Dear sir,

With a lot of grief, I am writing in to you.


Its bn long
now that I and a lot more students like me are facing this problem of eve
teasing by mother dairy booth no 1006
vendor in our area i.e. BER SARAI market.

This is
group of 5-6 people along with the runner of this dairy, stand tere n pass
unhealthy commentsand do unethical things.
Many of the times I have ignored these unbearable behavior but this time I am
really feeling mentally harassed.. Sometime they drunks & still sits in shops. He’s not
only well trained but badly behaved, he uses foul/gruff language with
customers, many request you to take appropriate and strict action against the
representatives of above said dairy.

Moreover few
days back they manhandled the local ice cream vendor who stands there past many
years. its increasing day by
day.Pleasesee into the problem very sincerely.

i purchage fruit n nut brik 600ml in sector 7 rohini delhi 85 which is manufactured in july 2014 its taste is not good then i compln to street vendur . all product on this vender are manufactre in june to octuber 2014 and he is not attend my complend he says jessa mall milega vesa hi bechegn sir why we pay for old products

Hi, This is to notify that i purchase a Mother dairy ice cream Cornetto on 18 th January in Jaipur, Rajasthan and to my shock and surprise i got a rubber band coming out of my cornetto. Such thing shows the reputation owned by your company in market and such an unhygienic making of the product is highly against the law . I emailed the consumer contact of the concerned company yesterday but i have not received any reply yet.. Please take neccesary action..

Hello, I am from Rajkot . I am having a complain for shop named Santosh in near Devpara, Indiranagar .It is a kind of grosary shop near in our area, owner used to charge more than what is printed on packet of all the items of mother dairy . When I/we asked, again and again he replying that there is a judgement that we can sale it above price than MRP and behave rudely every time when one say that you can't charge more than what is printed on it. Question is that one has never minded with that 0.50 rs. extra but when it goes to 1 rs per pack than it make difference as there may be higher rounding off by 0.50 rs but why extra 1 rs. each time and saying that he is right on his own way, Don't buy if you have any problem ? I think that is not fair. Steps required at least to taught him that don't behave like this and charge this way

Sir I bought a ghee from sukhdev vihar, Delhi mother diary. The temperature of Delhi is nearly 4 Celsius and on this temperature genuine ghee is in semi solid form but the ghee that I bought was found to be fully liquid in normal condition. Sir kindly take possible step for it.

Dear Team, As we are having 3 COW and we are producing 35 Liters of milk daily but in our dairy our dairy director is making problem the you are mixing sugar and he his sending milk daily for last 2 days, we are facing more problem, kindly requesting you clear the issue. Complaint Details Hi, I am really upset that contractor of mother dairy in sadar bazar delhi cantt mostly use mug to measure milk at evening times, when I objected he said this is a time for cleaning machinery so have to use mug to measure, he also get annoyed if someone object this. Also he never returns "khula paisa" or chutta, he is in habit to give toffees. He is very rude at times. If this continues we would stop buy milk from mother dairy. Regards

I am a resident of Niti Khand-1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, and use Mother Dairy Toned and Double Toned Milk on daily Basis, for the last five years . For the past one week I have noted a difference in the taste of the Milk, which feels as if Stale Coconut has been added to the milk . To whomsoever it may concern My name is chunky Arora and I am a resident of Rohini sector 13 delhi, it has been noticed and is of prime concern that mother dairy outlets are not doing their services under a speculiar rules and regulations. They have been coning thier honest costumers with a cardboard piece they serve as rupees in change of goods customers buy. As a citizen of India, and knowing my rights, i want to know that under which notice they have been given an authority to convert little pieces of cardboard into currency. For an instance i have been told by another owner of mother dairy outlet that they sometime issue such paper tokens just to ease thier way out . If they issue 100 tokens of for Eg Rs4 each, that means they are generating a sum of Rs 400 in form of their paper tokens . this is a clear case of fraud that is getting born into the business of these mother dairy outlet's owners I would like to request the concerned authourities to take a required step as soon as possible and stop this money making policies that has been adopted by these owners. chunky arora [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

