Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice the uncouth and rude behavior of the owner of both no.511, which is of them is situated near Bhagwati Hospital The person, who handles the booth appears to have been trained in rudeness and arrogance than in the politeness that is expected of any shop/ organization towards the customers. Because of this person, the Mother Dairy comes under very bad light. He invariably ask for the change, which is not very unreasonable, but at the same time it is his responsibility also to cooperate with the customers and not to put them in unnecessary trouble. Many times the customers are returned blank from the booth. This is a sad reflection on his functioning. We request you to kindly take appropriate action so that the image of Mother Dairy is not tarnished because o[censored]ncouth, arrogant and customer hostile behavior of this person. Hi team This complain pertains to a distribution booth in Khirki Extention, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi (next to Nagar dairy). The person who sits at the counter is an 26-32 year boy and misbehaves with almost every customer. He keeps the stock of milk and then say to everyone that milk is finished. And after sometime he starts giving milk to his known ones only. This is against our rights. He talks very rude language and misbehaves with ladies. One day i say him arguing to a lady and when i interrupted in between asking him to say politely. He started abusing me as well. Mother dairy should chance/remove this booth vendor contract or ask him to replace with a new person. This is a serious mistrust of proper distribution. he should value his customers and talk politely. I hope you will take some action and replace this person. Indranil Chatterjee Respected Sir, I am a regular customer of 500ml double toned milk pouch of your concern, two days back I noticed that my supplier has supplied defective milk pouch .I have shown to the supplier but he did not care the matter, today I got a pouch and I was surprised after going through the date stamp it is 11th April of this month. I don’t know how it is possible here with I enclose the photo .As a patient I am being harassed by supplying defective pouch from your end I request you take necessary action otherwise I will complain to higher court . This is in reference to mother dairy in Dadar West Area. Earlier person use to deliver at my place and the person who use to deliver has gone out of town so some other person use to come and he us to give us number of bags we ask but when he reports to the office he gives wrong information and tells them that we have take 4 bags but we have taken 3 bags only. after that i call up the mother dairy person directly and he solved that thing and then he told me that the person will come from tomorrow to deliver the milk. till today on 1 came and when i call that person he tells me that the person will come and deliver from tomorrow. The person name is Rahul ( ([protected]), if the person is not interested then he should leave the job, he is just spoiling the companies name. Dear Sir,

I am an State Government retired employee. The Nandini milk road side vending point run by Ms. Nagaveni, next to Dhariwal Glass works, opp: Manjunatha Bar and Restaurant on BB Road, Yelahanka Old Town, Bangalore-64 is totally disappeared from the place for the last 10 to 12 days. The residents of both Gandhinagar and of KHB Colony in Yelahanka Old Town were relay on the milk being supplied through Ms. Nagaveni. The residents are put to great hardship in getting milk. Reasons for non-supply of milk pockets not known.
Please look into the matter by making temporary arrange either through Sri Sadananda or through Sri Mallikarjuna who are holding their vending points near Nagareshwara temple and Kanikaparameshwari temple in the Old town at least to keep few creats near Dhariwal glass works only once in the morning between 6 and 7 AM and do the needful.
Otherwise, the regular residential users having no other go will resort to use other diary milk available in the area, resultantly KMF will lose business from this area.
Hope immediate action will be taken in this regard.

This is in reference to mother dairy in Raj Nagar-II (Near Bagdola Village & Dwarka Dector-8) New Delhi-1100077. Man sits there always treats people very badly & rudely. Sometime he drunks & still sits in shops. He’s not only well trained but badly behaved, he uses foul/gruff language with customers, many of them happen to be well read professionals. Since, there is hardly any other milk booth, elderly persons and office goers have no or limited options.

May I request mother dairy to take strict action against this booth owner. This creates a bad impression on a good brand!

For the past two weeks at least I'm noticing that the skimmed milk is giving a strange smell. All products made out of this milk also carry the smell. The taste is also different. In the beginning I thought maybe the milk was kept outside for a long time and got spoilt, but that was not the case. Its a consistent metallic kind of smell which makes it difficult to drink. I follow a strict diet, and was quite happy to use lite milk, because off its non fat content...but now I can't drink it anymore. I hope the authorities take quick action on mt complaint, and not leaver it as any other online message...

dear mother dairy milk partner i want just complaint for purchasing and mention the pack of MRP is21 rs. and i ll tell the shopkeeper mrp is 21 rs. and they will tell me price is 22 please confirm how to do this is not done please careful matherdairy milk because this type of selling buyer will not satisfied because shopkeeper selling higher charging amount for MRP

Dear Sir, In Gamma II, Greater Noida milk booth, the new milk boy is not filling milk in machine. he gives milk from room inside. There is chances of mixing. I am one of the oldest customer here. I have never seen this practice in routine. When anyone asks about, explain excuses many kind. When a young was rigid, he challenged that you could complain in mother dairy. I live at Khalilullah Masjid, Batla House, Okhla, New Delhi-25
There is one booth of your’s loose toned milk. The quality of this toned milk is very very bad.
1. While boiling mauch much foam is generated above the milk.
2. Some residue is left/sticks in bottom of the pan in which milk is boiled.
3. The sourness/tast in neck (adems apple area) is extremely bad. After drinking the milk we feel like vomiting. And if milk is drank in the night, till morning it is the same sour/sticky/bitter feeling in the neck. As if something is stuck in the inner throat/neck area.

