This is to bring to your account that being the resident to nearest mother dairy booth no. 645. Mother dairy offers a new method of transaction process SBI card for transactions.
To this, once my card was pronounced defected and was issued with another card (charges applied on new card), moreover my balance from earlier card wasnt even transfered.
Its been a month now asking the booth vendor, field officer (Vikas), SBI card collector (Vinay) and numerous customer care representatives. All trying to just fool me around and not giving me valid solution as to how i can get my money back.
Please do the needfull, as im running out of patience.

The person dispensing milk at booth no. 645 talked to me and my fiancee in an unparliamentary language and even hurled milk packet at me, he was not polite, he replied to me in a very rude manner and in my opinion he is suffering from mental illness. I made a complaint on your toll free number few days back but to no avail, rather the area incharge by the name of Mr. Vikas Dwivedi failed to address this issue despite my repeated requests and phone calls made to him. The area incharge even shouted at me and told me in a very condescending manner that he wont to be able to help me. I therefore request to the higher authorities throUgh this portal to address my grievance for which i shall feel obliged.

On 20/04/17 i have paid for two ltrs of milk to salesman of booth no 057 near bhagat singh park, Malviya Nagar new delhi. But the salesman deliverd me only one ltr of milk and when he has been asked for short delivery he got anger on me. By observing his attitude when i told him to comlain for this he used slang languages and shows dam care for any complain. in this regard when i enquired from other consumers they told me that it is regular habbit and he is never punished for his wrong doings i.e why he is so dam care.
Therefore my humble submission is that a proper enquiry be conducted in this matter and punish the guilty so that he will not repeat the practice in future.

I want to complain about mother dairy booth number. 166 in dwarka sector-8
The person who is supposed to provide services is behaving very rudely to the customers. And sometimes he closes the booth before the timings too...
Very tardy person... He closes the shop before the timings... I have provided a photo of the shop at 9:15 am but mother dairy timings written on the board are till 10:00pm. I request to take action against him.

Mother dairy at sctor 30 noida shop always treat people very badly. on just enquiring abt the date of a curd the boy and his mother who are sellers started abusing and threw the milk on my face
Is this the behaviour we expect from such a renowned brand. Seriously disgraceful disrepecting .
I just want an explanation being a girl is my mistake instead if i was a male member would he and his mom behaved with. e like this. Pleas edo justice for this

Nearby milk distributor- B.S.Devashi Marg, Adj ICICI Bank Deonar, Govandi, Opp Runwal Centre- East fleecing customers by charging Rupees 3 more per liter than MRP on milk which included his regular commission from milk procucer ferderation..

This is to raise a complaint against a distributor sells all of the milk at a higher price and some milk at Rupees 3 higher per liter than MRP. Contacted Mother Dairy (National Dairy Development Board (NDDB))/ Gokul milk federation etc. is not resulted, they expressed, helplessness & saying it is practice all over at least in Mumbai. In last few months rates have been increased several times, their commission too, what a middle class do? To facilitate speedy response and ACTION I have mentioned my e-mail and address. Kindly correct such malpractices and help the public. This is not only a corruption also producing black money. We herewith request PMO to intervene and stop such malpractice at gross route, corruption above, if any will also stop.

I want to complaint against seelampur booth 714 .contact booth person arrogant and rudely behaviour me .dont be satisfied customer and dont provide good services by the customers.and this grivence not a one time .this grivence before allready rejistred but mother dairy officers dont be resolved and dont take action .tottally i say ple seelampur mother dairy booth 714 all staff please change .but mother dairy dont take action i want to compaint against mother dairy by the indian conumer court.

Quality of vegetables and fruits of mother dairy booth no 129 Are detiourating day by day. Most of the good fresh vegetables and fruits are being sent to other outlet. If you request them to give the fresh items they will refuse saying that this is for other outlet. Staff is very arrogant. They have also encroached the parking area. And built illegal room adjusent to motherdairy taken illegal electricity. If something happens to someone who will be responsible for this. Will motherdairy take the responsibility. Vipin Chaudhary. Today morning on date 3 rd April 17.The owner of Franchise of Mither Dairy.He didn't returned the milk which was bad which we bought previous night, also he the owner of Mother Dairy of Sector 48 A block Noida.kept 100 Rupee note and didn't return back and abused a lady of my home publically.we trust mother diary a lot and we have been purchasing milk for so long.

Hi i am a girl, my name is arushi, i am working in a private sector, i live in surajmal vihar, mother dairy milk booth A block surajmal vihar kaventer market seller abuse me very badly today, he didnt gave my money back, he talked very rudely and badly, he showed me very bad attitude.please take necessary action against him otherwise i will go to consumer court.

Sir i am from saharanpur (U. P), living at ali ki chungi, sabri ka bagh, saharanpur.

There is a shop with named "ikram panfarosh" he is selling mother diary milk with an extra amount of 1 to 3 rupees.

1 lt. Milk cost rs. 52 but he is charging rs. 53 to 54 or 55. Saying that mother diary told us to do so.

Its a large company how can it do pity work. Please take necessary action against him.