I am Senior Advocate Supreme Court of India and I had remained President of Sec-30 for about 4 years. Today at about 8 A.M. I went to buy vegetables at your Mother Diary both of Sector-30. The incharge of your booth is not a fit person for our sector as in our sector-30, all learned, respectful people live. Your booth incharge is most disrespectful man and he is in the habit of speaking rudly to the customers. I had received already complaints against him. In the morning also he misbehaved with me. Dear Sirs, I purchased 200 grams of packed Mother Dairy Paneer on 29th July 2014 from "Maha Laxmi Store", Sector 18, Faridabad (Haryana). On opening the packet, we found it to be of sour and immediately went to the store to replace. The attitude of shop owner was very rude. He asked to complain to Mother Dairy, and he was not responsible. The date of packing on the packet is July 14, and date is not visible. My over-confidence of purchasing a "Mother Dairy" product is jolted. It is not a question of wastage of Rs. 60/- which I spent while purchasing the panner, but a bad marketing of a "Mother Dairy". Vendor standing & handling kendriya vihar sec 51 noida booth is rude, stupid, mad, psycho or whatever one can think as he behaves like this only. I really dont understand why they get so irritated by the daily customers, if customers are the main problem than they should close there shop, release the booth & gov should alot this to some one else who is mentally capable to handle customers. His whole family is stupid & behave same. I am one of the resident of this society & he treats us like we are bagging for mother dairy product & not giving money, he shouts on small things like .. chuutta paisa lao verna bhago yahan se, If you tell him to give 2 ltr milk but suddenly u realizes that you need only 1.5 ltr & you ask for this he stare at you & even say bad words.

This is not the case with residents, any one who has purchased any product from him has faced this type of behavior.

Even old uncles & aunties became his victim. So my humble request is to cancel his booth tender & reallocate it to some one else.

Dear Sir, Yesterday I went to buy milk from mother dairy in L Block Bandh road, Sangam Vihar. A lady sits there with her husband always treats people very badly.Sometime her 2 children sit there whom age are under 18 year also treat people badly. Yesterday I bought a milk packet from her, one packet was torn. I wanted to exchange it but she behaved very badly and very rudely. She did not exchange the packet and even too the torn packet. She even abused to me. When I again asked her to change the packet she even tried to hit me. she said lots of police men known to me i will send you in jail Nor did i get a new or already bought milk packet nor money. I request you to take action against that dealer ASAP...

It was yesterday when I bought 4 weet curd where MFG date was 16.06.14 to 25.06.14 expiry was printed. When I opened the three of them I found that those were badly fermented and bad odour was coming out. The seal of the fourth curd was not opened as it was assumed that it would also be bad like the former three. Hence, we gave back all those four curd to our dealer and our dealer told that he will replace with proper one. It is therefore requested you to take steps about such issues which are occuring before crossing the expiry date.

There are two mother dairy outlets in sector 31. One is HUDA Market and other near Radha Krishna temple Alas, both are badly managed. One near temple is so badly managed that Mother dairy should hang its head in shame- Eg. A vegetable vendor and his sons act as part time manager etc. You may hardly find proprietor as he works some where else, but comes when marketing or collection representative visits him. A mother dairy booth should not be allotted by rustics, who use foul /sexist language . A milk booth is not a meeting point of ruffians or idlers, but a marketing outlet. Sadly, all these things are happening right under your nose ! But, it must be manned by properly trained men as its customer base is educated, professionals (of all age). Act now, before it is too late.

This is to inform you that I am one of the reputed citizen of my country want to draw your attention towards the milk booth supply Mother Dairy in my locality Greater Kailash 1 R Block Guru Nanak Market people in the booth don't return the money and say they are running less of change they order the customers to bring change and if you don't carry change they will give you a paper token and above all when ever you ask for money they say that it is only given back when we will buy the milk, which is a forceful thing and create lot of trouble.Forigners have loads and loads of trouble as the booth people know how to fool them it is really very wrong thing we are giving wrong impression on they they know very well and they laugh on the man having a vicious smile for our country and people.i hope this is very negative impression we are leaving on the foreign gusts and they are going to spread wrong things abut our nation and countrymen.My humble request to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and please rectify it as is also causing harm to our nation pride.

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice the uncouth and rude behavior of the owner of both no.511, which is of them is situated near Bhagwati Hospital The person, who handles the booth appears to have been trained in rudeness and arrogance than in the politeness that is expected of any shop/ organization towards the customers. Because of this person, the Mother Dairy comes under very bad light. He invariably ask for the change, which is not very unreasonable, but at the same time it is his responsibility also to cooperate with the customers and not to put them in unnecessary trouble. Many times the customers are returned blank from the booth. This is a sad reflection on his functioning. We request you to kindly take appropriate action so that the image of Mother Dairy is not tarnished because o[censored]ncouth, arrogant and customer hostile behavior of this person. Hi team This complain pertains to a distribution booth in Khirki Extention, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi (next to Nagar dairy). The person who sits at the counter is an 26-32 year boy and misbehaves with almost every customer. He keeps the stock of milk and then say to everyone that milk is finished. And after sometime he starts giving milk to his known ones only. This is against our rights. He talks very rude language and misbehaves with ladies. One day i say him arguing to a lady and when i interrupted in between asking him to say politely. He started abusing me as well. Mother dairy should chance/remove this booth vendor contract or ask him to replace with a new person. This is a serious mistrust of proper distribution. he should value his customers and talk politely. I hope you will take some action and replace this person.
