I parijat agencies akluj currently working with mother dairy distributorship, last 6 month company officer & asm not visited in our distributor point, we have complaint 4 times for expiry product settlement pending to nitin sir, mobile no-[protected] / on this number mother dairy asm, last 6 month but not reponding for this issue, so finaly i m going to consumer forum court rais this comlaint please reply immidatly

    Mother dairy booth 15193 near domestic airport delhi is selling product which were not related to mother dairy product including cigarettes and tobacco. There is no proper cleaning and always there is lack of dairy product which were in very unhygienic condition.

      Hi. I m resident of gopalganj bihar. A mother dairy outlet near my house named pritam paan bhandar situated in ghosh more gopalganj is charging 8 to 10 rupees extra over MRP of mother dairy super T milk. The milk cost is 52 and he is taking 60 rupees for 1 litre of milk.
      I urge and request mother dairy to take required action against this vendor.
      I would be very thankful.

          This is regarding booth no 1608 of janakpuri Delhi
          I am a regular customer of mother dairy and till date i was completely satisfied with all the products
          But since the date new vendor has been assigned to the booth he never gives the products of current date
          He always tells lie that he don't have the milk of current date
          As of yesterday the milk was delivered to him in front of me
          I asked him to give milk from the current supply he said I will not give this milk
          First I will finish the old one
          Once it can happen but not daily
          If is ordering extra milk everyday it's his fault not mine
          Earlier it never happened
          So why it is happening with this vendor only
          Please see into the matter

            यहां पर महिलाओं के प्रति गलत व्यवहार होता है एवं यहां का जो दूध सप्लाई करता है जो बैठा रहता है वह हमेशा गलत शब्दों का प्रयोग करता है महिलाओं के प्रति तथा अपने बड़े छोटों के प्रति यहां पर दूध में मिलावट होती है जो खुला दूध मिलता है अर्थात जब टोकन का दूध है वह उसमें मिलावट होती है और मशीन द्वारा दूध नहीं दिया जाता और कहा जाता है कि मशीन खराब है और हमेशा खुला दूध मिलता है जिसमें पानी की मिलावट होती है और यहां पर महिलाओं को भेजना और सुरक्षित लगता है क्योंकि यहां पर बर्ताव सही ढंग से नहीं किया जाता है और सर और जी हमेशा सदैव अपने क्षेत्रीय भाषा में बात करते हैं ना कि हिंदी और इंग्लिश में !

                      There is utter mismanagement at this booth, too many people standing behind the counter, even their friends are sitting inside, nobody cares for the customers, total undiscipline, zero professionalism, have had issues in cash returns, milk packets given out, etc. Attaching a picture for your reference on the state of affairs there. A guy is sitting cross legged on the fridge. Pathetic care takers of this booth.

Those boys misbehave with everyone...Those who are in line don't give them milk and those who are not in line give them milk and If we say anything to boys first reply with arrogance and then say go and complaint...

                              I have done complaint 3 times by phone call and e-mail. But they haven't heard anything about my concern and no reply.
                              My name is Yashpal Bhati. I have purchased 2 ltr full cream packed in 120/- Rs. (Instead of 116/- Rs.) From your milk outlet in sector alpha 2, greater noida on 16/08/2022. When price is hike on tomorrow 17/08/2022 but your outlet owner sell milk with increase price today.

                              I have taken a legal action, it is totally illegal.

                              Please consider about it.
                              I will be highly obliged.

                                Yesterday I purchased 3 packets of cow milk from Mother Dairy Store, 2 in morning and 1 at night. Out of these 3 packets, 2 got curdled while boiling.

                                      In our area Sanjay Colony bhatti mines-110074 Delhi always selling expired yogurt to the customer, when we try to ask fresh product, the shopkeeper said we don't have fresh product to sale and also they promote another brand to buy product" Ananda Brand" kindly check and do the needful. i love mothe dairy product.

                                        Hey i live RK puram sector 1 new delhi 110022 i have complain of an employe who works for you guys i went to buy an ice cream from mother dairy which is 3 mins away from my home. I went there & the employe was walking on the road & the mother dairy was shut i asked him why the shop is closed its only 9:38pm! He showed me attitude & said kar di! bndh what is this behaviour? He was young and he has no manners. Everybody knws mother dairy closed at 10pm. But he thinks he owned that place he’s behaviour was very rude he didn’t even answerd me he just walked away! Just give him a warning or just tell him that he works for you guys & for us! He didnt owned that place. I also have a snap with the timing
