I have purchased 1kg curd pouch from mother dairy booth no. 856 on dated 07.06.2017 at 7:30 pm and stored it in my refrigerator immediate with in 5 min. Next day morning i found, it was too much sour. I made a complaint 445156 dated 08.06.2017 & your area manager visited that on 09.06.2017. He also found too much sour. He advised me to deposit same at booth no.856 & assured me you will get replacement if any issue before your purchase. I did same but today he is denying the replacement saying your fault.

Same happen gain on date 10.06.2017, immediate i made & complaint 447411 & deposit it at booth no. 856.

Please help as there is no response.

Not resolved till now.
A card is been issued on my no.and it was activated.but it was not given to me as another card is been issued .The machine which detects the card is broken.
I want the card which was activated but not given to be destroyed of.

Actually the automatic machine which detects the card is broken.please replace the machine as soon as possible.

    Website: Unhygienic booth of 823 mother dairy

    As far as i am informed that mother dairy booth holders are not allowed to sell any of the products which are not dairy products or the products which are not supplied by the mother dairy.
    Wherein i have seen booth no. 823 selling eggs in his booth. Which is violation of the services which the mother dairy supply. It is also very unhygienic that dairy products are touched by the same hands through which he uses to give eggs.
    I enclosed my complain with an view that this illegal activity will stop soon.

      The owner of mother diary whose name is umesh and his assistant in my area which is in vasant apartment, booth number: 178 damaged my bike badly 2 months back while reversing his car due to his gross negligence. Inspite of shouting loudly he ignored my shout and continued reversing his car and damaged my bike badly. At the time of incident he promised to return the money which costed me rs. 2, 300 in repairs. I fell sick and as a result could not take the money immediately after repairs. Today when i asked for money he said what money. I am not going to give you any money. Do whatever you can my name is umesh. He spoke to me in a very bad tone and i left the place. This is one of the many incidents that me along with other residents of my locality have faced. The owner and his assistant have been caught many times by customers not giving the correct amount (Less amount) of milk. As well as selling expired items such as such as lassi served in packet. Not only that, the assistant of the mother diary has been found to be very rude to elderly people for no reason. I request the honourable authority to grant justice to me and other customers against the damages and cheating done by mother diary owner and his asisistant. I want the esteemed authority to take strict action against the mother diary owner and his assistant so that they stop the malpactrices done by them and not give a bad name to the esteemed organization called mother diary.

        I want to file complaint against booth number 513, kamla nagar, delhi. Recently we purchased desi ghee from this booth and paid 510 rupees. Same desi ghee at 513 vegetable booth is being sold at 480 they are giving discount of 30 rupees on 1 kg desi ghee. I checked with the vegetable booth if this is a special offer, but he said this offer is there for long time. It is not possible that same company booths are selling desi ghee at different rates. This is obviously an open cheating by milk booth. I request you to take strict action against the vendors running milk booth number 513. Milk booth people are also very rude. They did lot of cheating during the note ban. They took old notes in thousands from their know people and refused to accept from common people. They never keep change with them instead try to give peace of paper as parallel currency, this amounts to an criminal offence running parallel currency. I request you to get them arraested also for their criminal act.

          Being a regular customer of mother dairy you are not delivering skimmed milk to booths. Your booth no. 653 is not receiving skimmed milk from last 9 months please look after it. Why have you made skimmed milk if you cant make it delivered to the booths. Reslove it as soon as possible and make it delivered to all your booths.

          I have already been registered complaint regarding skimmed milk but it has not been resolved yet my complaint number is 446802. I have visited your shop for skimmed milk after complaint but they are saying they will not avail skimmed milk as they cant sell it from their milk booth i dont think that's customer problem that you can sell it or not you should look after customers need. Please look after my complaint

            Sir,
            I am a resident of dda flats (Lig), east of loni road, delhi - 110093. And a customer to the safal (Of our area) no. 785

            It's very shocking to see that the retailer managing safal in our area is charging unexpectedly high prices for the fruits and vegetables. And has been succesful in doing so since a long time.