On 27.3.2016 I bought one coconut and bananas from Booth No.699. The total cost was Rs.76/- and accordingly I tendered Rs.100 to the booth vendor. He asked for the change of Rs.6/- which I gave to him. But to my utter bewilderment instead of returning back Rs.30/- the vendor said that it has been settled against the previous day's credit. When reasoned with his nonsense he tendered the balance amount but not before his fraud of cheating Rs.30/- fell flat, As a matter of fact I hardly carry out purchases from this booth because o[censored]nfair dealing of this particular vendor. I would like to state here that in the past one year I have lodged two complaints against this vendor but no action has been taken against him. Much worse, your representative deputed for taking the cognisance of my two earlier complaint is in hand in glove with the vendor and for the same reasons no action has been taken against this errant vendor. He never tenders the balance amount and has doctored the weighing machine which indeed is a criminal offence. On the episode of 27.3.2017 he flatly denied to give me the complaint book like that he did on previous occasions. I request you to kindly take stern action against this errant vendor who not only indulges in all sorts of cheating in supplying the fresh fruits and vegetables to the customers but also adopt corrupt unfair means at all levels.

Some points about store and complains

(1) On 26th mar 2017 milk got TORN, today 28-Mar-17, I been and complained then he straightly said why you have come after 2days, and the reason was I missed to communicate about this incident to him on 27-Mar-17, secondly he said make complains to CC of Mother dairy I can’t do anything
(2) He never sells 1litre of packing of any mother dairy milk (when we inquire he said MOTHER DAIRY DNT PERMIT US TO SELL)
(3) In scenario of demonetization and post that (after digitization) he only ask for cash payment of purchased milk if you cant pay cash then he cant give you milk as per MOTHER DAIRY NORMS, it’s really very strange when PM of India promoting cashless transaction to curb black money.
(4) How can above mentioned points can be resolved and what will be action taken and when
(5) Please acknowledge this and suggest future required action.

I live in signature view apartment, dr. Mukherjee nagar, new delhi which is barely 200m away from safal store at batra cinema.

I am a regular customer of mother dairy products and was a satisfied customer too until before today's morning unchivalrous event.

I went to above said store on 27.03.2017 at 6:30 in the morning. To buy 1 liter of toned milk and in return handed 3 currency notes of rupees 10 and coins of denomination 10 and 2 rupees. The cashier stopped me and told me to take back the 10 rupees coin as it was a "fake" coin and demanded 10 rupees in return.

I was perplexed and asked on what grounds he is saying so. He said he saw on tv that specific type of coins are discontinued and fake. I replied that the rupee symbol which he was talking about was introduced in 2011 and the coin i tendered was of year 2010 and completely legal. He refused to hear my argument and became rude. I even opened my mobile to show him that it was a mere rumour ands showed a news report of the times of india and as per rbi guidelines he may face legal action of not accepting the money. He became more ill-mannered and openly said to go for any legal action but will not accept the 10 rupee coin.

As a responsible citizen of india and a regular customer of mother dairy, i wish to say that proper guidelines should be given to vendors and cashiers at your outlets. I was thrashed verbally in the morning even when i showed truth to the rumour. Mother dairy caters the need of lakhs of people of everyday and supply on the basic requirement for daily consumption that is milk.

Luckily i had another so called "valid currency" as per the unruly and threatening cashier and was able to secure my quota of milk but, what if someone in dire need of milk was not allowed to get milk just because the coin was not suited to the cashier. I hope suitable action will be taken in this regard.

That the introductory offer of free mishti doi on downloading the mother dairy ap at Mother dairy booth No. 926 was though effectively copied and noted by the owner of the said booth adjoining CCA School in Sector 4 Gurgaon but he has been dishonest for such a petty thing. In this manner, he is involved in cheating innocent people by not passing on the benefit of the introductory scheme offers like in my case, the offer of free mishti doi has though been shown to have been passed on to the consumer but has been denied on the pretext of his aps being not functional. It is shocking that despite repeated visits for the last 6 days (the one week offer was to expire on 22.03.2017), the booth owner has been denying the claim on flimsy pretexts. Seller is not good talks rudely and abusesd to their customers.
He don't have manners how to talk to customers. Very annoying nature.
He s from hariyana always he abuses in own language. He don't have sense how to talk females and elders.

We purchased this packet yesterday and kept in Refrigerator. but today when try to use it, it became like this.

What kind of milk you are preparing!, You have no concern of customer's health. this is ridiculous and not acceptable, we are going to give this pack to Health Department and Consumer court and trying to contact media also.

Dear sir/ madam, i am a regular customer of mother dairy. The toned milk vending machines (one litre and sometimes 1/2 ltr also) of booth number 579 u&v block shalimar bagh, delhi has not been operational for last fortnight.It is pertinent to mention that sometimes the one litre vending machine malfunctioned during the operational period.Please do needful to operationalise that machine.

Yesterday at 7 Pm when I go to the booth no 754 Vasundhara Enclave Delhi to purchase milk but the booth owner refused to give me milk he said that milk is not available and you are not my regullar costumer & I will not give you milk.when there was a milk van standing outside the booth and there was a huge stock of milk in the Booth.
If company do not listen my complaint, I will take other serious step against the booth owner.
