Hi mother dairy team,

I have bought mother dairy full cream milk from palam vihar, gurgaon motherdairy outlet. And the milk looks fine after opening the packet. But it tasts patchetic like drinking detergent powder with water.

I hope this the retailer who have done some thing wrong with the milk or selling temperd milk. If it is mother dairy falut then surely i will be disappointed with such things.

I hope mother dairy team will investigate the issue with retailer and punish him if required.

      I bought Mother Dialry One Litre Toned Milk Packet from Mother Dialry Booth # 147 (Nasirpur Road, New Delhi 110045) around 7 PM on 25th July, 2015. After boiling the milk in the stainless steel vessel on low flame for one minute, the milk is spoiled. I noticed that the expiry date on the milk packet is 26th July, 2015. I reported the matter to the Mother Diary Booth # 147 vendor. By the time, some other people also came to the Mother Diary Booth # 147 with the same complaint. The vendor assured us that he would resolve the matther by next Monday. When I contacted him on Monday, he refused to refund or replace the spoiled milk packet. After the milk is spoiled on 25th July 2015 evening, I bought one litre Mother Diary Toned milk from another booth. That packet has the expiry date 27th July 2015. Why is Mother Dialry Booth # 147 not selling fresh milk? We stopped buying from Booth # 147. If you do not take necessary action against Mother Dialry Booth # 147 vendor, we stop buying all Mother Diary products.

        I bought 4 packs of "Cow Milk"(0.5 Lit.) of "Mother Dairy" Brand @ Rs 19 each pack
        on 19 th July, 2015 .The packs had a date of 20 th July '15.But when the milk was boiled on the same day(19th July), it was found was spoiled.The milk was bought from Stall no.303 on Mall Road, Kolkata-700080.
        I want the company to look into the matter and refund me, if possible.

U have a countr in my locality, they r going on selling rotten packets and r refusing for exchange, i myself went and talked to the manager and he was too rude. I have kept a sample of rotten packet and will take steps accordingly because many people of my locality has faced the same problem.

              Bought 8 packs of Mother Dairy Low Fat Milk, cut 4 of them, and all 4 are spoiled milks... rest 4 packs are kept intact... when its written on the pack that the packs will stay ok for 3 months from manufacturing date... more than 1 month is still left before the date on the packs expires... and I highly doubt that its natural milk !!! it tastes like lumps of powder !! There is no information on the pack about the source of the milk !! This must be artificially made white water, sold in the name of milk !!! Please have a detailed investigation on this matter. Its written in here to provide photo proof, I don't know how to give a proof of the spoiled milk in picture, my mother drained all the spoiled milk, but there are 4 extra packs that are not cut yet so they are physical proof of the matter... I think I will make a video and cut the next pack on the camera to show the content of the pack.

                Incidence : I went to buy a Dahi Rs.15 packet from the nearby Mother Dairy of Sector - 56, Noida (Uttar Pradesh) I went to buy a Rs.15 Dahi from a Mother Dairy Shop and gave him Rs.20 as didn't have a change. He handed me over Dahi with Rs. 5 written on a cardboard as a change. As he has his drawer open, I can see good amount of change in his drawer. But he denied to give me saying he don't have change. When I confront him, he says the change is only for those who buy more than Rs. 85. Then say comeback yesterday and buy from it cardboard he has given. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO PEOPLE? IT'S LIKE A DAYLIGHT ROBBERY OF A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF PEOPLE? Then I asked the person name, He says "Mr. Nitin". Then say what you will do with my name. I said this is a Govt. Shop. You can't just do what you did just now. I came back from there with anguish and shame on such people who are taken everything for granted. What if I need that money for my some other daily need? Or might it come handy in some emergency? I am not from a royal rich family. It might possible person is not from nearby and might be heading back to home town? I would like to register a complaint regarding following issues : 1. Dis-respectful behaviour towards customer and elder people as well, when asking for there balance money. 2. Even if they have change they didn't give it to customer and instead of that they provide cardboard piece having change amount written over it saying they didn't have change. 3. When you confront them, that you have seen change in there cash register. They say it is only for people who buy more than Rs. 85. 4. When I ask them to provide me this in written. He (Nitin person who is dealing with customer) denied that. I feel very hurted that these people are holding back our country, making it bad due to such behaviour. Using cardboard instead of money. Dis-respectful toward customers and not following law and rules. News channel should perform a sting over the shop and all the shops of Mother Dairy for this and take an appropriate action towards it. I don't have any grudges to shop or owner or with Mother Dairy. As I like the products and quality, but I didn't like the service and inhuman people who spread negativity around and stress and harassment to other people. As a consumer it's our duty to confront it. But I want my country to be corruption free and clean with warm hearted and decent people around. SUCH A DIS-GRACE FOR A NATION!!! SHAME ON YOU MOTHER DAIRY AND MR. NITIN currently looking at a shop of Sector - 56, Noida.