            I have been searching about the pricing mechanism of safal. The prices are no where close to those mentioned in your ads and related info. And also tried to contact through customer care only to recieve no response. The prices are altered throughout the day clearly indicating the self control on prices which has exceeded the acceptable level. People complaint to each other but are unable to express to the retailer in absence of any proof. Your enquiry can serve the purpose.

            Kindly take action as soon as possible.

            Mother dairy shop number 15133 situated at plot no 4 Gold Craft apartment Sector 11 Dwarka New Delhi. The shopkeeper always charges more than MRP and he has been told many times but he is not bothered at all. Hope necessary action will be taken against him.

                I purchased a milk cake on 4/5/17 ago from mother dairy south moti bagh, new delhi -110021, and its date was expired. When it was opened, it tasted different as it was of expiry date. I have written an application for exchange of that milk cake, but there was no response, as it was returned on 5/5/17
                I hope you will look this matter and exchange that milk cake or return the money.

                  I am writing this email regarding the deep freezer in my shop.

                  I am owner of a shop in new kondli, named prem store. I am running this shop for last 4 years and sell below mentioned product of mother dairy:
                  Packaged milk (Toned//cow milk/full cream milk)
                  Curd
                  Butter
                  Butter milk (Chhach)
                  Paneer
                  Flavored milk
                  Lassi
                  Ice cream

                  Problem:
                  My deep freezer is not working for last one and half months, i had made complaint for the same, and engineer said that it has permanent leakage, and repairing not possible. He said that i need to contact my area representative for the replacement.
                  I contacted area representative mr jitendra so many times, but no solution received. I again made complaint on customer care with complaint id:47563 but no response received till date.

                  Sell of milk at my shop is approx 224 (14 crates) litre everyday, but it is continuously going down now, as it is not possible to keep this amount of milk fresh for 24 hours in this season. Customers had complained so many times for milk. Some regular customer has left my shop as they do not get fresh milk. I am investing amount for ice to keep milk fresh, but it is not possible to keep milk fresh for so long with the help of ice.

                  Sell of my shop has gone so much down, because customer uses to come at my shop to take milk and take other goods too, but now so many customer has left my shop due to milk problem.

                  I am requesting you to please take this issue on priority and do the needful for the replacement of my deep freezer.

                    I am regular customer of mother dairy, booth no.104 located in R k puram sec 4 .Sir the vendor doesn't have talking sense, he talks very rudely to the customers..but not a single person complained against him..(sab sochte h na chodo na kyu baat badani ) but its our right...reasons are doesn't have change...if we said to change the note bcz the note is crushed or teared ...he started misbehaving or talking rudely...this is not right sir...please take some actions against him...

                        Safal outlet in crossing republic ghaziabad always charge higher rates compared to rates given in your ads. For instance, today your ad in NBT says, mango safeda is rs 49 per kg but this booth is selling them at 55 per kg. Kheera at 17.90 against 15.90 as per your ad. Every item is sold at higher rates. And when someone questions it, he is insulted. Please let me know if this booth is not your authorized booth and your rates are not applicable here. I can submit the bill in support of my allegations. Rest is up to you to enquire or sit on the complaint.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I am working as a senior scientist in National Botanical Research Institute, Lucknow. I am a regular consumer of Mother Dairy Milk (4 packets of full cream milk).
                          But its unfortunate to state that yesterday when i bought the milk packets and boiled it implode. I rushed to the shopkeeper and complaint regarding this but he said there is no such provision to replace the milk from the company.
                          One thing is very strange when i came back to home and saw the dates on the packets, i was surprised to see that on one packet there is no date mentioned and it seemed that it was deliberately rubbed.

                          Sir/madam i just want to know that is it so that the there is no such provision of replacing the imploded milk.

