At today 19 december 2016 at 7 am I bought a Mother dairy milk from mother dairy booth wgich appear date of manufacturing is 20 december 2016. You give old or wrong product to your customer.

    My father aged 88 years went to booth 747 to purchase milk on 4Dec. He gave new note of Rs.2000/- to booth man Sanjeev . he was given balance amount in old currency of Rs500. when I went back to booth to ask why he has given old notes to Sr citizen Sanjeev started arguing & used abusive language. Is this way ur man would behave & cheat Sr citizen ?

      Dear sir,
      Today i went to purchase milk from booth no. 545, pitampura. After taking the milk from machine i made the payment through paytm as i was not having cash, due to cash problem occured by demonotization. After this i showed my phone to the vendor that i have made the payment and the money is debited from my account. But he said he will not let me take the milk till he doesn't receive any message on his phone. I said fine but after the 5 mins. Passed i requested him politely to let me go as the money is debited from my account & he will receive it. But instead of that he spoke rudely & argued me that he doesn't care that if i stand here whole night till he doesn't receives any messsge on his phone. Listening to this i objected that this is not a right way to talk to a customer. But he started to talk more rudely and after this i told him one more word, i will complaint against this rude behavior. Even then he threatened me to do whatever i can do against him and next time he will not allow me to make payment through paytm. He doesn't even accept old rupee 500 note, untill you don't purchase the goods equal to that amount. I was really disappointed looking at this kind of behavior from his side. Atleast he should have some sense to talk to a customer. I have been purchasing milk from many years but no booth vendor ever misbehaved like that. So, i request you that to please take a quick action to this complaint. Your kind help will be highly appreciated

        Sir,

        Booth 820, in Sector 55 in Noida is operated not by the person allocated but has been subcontracted to another person and the person has further subcontracted to another. He is an un educated person on post.

        We consume Double toned milk but mostly it is not available.

        We are customers for more that 15 years, is very rude behavior and needs to be replaced.

        Was responding rudely as of we will run away w/o paying, I was paying via Paytm.

        Pls take immediate actions, Booth should be run by the people who have been allocated but here all is messy. Pls check and take corrective action.

          I wanted to purchase 4 liter milk and paneer pouch at milk booth no. 778 near Max Hospital, Patparpar ganj. The vendor refused to accept Rs. 500 note and said you have to purchase product for complete amount of Rs. 500note. I requested him to accept the note and I will take the product in due course as per my requreiment, but he refused and insisted not to accept the note, and misbeved and thretend me to do whateever.you can, which is against the announcement of the Government.

            The mother dairy close to my house is not giving any commodity for Rs. 500 notes, even though it is mentioned by the govt that it should. It doesn't even have paytm like other dairies which is causing us a lot of inconvenience as there is no money in ATM since the banks were closed for two days. On top of it the staff was so rude to us, talking to us in the most disrespectful manner and also asked us to go away if we couldn't give him the change. Very disappointed.

              This is with reference to the government notification regarding the acceptance for 500/1000 note your booth owner Mr choudhray as shown in video is not taking 500/1000 note from 22nd november onwards for your information sting operation is done as attached you can see after informing again and again they are giving reasons and telling you can do complain where ever you want we will not follow the rule as shown in the video this is very unexpected from the mother dairy company which we have the faith and from the army background as the motherdairy says please do the action assoon as possible this video is 24/11/2016 morning around 7am

              Hoping a action as earliest as possible and revert back the feedback

                Today i. E 20.11.16, i resident of sector 50 noida went out to buy milk from mother diary no. 18833 at sector 50. The person at mother diary refused to accept old 500 notes and even though i said in return please give me a slip of balance which i can take it later or buy milk in future. This was surprise that after govt. Instructions milk booth refused and also said if you want to complaint you can do that. Please register my complaint and take action.

                    In order to convert their high denomination notes of 500 & 1000, residents are resorting to purchase of goods like sugar, oil, ghee, butter in wholesale, which is against the basic ethics as Govt has given direction to deposit money in Bank accounts. This wholesale purchase is abnormal and gives a hint of conversion of black to goods. Mother Dairy Should take immediate steps to stop this trend which may also lead to hoarding by some persons & artificial shortage of essential items. If corrective steps not taken, matter will be reported to higher authorities in central Govt