                  Sir, I am Lalit Kumar Sharma hereby submitting my complaint with respect to the token Milk being provided by Mother Dairy Booth No. 960, Sector-7, faridabad We have placed our very first complaint on 8.6.2015 vide Complaint no. 192744, on this mentioned date we have purchased 2 ltrs of token milk from mother Dairy Booth No. 960, which when we had boiled at our home spoiled completely, we had shown the milk to the booth representative too. Then same problem again occurred yesterday dated 19.6.2015, for which we had registered the complaint vide Complaint no. 197648 at toll free No. here i would like to inform that your representative behaves in a very rude manner. Today again dated 20.6.2015 i had gone to purchase milk from mother Dairy booth No. 960 and he simply denies that we don't have milk, there is some problem with the pipeline. Today again we had registered our complaint vide No. 198079 but no action has been taken yet . Today the person has intentionally not given me the milk, is this the kind of representative you are hiring to serve Consumers. By denying and not giving milk clearly states that there is something going wrong . Also your representative is clearly showing us the way to switch to other brands rather then mother dairy.                     Hi Team, The ice cream vendors for Mother Dairy icecream are overcharging than the MRP and there is no control over it. The ice cream vendor say that they have to pay the policemen for standing on the road side and they have to overcharge it. Issues happened @ : India Gate Noida Sec 127 Near HCL building.                       Hi Team, It looks mother dairy hardly takes care of customer care campaign. I purchased a mother dairy sprouts from Noida Sector 50 booth, when I opened the packet at home it was smelling badly and ''already cross the expiry date''. I went to the mother dairy booth, he saw the sprouts, agreed that it was not in a condition to eat. I ask them to return it, he simply deny that, Instead of accepting his mistake he start shouting on me in front of all the customer, I really dont understand why they get so irritated by the daily customers, if customers are the main problem than they should close there shop, release the booth & gov should alot this to some one else who is mentally capable to handle customers. This is not the case with residents, any one who has purchased any product from him has faced this type of behavior. I am one of the resident of this society & he treats us like we are bagging for mother dairy product & not giving money. May I request mother dairy to take strict action against these employees or ask the booth owner to change them. if this will happen again we will call to police/RWA (To remove the booth) then only he will understand how to behave with customers.                       Hi Team, Yes I had received a call from one person and he confirmed me that he is from '' Consumer Complaints'' team and he is at Mother Dairy Branch @ Noida Sec 50, Then he transferred my call to that person who was misbehaving with me, that person feels sorry about his misbehavior and said in future he will not repeat such kind of behavior with anyone. I'm satisfied with the solution. Thanks!!!

                        The employees of mother dairy no.412 at Minto Road, New Delhi-110002 always chewing tobocco/gutaka and other products. Spitting inside, outside, here and there. Due this habit there is always smells comes out from his mouth and contaminating the consumable products. Due to chewing of these kinds of products, their mouth are full of tobocco contained liquid and Whenever anybody wants to ask something, he is not in a state of satisfying the queries of consumer. Pl. employe good habit persons there.