                            Sir.
                            I had purchased 2.5l of token milk on 15/05/2017 from booth no. 156 dwarka, new delhi, though it was boiled with in half an hour. Next day, 15/05/2017 in the morning i again purchased 2.5l from the same booth and i informed the booth owner about the spoiling of milk, who told me that "it happens sometimes". But same thing happened today also - the milk got spoiled on boiling within half an hour. I took both spoiled milk to the booth. The booth owner told me to throw both in the drain. He wanted to replace one installment of 2.5l milk but i requested for the replacement of both the installments. He refused. Mean while, many other persons also came with similar complain - the booth owner told them to come in the evening.
                            I contacted the area manager who also took the side of the booth owner - i have audio recorded in my phone.
                            It is requested that the booth owner may kindly be instructed to either give me 5l of token milk free of cost as i have already paid for this or he should refund me rs.190, the cost of the milk.

                              I am resident of sector 52 noida, the owner of the booth {near adarsh public school} is very rude and use inappropriate language and sometimes sometime abuse people. He has no respect for women, elder and children. Please take strick action against him or kindly gave booth to other person who have some manner. This person cannot deal with person. He just fight with every second person.

                              The seller of booth in sector 52 noida near Adarsh Public school is not behaving properly with customer. He never gave change to customer and if someone bring 500 rs note for taking milk upto rs 100 he send them away saying he didn't have change or force the customer to purchase any other item which of no use to customer. He is not selling products he is actually harassing a the customer. It's a request that please take some action against him.

                                Yesterday 13/05/2017 i pardeep dangi a resident b8/56 second floor sector.11, rohini delhi 110085 regular customer of mother dairy brought
                                5 litres of milk as i bring daily but yesterday when i
                                Cut the packet of milk and there was a smell in it
                                And when we boil that milk the whole milk was ejected!!!

                                So i think i would make a complaint to your company for this bad and disgusting thing!!

                                  The butter milk that mother dairy provides for 10rs comes in a plastic bottle with a foil cover. Apart from useless increase in price, this packaging is harmful for environment. Heaps of such bottles are thrown away from our college everyday. Even if recycled, they harm the environment. Find a better way for packaging, learn from amul if you want to because learning is not harmful, but these bottles are. And we have alternative brands but only one mother earth.

                                    I was going for a icer cream which i won in the bet of mother dairy app. When i reached the store of mother dairy near alchon international school he declined to scan the QR code due to bad internet connection afterwards a uncle came just after me and i was sitting on scooty with my friend and i saw that he was scanning the code again i ho the store and asked to scan my code he replied in abusive language in front of that uncle and my friend and then i said him that i will do complaint in mother dairy app. When i reached my scooty and started searching fir mother dairy complaint website two adukts came and started scolding me when i told them the problem and started harrasing and they both were gujjar they were saying call ashish or something AMD they both were bullying me and the main thing they both were of mother dairy safal store which is combined with that mother dairy store only . I want some strict action against them otherwise i can protect my rights through consumer court .

                                      I found plastic material(plastic piece) in the probiotic milk while drinking.That plastic would have caused a lot of damage to by body.kindly check your packaging unit.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        Greetings of the day !!!
                                        This is the complaint against the old owner of Booth No 81412, Mr Anil Kumar Sinha Mob [protected], who kept our balance of 398 and gave the slip stating to use the money for further purchases. Unfortunately for 2weeks we didn't do any transaction with the dairy as were travelling and when on 14th Apr, 2017 we came to know that Mother Dairy contractor is changing. We asked our balance money of INR 398 to be settled in cash or give us some stuff against the same-----which he outrightly refused stating that since his employee Ravikant who signed the slip on his behalf has big money to settle with him, it is Ravikant's onus and not his to payback. I have a due signed slip from Ravikant. Kindly advise if you have some deposit of the owner, please deduct the amount from the same and let me know from where can I claim the same ??? I have due supporting proofs which I will bring along while claiming the money. INfact apart from us, we were told he have taken loads of money from other people too which he has not returned.
