Dear Sir,

At Air Force Stn Sohna Road, Safal Outlet owner Mr Sharma today expressed his constraints for availability of poor quality vegetables and non supply of fresh vegetables in spite of his requisition / order put to the supplier. It is requested to look into the matter for redressal of supply of quality product. If any problem exist please do keep intimating at an early date so that other course of action could be initiated.

It is also apprised that Mr Sharma has also one other sub outlet in the same campus whose sale is also poor. Hence, that angle may also be kept in mind while looking into the matter.

This is to inform you that the operator of booth no 674 of mother dairy fruit and vegetables outlet has started selling the fruits, vegetables and other products which are apparently not of mother dairy brand. Even the fruits and vegetables as sold by him outside his booth are having different prices and quality and for which either the measurement / weight is done outside the booth or if it is done inside no receipt or bill is provided on the pretext that the printer is not working or no paper.

Whether the mother dairy has permitted its booth operators to sell the vegetables outside their booths, like street vendors ?

It is apparent that in the garb of established name of mother dairy established brand the operator is selling his own products and has started his own private business under the umbrella of mother dairy.

On the one hand the mother dairy advertise and gave an example of army persons, who have honour of running of booth depot, however on the other hand this kind of practice has been adopted.

Requested to look into the matter as the public at large is being befooled and cheated by this operator and this operator instead of discharging its duties properly is filling his own pocket and misusing the name of the mother dairy and he is selling his own vegetables and fruits taking the shelter of mother dairy and giving loss financially to the mother dairy.

If the booth operator has to work like any other street vendor and selling the products in open then it is alarming situation as one goes to mother dairy booth with hope that the consumer will get hygienic, cleaned and quality product and if one is to buy the vegetables as being sold in the open market then why to go to mother dairy?

Please look into the matter as it is serious concern.

All shops in Roorkee Uttarakhand charge one rupee more than Max. retail price and if I ask why, they say it is what they do, and if I don't want to pay 1 rupee mare, they won't sell me. I had tried 8 different shops around IIT, Roorkee and all decline to sell at MRP. Please see why they charge more than MRP, I hope to get response and crackdown on these kind of sellers in Roorkke.

Sir mere pass aapka 500ltr ka lohe ka deep freezer hai jis ki body damage ho gayi hai aur company use nhi badal rahi hai main last 2 months se complaint kar rha hu par mujhe koi answer nahi mil rha hai maine apne area incharge se bhi is bare mein complaint ki par unhone kaha ki feburary mein freeze replace ho jaye ga par abhi tak nhi hua main last 10 days se unhe call kar rha hu to unhone kaha ki main aap ki shop par aaunga par abhi tak nhi aya roz yhi bolte hai kal aaunga pr abhi tak nhi aye

I bought a pack of 6 Mishti Doi in Gurgaon on 29th Feb and had one pack and suffered from a severe stomach upset within a couple of hours. one of the pack details is P60581CGB1 - 3.0438, Mfg date - 27th Feb.

I had faced a similar problem in Mumbai also in the last week of Jan with same product. and thought it must have been an exception, but this has happened for the second time.

the product quality & ingredients need to be monitored

I would like drawn your attention towards the milk poor quality and dangerous particals presence in the milk.
Which can badly effect our health.
Request you kindly take some major action against this before its to late.

I had purchased a box of Mother Dairy Cheese of 10 cubes from a renowned supermarket. But when I opened it to have it for breakfast, to my dismay the corners of the cheese cube was green in colour.

I am a regular user of toned and full cream milk lately the milk has started tasting weird and has a smoky taste about it . i complained this to the vendor still afew days the milk tastes bad and has a pungent smell .Even the people in our locality are experiencing this .Kindly look into this matter, I feel the quality of milk is deteriorating and milk is adulterated.

