I bought mother dairy ghee, and the next day when I opened it I found 2 steel spoons inside the ghee.I don't know why such a careless and reckless act done by such a reputed company.In future I never think to buy mother dairy ghee again.If Your company do not listen to my complaint I will complaint to the Food corporation of India and consumer grivience cell.I want response as soon as possible from your company.

This is complaint against booth no. 728 in situated in Balco market patparganj delhi-110092…
They refuse to give the milk when there is 5 minutes left In closing time at night.
I was there at 9:55 pm on 28/02/2017 and the shutter is open with the person standing there in the booth and they yelled very rudely we will not give anything we are getting late and said to go complain wherever you want to.

Sir,
After retirement from Govt. service I have settled in Chinar Park, Rajarhat. For my requirement of milk I have been purchasing Mother Dairy milk from the above mentioned shop. The owner of the shop has been behaving rudely with me from the very begining whenever I had gone to his shop. I thought that this may be his attitude and it will change with time. But this has not happened and the reasons came to light today i.e. 25/02/2017 when I had not gone to purchase milk from his shop.
When I asked for two packets of milk of Mother Dairy he said that he will not give milk to me. I pointed to him that milk was available and he should give it to me. Hhe said that the milk was for some Orphanage. Just before I asked for milk he had sold twenty packets of milk to an owner of a nearby tea stall but he could not give me two packets of milk to a regular customer. When I pointed this to him he told me that this was his prerogative and will not give the milk to me. He further told me that I can make a complaint against him and he is not bothered as he can manipulate with the Mother dairy authorities as he is politically connected.
He further told me in front of other purchasers and his wife that since I am not member of his association and do not belong to his political party i.e. C.P.M. he will not give me milk.
As a Retired Govt. Officer and senior citizen I do not agree to his views of joining an association or political party. I do not know know from where I will get Mother dairy milk as there is no other nearby shop which sells Mother dairy milk.
I shall request the Mother dairy Authorities to investigate in the matter as to whether it is necessary for me to become a member of Chinar Park Association and a member of a political party like C.P.M. to get milk from a Mother Dairy Shop. If not, then the license of this shop owner should be cancelled and given to a decent person who can behave properly and upheld the dignity of Mother dairy and its products.
I am suffering from unnecessary harassment and insults from this shop owner. I sincerely hope Mother Dairy authorities will mitigate my problems.

I have bought milk from mother dairy booth 702 today in the morning by using paytm because I have received a message from paytm company that there is an offer of 100% cashback on purchasing of mother dairy products from mother dairy on the occasion of mahashivratri by using paytm but I have received 5% cashback only.So please resolve my problem. Thank you

Today's supplied milk of Mother Dairy tasted completely like soap water, initially while drinking tea, I noticed the taste, threw away the tea. Later while drinking milk had forgotten about the tea, but as soon as I drank 2 sips of milk, felt like vomiting due to detergent taste.
I have preserved the sample and milk packets, but in India its so difficult to take on such big companies

argues a lot with people and he doesn't know anything about products. He doesn't anything about PATYM money transfer. He always waste time of consumers by telling annoying stories.
He argues with women and ignores consumers when they come to the booth for buying something. He doesn't know how to use a calculator and doesn't know calculation. He add harmful adulterants into the products send to the booth by the company. It's a humble request please fire him as fast as possible

The person is overcharging 2% extra on payment done by paytm. He started doing this from today while no where else extra amount is being asked on using paytm.

Why are we being overcharged??

Kindly provide clarification on this. And resolve this issue. Let your consumers know on what all modes of transaction will we be overcharged? What is the meaning of going digital if we'd have to pay more??

Also, why am i asked to write an essay of 350 words on my complaint? The dialog box says be it 350 words or more or else the complaint wont attract attraction. Am I supposed to be direct or make a book out of it, to attract you??

I M aakarshan Sinha living in green field colony want to say that I am the owner of the grocery shop and i have taken a fridge from mother dairy after paying security.I am calling Anand Jha from last 2 years for replacing my fridge due to damage from the delivery time. But he is not taking any action from his sideAt last i request u to repalce it otherwise it will not be my responsibility As mother dairy and his officials will be responsible for it.

