Dear Sir/Mam

I like to register a complain that the behavior of a Shop keeper ‘s son who is now giving the services on behalf of his father at Mother Dairy, DDA Complex corner Nagalraya, Delhi Cantt since 5 days is not good with customers. Always he makes argue with the customer and use rustic or harsh language once customer ask for anything like Change/Price.etc.

Since last 3 days he used very bad language...

I AM LIVING IN AZADPUR mcd COLONY NEAR METRO STATION, THERE IS MILK DAIRY THERE. THE PERSON WHO IS OPERATING THERE IS NOT GOOD IN BEHAVIORS ALWAYS FIGHT WITH THE PEOPLE. MY COMPLAIN IS THAT RECENTLY MY MOTHER GO TO THERE TO BUY MILK, HE SAID THAT THERE IS NO MILK BUT AFTER 5 MINTS, MOTHER SAW THAT ANOTHER WAS BUYING MILK PACKETS, MEANS HE REFUSED TO GIVE MILK PACKET TO THE MOTHER. WHAT IS THIS?...

Mother dairy's vegetable booth no. 88830 in B block of sector-62 is not providing the right service. They are indulging in wrong / over billing and most of the time operator of the booth is not there, instead two under aged boys are managing the booth. Most of the time they do not give the bill also. In view of the above you are requested to look into the issue and take suitable action to correct the situation. Thanks....

Booth operator at booth no. 871, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad is a very arrogant, rough & undisciplined person. He is sort of ruffian with extremely rude behavior. .He always overcharge by not returning the balance amount even after having change with him. Dear sir, I Deepak Saini from want to complain against mother dairy booth at sector 31 gurgaon. Today I purchased 1.5 ltr loose milk from mother dairy booth at sector 31. I found live worm in the milk.It may be present for last several days in the milk that is why my two and half year old son is suffering from fever who drinks this milk. so you are kindly requested to take necessary action against the above said booth operator.

this is with reference to mother dairy outlet situated in guru nanak market, lajpat nagar part 4.

as a vendor the person over there needs to assure that adequate quantity of products should be available with him.

but most of the time his storage fridge is entirely empty and he doesn't have even one product to sell.

I have visited many other mother dairy outlets to observe this sort of stuff...

I am a regular customer of Mother dairy, and I buy 1 litre loose toned milk daily from the mother dairy Both No 698 , DDA Flats Raghubir Nagar Near Shivaji Enclave New Delhi 27 . From past few weeks I have been facing a lot of problems due to impure milk. The milk is so adulterated that it smeels bad and tastes bad, even curd is not formed out of it, my children have left drinking milk and the quality of milk is so poor...

This mother dairy booth (shop no. 16755), open recently in Kabir Nagar, 33 feet road is charging one rupee extra on both half litre and one litre full cream milk packs. He is charging Rs 22/- for half litre and Rs 43/- for one litre poly-packs even though the MRP for the same is Rs 21/- for half litre and Rs 42/- for one litre respectively....

I have been living in Amar Colony for several years and always have used Mother Dairy products from their Amar Colony E Block booth. Recently two new persons have taken charge and they are extremely rude to customers. i went to purchase fruits and vegetables from mother dairy and there a person name praveen prepared the bill and took a five hundred rupees note and then started attending another customer. when i told to return the left balance he refused that i gave him 500 rupees note and gave me balance according to 100 rs. note. he kept continuously arguing and didn't return my balance according to 500 rs. note....

As always, i bought 2lts of double-toned milk on 13June morning from booth no 140. The packets were dated 13June. On boiling, the milk split and curdled. On complaining to booth owner, i was told no fresh milk had come today and so he had given those packs but in any case they had not crossed expiry date and hence would not be refunded.This is completely wrong because 1) i should not have been given packs dated 13June on that day's morn....

Complain against Mother dairy booth in sector 28, Faridabad, Haryana (PIN 121008), the guy at booth misbehave with everybody, specially ladies, like using double mean language, use to give expire dated milk product and if some one want to check the date, he will object and say , go and purchase from some other boot. Mother Dairy booth no.901 L Block DLF Phase II gurgaon is selling fruits and vegetables which are rotten from inside. On regular basis, the fruits bought and found to be rotten from inside and when we go back to them, they are not ready to replace it and would misbehave wth consumers. The plea given is that the supply from back end is of that quality. We are left at mercy of vendor being the only near by booth to buy stuff....

Vendors of Mother dairy at Balco Market are so rude and abusive that they even don'n care whether a guy or lady is there they start using abusive language. They scold the customer and talk so rudely and tell them to leave or they will throw them away if asked anything back to them.

People we pay them for the things we purchase, we have right to ask about the things. These people are so arrogant that they don't bother...

this complt is reg the harassment done by the mother diary booth vendor at the gayathri devi park mariyappana palya rajajinagar, bg-10.every time the vendor of the booth charges Rs.14 for half-a-litre pack but unfortunately only Rs.13.50 was available with me, when i gave this amt to the vendor the vendor ignored to give the milk & thrown away the money given by me & demanded Rs 14/- but i asked...

The Booth attainder does not behave well with the buyers, normally don't give change and don't even reply if he is not having change or the packet in unavailable. even if the other person gives him change he doesn't reply back and returns the change.

He behaves like he owns mother dairy and will give milk on his wish. All the last 4 attender behaves the same.

Suggestion : Mother Dairy should start...

Today i asked for 3 packets of meethi lassi from MD outlet in my sector-15, part1. The person gave me 1 packet with expiry date of tomorrow (17/3/13) and 2 packets with expiry date 21/3/13. i asked him to give me all 3 packets with expiry date 21/3/13 as i need to buy it for tomorrow but he simply refused to give me so and didn't give me any packet.
If such is the attitude of outlets people m not gonna buy anything from MD outlet...

The vendor of mother dairy at booth no. 817, sector-26, noida, misbehaved with me and threathened me with a knife on an argument about a note of Rs. 10.

This is very dangerous for having a such a violent person serving such a public place. Please inform the concerned person as soon as possible. I strongly suggest the removal of such person soon.