I need to complain about the mother dairy toned milk.The milk has a foul smell .When we try to boil it it curdles.We are unable to make curd with the milk.Even paneer does not get made .This has happened 4 to 6 times during the last month. The mother dsiry person refuses to accept that the milk is stale.bad.One of my famy member pukrd after consuming the milk.I feel that the milk is synthetic .Please take appropriate action. I have been using mother dairy yogurt since few years. Since 2 months the product quality has gone worse. I took the product from a local retailer in my area around a week back n the product was not expired but had fungii in the yogurt. Then i went to exchange it from the same shop n the fungii was there in 2 more new containers.. The container was not leaking or opened from any part... Again I purchased 2 containers of mother dairy yogurt 2days back n it was spoilt .. Unknowingly everyone at my place ate that n now my family is sick because of food poisoning.. Too sad for the company as such a brand can give such a cheap quality product.

I am a resident of Sector 23, Noida. There is a mother dairy outlet in our sector. I am residing here since 10 months. I have a lot of respect towards Mother dairy and products. But I am seriously fed up with the behaviour of staff in the mother dairy outlet in our sector. I want to explain some of their actions point wise. 1. 1 litre of milk costs 38. I will give 40 rupees. He will take and he will start talking to the people to his side. I should ask for my two rupees. He will give me some random chocolates. After insisting only for money, he will give with a face as if I am looting his money. 2. Today my mother went to buy paneer t the store. She is not comfortable with the hindi language and cannot see the MRP because of her sight. He took 180 rupees for 150 rupees. I went back to him to discuss the same. He tried to showcase as if someone who doesn't know the rates have sold it to my mom. But I have confirmed it from my mom that the regular guy has given her the paneer. 3. I will ask for two 1/2 litre packets. He will give me 1 litre packet. I will ask him again that i need two 1/2 litre packet. He starts saying random phrases like who will take these if everyone takes 1/2 litre packets with an irritated face. 4. I will ask for toned milk. He should say me we don't have the milk if it is not there. Instead he will give me cream milk and ask for money. If I say no again he starts saying random phrases like "aaj ke liye yeh pilo, isme kya karaabi hain". I am a person who can understand humour and mature enough to understand. But this guy is definitely neither being humourous nor nice. He is just arrogant and stubborn as there is no other go for the people. I have seen people scolding him directly many times because of this behaviour of mine. Seeing the brand value and stature of Mother Dairy, I am expecting Mother dairy to take feedback from all the people in the sector and take respective action.

Rude behavior by the present owner of the Booth with the residents .

He is so rude that even any resident parks his car in front of the Booth he starts shouting besides being his bad and rude behavior with the residents .

Please take appropriate action immediately

I have bought a curd pack today and once i opened it what I see is just shocking. A dead mosquito is there inside the curd. Till now i have just listened and saw the complaints from others in Mother Diary products but today I have seen it from my eyes.

I got a 20L jar of water today 27th of sep from our regular supplier [#262, Kasba Market, Rajdanga] where a number of insects were already developed inside the Jar. after the complain supplier said very rudely that its company fault and he cant do anything now. rather we should check it before taking the Jar. he didnt accept his fault and took this very casually... I need return of my money for that Jar. anyway I am going to buy a RO and stop talking water from these stupid duffers.

I amtaking toned milk from Malviya nagar. The milk which is provided is full of adulterations. This has been practised many times.when we freeze dahi it look like lace. Or doesnt making pander of this milk however milk taken from amul or dms is good. Strict action must be taken .you can do suprise check in mother dairy toned milk. An immediate action will be preferred...one of the third class brand our govt. Take action on mother dairy

This morning, I spent near about good 15 mins in picking onion from a basket of onions sold for lower price than the market price at Safal Vegetable Booth in Charmwood Village, EROS Garden, Faridabad, Haryana 121009. When I gave same to the operator at the booth (he is the operator here for more than a year atleast as I know), he weighed and started removing onions. When I asked why, he said only 1 kg allowed per person. I said why dont you write same on the same banner where you have mentioned about lower priced onion, so that we wont waste our time. He, suddenly, and rudely, said, " Kya ek din poora waste kiya isme". Also he murmured a lot which i couldnt understand. When i asked what he is saying, he again said rudely that I have to keep quiet and leave the place. I gave back the onion and got the money back and left. There are also lot of other people inside the stores. The way he behaved with me, made me feel bad, as if treating a non-human. Already I could see lot of complaints in this forum on the quality of goods sold and the operator behaviour at Safal stores. If the franchisee is really concerned about the long term business here, he might act on this complaint.