                        The owner of milk shop no 680, west enclave, vardhman market, pitampura, delhi 34 refused to accept the notes of denomination rs.500/1000 to give the milk packets.
                        We requested him that it is the government directives to take the rs.500/1000 notes along with the identity proof i. E. Adhar xerox copy, maintain a register and return / adjust he balance money as per your convenience.
                        He flatly refused to accept the money to provide milk and put the logic that neither he is the personal servant nor sitting idle to maintain such foolish records.
                        We requested him that how you can refuse the government's directive and deprive us of the essential commodities, i. E milk, which is very much required in he house. Along with me there were no. Of persons with me who meted out the same behaviour from the milk shop owner.
                        He told us why do not you go to petrol pump to get the change. I told him how come the petrol pump is having any linkage with the milk shop. I further told him that i am also working in the oil company (Iocl) in the position of dy. General manager. If i was to go there, what was the necessity to come over here.
                        Instead of giving us the milk after taking money from us, he twisted the entire issue and started telling that you want to influence me by your position. He did not give any milk to me and other persons standing there. We told him that if you will not give, we make a complaint against you.
                        He told that he does not bother for any complaint and you all are free to make the complaint where ever you want.
                        In this context, it is also to be informed that we are living in the area for the last twenty years and since his inception as a dairy owner, we never found his behaviour amicable.

                          I draw your attention to conduct of vendor of mother dairy booth no 150 in dwarka new delhi. He is selling the product without providing any bill. Secondly, he is taking advantages of recent restrictions on old currency of 500/ 1000 rs. Whenever, customer is offering the old currency he is accepting it but instead of giving any change of left over money he is giving hand written parchi indicating the amount left over which can be used for next purchase only at his shop.
                          Not giving bill and refund are highly unethical and lead to corrupt practice. I hope the organization will take necessary steps to stop it and assist in government endeavor to weed out corruptions.

                            I am a resident of greater noida in a few distance their is a mother dairy outlet their my money was submitted as he didn't had change the was submitted by me few days earlier the date is also mentioned in their register today at 3 pm i visited the outlet and asked the person sitting their about my money i. E "can i get my some amount of money back as i need it urgently" this was because i had an appointment with doctor and i was having no time to go atm he abused me saying ye koi time hai aane hai aane ka kabhi bhi aa jaoge tumse paise leke hmne galti kar di etc..                               Booth opretor refused to take 500 not
                              And told him to take a voter id and fhoto
                              I visited on the booth and ask him what is this
                              He total ignor me and misbihave with me
                              Ther are many local poapel there thay facing this situation
                              I imidaitly lodge a complain against this booth on the 100 no
                              I also want to take imidaitly action againts the booth opretor

                                  The current people employed at the mother dairy shop in surya nagar, ghaziabad, u.p.-201011 are not showing genuine behaviour. They are quoting wrong prices of the products and thus are making profits for themselves. Also they are selling expired products.
                                  There are many instances when they have have taken higher amount from the buyers and have later claimed that they took less amount. They are absolutely cheating the buyers.
                                  These issues have now become regular
                                  and many people have been complaing for this.
                                  Therefore it's a request from you to kindly resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.

                                    Hi, i am residing in kalkaji since 27 years and want to bring to your notice about mother dairy milk booth no-77 (alakanda market). the service man or the owner of this booth is extremely rude and doesn't have manners to talk to consumers. mostly he gives written slips instead of change for the money and later denies to accept them. moreover if you'll go at the shop with that slip in return they'll give u another slip or same or lesser value stating that don't have change. at times the slips loses its ink or gets fade away with time or sometime the piece of paper gets torn or not in proper shape to recognize as a consumer it become impossible at times to keep those slips intact as most of the people have kids, they play with it and forget or misplace it. also the quality of milk has decreased in terms of the texture. thin milk is what most people have complaint to them personally but no action is taken. kindly look into the same immediately as there is a lot of competition in the market.

                                      I bought mother diary full cream milk of rs 25 pkg no. (20) 09 NOV 16 PZ2F
                                      and I found live worm in milk. This is horrible. I always believed on package milk I used it daily and purchased from local shopkeeper. Can we use such type of products for our children? I will not use in future.

                                        I had registered complaint against underweight Milk & Curd to MOTHER Dairy customer care[protected]. The complaint no are 344963 & 349353. the complaint was registered in the month of AUGUST. The executives visited & took the pouch of curd and promised me to compensate 8 Kg of curd. Now they have closed the call saying that customer doesn't have show the proof.

                                        They have not yet visited for MILK. I again got a new CURD pouch o[censored]nderweight. I tried to register the complaint but they are not registering a complaint against it and says it will treated as single case as curd case is already registered before.

                                        Not solving or compensating me. I get repeatedly underweight items from them. It is around 5th time that i am getting underweight packing. Executives are not afraid of consumer court and asked me to complain anywhere I can.

                                        Not providing the senior executives number & if arranged, asks me to follow escalation matrix, which they never provide accept the customer care number.

                                        Very frustrated, Cheating me for the last 8 years as I am using Mother Dairy Milk & Curd which I never weight & they might be underweight as per myexperience.