Yesterday evening dated January 28, 2017 i went to mother dairy along with my nephew (8 Years) on Booth no. 89 Dakshin Puri, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi-110062. And when my Nephew inset the coin the milk didn’t comes reason being my nephew press the lever for milk. But the milk booth operator starts shouting to the child and treats like animal baby. I said him don’t shout the milk not comes reason being the child press the lever. He said ye machine kharab ho gayi to kya iska baap thik karayega and stars fighting with me. I said i will log the complaint to Mother Dairy office he said janha jana hai mera koi kuch nahi bigad sakta. This is not the first time he always very unpleasant, discourteous and disrespectful to interact with. Hoping a action as earliest as possible and revert back the feedback.

Dear Sir,
Today in the evening I along with my mother went to mother dairy booth no. 823 Sector 25 Noida wherein the concessionaire was keeping eggs on the booth Counter. After taking 1 litre toned milk I requested the booth concessionaire not to keep eggs in the booth as we use milk for worship purposes also. The concessionaire said I can keep whatever I wish and got irritated on my request and started abusing me along with my mother and asked us to do whatever we can. He said that he has big contacts and started shouting on me and my mother. He said that you complaint to anyone but nothing will happen to me. Such was his behaviour.

This is to inform the concerned authorities that operator of mother dairy booth no 80125 at dwarka sector 11 apartments is always very unpleasant, discourteous and disrespectful to interact with. He would always blame the mother dairy for any issues related to fruits vegetables or others. For eg use paytm as promoted by mother dairy can't be availed with for several silly reasons from him

He would never be willing to go an extra mile to cheer the customer.

Would appreciate if appropriate action is taken against him.

On 27 December 2016, I purchased the 1.5 liter of cow milk and Rs. 10 vanila cup. I gave Rs 100 note to the vendor and he gave me Rs. 10 coins and all of them were fake.
I didn't notice the currency at the same time because of last 10 year trust on mother dairy both, RBI Colony in Sarojini Nagar. This is very unethical action done by mother Dairy.

Hi there, this is an IES officer, Indian railways. Since the market is growing exponentially and the first motto of any company would be customer oriented services.

so, since i am living single, i need a glass of milk(~250ml) in night. but for that i have to purchase the 500ml packet and the rest of milk get wasted.

can u launch a mini package of milk with 250ml qty. #promoting 1 glass of milk for every citizen per day. It will be cheaper for "Indian" costomer too.

Mother dairy booth which is situated in village-Kailbakri, post-Kailbakri, dist--Amroha(U.P)He collects the milk from local milkmen at the evening, and make adulteration in the milk and supply the milk to dairy.
The chain of adulteration seems to be very long from the bottom.
So it is very hard for me to catch all.

My name is Ravi from samaypur new prem nagar mcd colony. Mother dairy is a good brand but vendor in my area is ruining the brand name, he is charging extra money. Charge on the pack is 25/- but he charge 26/- when i asked him that why he is charging extra then he said "lena hai to lo hum to itne me hi denge, hame bhi itne ka hi milta hai", it's my humble request please look into the case and take appropriate action.

I m from gurgaon and there is a mother dairy booth here. The owner here is very rude and do not respect the customers.
Even though mother dairy itself started the pay with paytm service but he doesn't care about it and refuse to give the milk with paytm payment.
If you guys do no bother to care your customer's then stop your business and fake promises for pay with paytm.
Contact that person and ask him to start respect customers and take the paytm as a payment method.

I paid Rs. 1000/- old note to vendor's rep. at the booth for loading in my SBI Smart Card. I took 3 tokens of milk and 200 gms. curd and balance I was told is Rs. 918/-. When I went next time I was told there is only Rs. 9/- balance. I told him where it has gone. He said I do not know.

I discussed with the Dealer also 3-4 times who assured me that let that man (his servant) comes I will deduct from his salary but not giving back my balance money.

I made a complaint to Mr. Rahul on Mobile No. [protected] but in vein. Though he promised that he will go personally and sort out the matter but till date no action.

I am raghav bnota mother dairy products distributor from hoshiarpur punjab. Mr rakesh sharma came to me in april month promising very big fat swollen figures and sales support for safal products and it's marketing. But soon we received the goods the sale support was negligible and market response was also not overwhelming dur to which products got expired.
Mr rakesh sharma showed least interest in pushing the stock in market and saving it from being expire. Now i have 80%pf stock got expired and mr sharma is not taking its responsibility.
Please save my hard earned money from being wasted.

He gave new note of Rs.2000/- to booth man Sanjeev . he was given balance amount in old currency of Rs500. when I went back to booth to ask why he has given old notes to Sr citizen Sanjeev started arguing & used abusive language. Is this way ur man would behave & cheat Sr citizen ?
