/- or rs 15/-?

It was a complete violation of consumer rights when i checked the packaging date of the double toned milk packet, and since i was not able to read the date on one of the two packets, i asked the person at the counter to please give me another packet. Out of rage, the person (Quite elderly) snatched the packet from my hand asking the supporting boy to keep the packets inside, saying 'nahi hai'.
Is this how consumer awareness should be rewarded (Awwe, penaliized)??
Specifically i have eliminated the booth number, but should there be no quality check on whatever comes under govt.'s purview?

Am a regular basis consumer of it. But today during boiling milk ejaculated.
I met shopkeeper regarding this problem then he refused to replace it and his words are... ये कंपनी का काम है मेरा सिर्फ बेचना। तुम मुझे मत चराओ मैं दुनियाभर को चराता हूँ। it's shopkeeper hasn't any responsibility. Why? Today i'm sleeping without milk. That why response me soon otherwise i will go to court for this horrible night.

My grievance is related to mother dairy booth no. 19801, kv sector 51 noida. The staff of this booth are very dry and not costumer friendly. They are not mobile savvy and therefore they never accept paytm and so we are not able to avail the online schemes and discount available on the mother and paytm. The staff is slow in financial transactions and so there is long queues in front of the booth. Recently the staff has been changed and these problems are occuring since then.

We live in sundernagar and buy milk from kakanagar mother dairy booth and vegetables regularly. We have been doing so since the past 28 years. Recently they have stopped giving a bll for the milk purchase. This sale without bill is illegal. It is impossible to verify whether the milk is actually being purchased by our servant or the amount is just being written by hand. This is creating a nuisance for us. We are n fact participating in an illegal activity by buying milk without a bill. Please rectify this immediately.

Today I asked shopkeeper for paneer. He gave me Ananda company's paneer, so I told him for mother dairy paneer. Then he answered mother dairy take over Ananda company. That time I didn't checked expiry date because I am getting late and I trust on mother dairy's product. When I opened the packet lots of smell coming and expiry date also erased on packet so I gone again in shop and told him about that. He will not return my money and fighting with me. please take any action against these people.