                          I am resident of E-22 F, DDA Flats, Vatika Apartments, Mayapuri, New Delhi-64. Today evening I sent our servant for getting two packets of milk from the Mother Dairy Booth in our colony and he was charged Rs 40/- per packet although the price printed on the packet is Rs. 38/- only. If the Mother Dairy has increased the price of milk the Mather Dairy franchises should not charge increased rates on milk packets obtained at the old prices.                             I bought a water melon from fruit and vegetable booth no 770on TUESDAY(12th May) and the container in which these were displayed had a hand written placard saying LAL AND MEETHE along with rate of that day. I bought a water melon weighing around 2kg assured of its quality as promised on the placard. But to my utter dismay when we cut the same on Wednesday the colour of the water melon was light pink and it seemed that it was not ripe enough to be eaten. When I went to the booth at 15.30 the attendant at the counter inspected it and called the regular attendant to come to the booth to resolve the issue as he found himself not competent enough to redress my grievances.He requested me to wait for some time to allow regular attendant come. But after waiting for 15 minutes he did not come I asked for the complaint book, which he said he was not aware where it is kept and again phoned and told me to come in the evening and keep the water melon in the booth to enable them to think about next course of action. When I again went in the evening the regular attendant was there and he said they are not responsible for the quality and he also refused to give me the complaint book, instead wrote m no [protected] saying that it is the complaint no of mother dairy. I explained to him that on no other vegetable and fruit any assurance of quality was mentioned and a customer is supposed to buy the same using his discretion as regards quality and edibility of that item. But in case of water melon you are guaranteeing the quality of water melon by placing a placard and you are responsible for its quality. I left the water melon at the booth and came with the slip.Now I am complaining to you and demand why complaint book was not provided in the booth, why placard assuring the colour and sweetness of water melon was placed, whether the same is permitted by you or the booth owner is trying to be extra clever in resorting to unfair trade practice to push up his sales and fleece hapless consumers who incidentally is also a senior citizen. I request you to take suitable action in the matter and keep me posted about developments action taken to redress my complaint. PS The attendant was wise enough to suggest me that I will be spending more than the cost of water melon if I complained and pursued it.                               I want to draw your kind attention towards the milk booth supply Mother Dairy (RDP No - 761) in my locality Baldev Park. People in the booth don't return the money and say they are running less of change they order the customers to bring change and if you don't carry change they will give you a paper token and above all when ever you ask for money they say that it is only given back when we will buy the milk, which is a forceful thing and create lot of trouble.They always make argue with the customer and use rustic or harsh language once customer ask for anything like change/price.etc. They refused to give change inspite of having bowl full of change in their drawer.They said that change would be sold on higher price at market.                                 It’s pathetic to be the consumer of so called well known company like Mother Dairy. We are regular user of Dhara Groundnut oil. This time we purchased 10 pouches of 1 ltr. from D Mart Kandivali (West). On opening 2 packs we found that oil has a “DIRTY FOUL SMELL & DARK COLOUR” which is not of edible grade. Thus we registered compliant on toll free of Mother Dairy on 4th April 2015. Our compliant registration number is 167886. Toll free agent informed us that we will receive the call from company representative from Mumbai in 48 hrs for oil replacement. Till today we have not received a single call from any of the Mother Dairy Person. We have decided to proceed to consumer court since company is not bothered about consumer at all. Also we will be submitting this bad oil to FDA.

                                  Whenever I got to motherdairy in my sector 20 noida D block that guy never give any change in return and we have to come back home every time without the purchase of milk. The guy is even rude and always misbehave with us because we don't have change. Sometimes I get it change problems but always and the behaviour too is my concern please look forward to it.

                                    I have a serious complaint against Mother Dairy Booth owner of G-Block Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092. He is behaving very rudely with customers in general.Today he sold us the expired ice cream brick to us and when we requested him to replace the same he refused to do so and behaving very rudely with my wife and daughter. He is creating nuisance by keeping the nearby area very dirty. I request to the concerned authority to take immediate action against him otherwise I have no option but to take legal / police action against him. The mother dairy booth is adjacent to my house.                                       Dear Sir, Today I purchased two Ice Creams (Chocolate BAR/FEB 15, M2822A) from Mother Dairy Booth at South Motibagh Market. The person at the booth charged Rs. 15/= per Ice Cream whereas MRP printed on its wrapper shows Rs.10/-. When this was pointed out the person at the booth was very rude and refused to return the difference saying the price has been increased.