Kindly take appropriate action against it, may be the preservatives you arw adding are not good qialitu. Just check.. Till the time I am buying Amul milk, as I found it better as compared to Mother Dairy.
Kindly improve the quality or you will further lose your customers. Already many of my office colleagues have left Mother Dairy and switched to Amul Milk.

Check, think and act accordingly.

I am Mukesh, living in New Ashok Nagar Delhi (Near Noida Mother Dairy Milk Shop No. 18831).
Today[protected] i faced Misbehavior by Your Mother Dairy Shop Owner on a very little bit Subject " No Change_Money".
He took away My Rs.20 Note, show me slap and abuse me for just forbidding by me for the change.
Then i gone for the change and gave him for the milk.
I have a suspension that he supply a lot of change money.

I hope that you will that a hardly action against him.

dear sir/madam i am krishan and i am living in mangol puri, today morning i visit to mother dairy booth no. 662, and I bought 3 token from him, before me in line an old lady around 60 years bought one packet of milk.but it was lick pack, when she asked to incharge of booth to exchange it he behaved very badly and very rudely. he did not exchange the packet and even too the torn packet. he even abused to her. and he is rude and misbehave with daily custmers and always harrasing them by asking exact amount in change, he would not accept the amount if it is not in exact denomination.to day morning he miss behave with me i call to custmer care of mother dairy and i got complaint no. from mr. siddharth (13975), and i request to mother dairy department to chang this person from this side( mother dairy booth no. 662).and after that some one call me i think he was area manager, his mobile no. is [protected], and he told me that he is working from last 15 years with him.and he is able to take action on him.this is mother dairy's senior lable, he is refusing to take action. i request to mother dairy seniour person plz take action on this person. rgds krishan contact no.-[protected]

I like to register a complain that the behavior of a Shop keeper ‘s son who is now giving the services on behalf of his father at Mother Dairy, DDA Complex corner Nagalraya, Delhi Cantt since 5 days is not good with customers. Always he makes argue with the customer and use rustic or harsh language once customer ask for anything like Change/Price.etc.

Since last 3 days he used very bad language with me once I ask the price and 2nd time when I have given rs 50 and taken 3 tokens and see below what happened.

Me:- Bhaiya 3 tonken degea.
SK- YELO, or chach 5k
Me- 5 degea mai chach ni pita.
SK- Change ni hai
Me- (I saw many changes in a Bowl their)Change to hai aapke pas de degea 5 hi to dene hai gr fr bhi ni dena chahte hai to kal manage kr lenge.
Sk- ye lo paise yaha ni milta hai dudh jaha se lena hai le lo mai ni dunga [protected]@ (and he returned me my money rs 50.
Me- Ye kya tarika hua bhai jb change hai to dene me kya hai, ni to kl dena.
SK- Mera yahi tarika hai lena hai to lo, or khali kro.
So I thought I should complain first instead of doing anything wrong.

Is there any soluation???/

I AM LIVING IN AZADPUR mcd COLONY NEAR METRO STATION, THERE IS MILK DAIRY THERE. THE PERSON WHO IS OPERATING THERE IS NOT GOOD IN BEHAVIORS ALWAYS FIGHT WITH THE PEOPLE. MY COMPLAIN IS THAT RECENTLY MY MOTHER GO TO THERE TO BUY MILK, HE SAID THAT THERE IS NO MILK BUT AFTER 5 MINTS, MOTHER SAW THAT ANOTHER WAS BUYING MILK PACKETS, MEANS HE REFUSED TO GIVE MILK PACKET TO THE MOTHER. WHAT IS THIS?

Mother dairy's vegetable booth no. 88830 in B block of sector-62 is not providing the right service. They are indulging in wrong / over billing and most of the time operator of the booth is not there, instead two under aged boys are managing the booth. Most of the time they do not give the bill also. In view of the above you are requested to look into the issue and take suitable action to correct the situation. Thanks.

Booth operator at booth no. 871, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad is a very arrogant, rough & undisciplined person. He is sort of ruffian with extremely rude behavior. .He always overcharge by not returning the balance amount even after having change with him. Dear sir, I Deepak Saini from want to complain against mother dairy booth at sector 31 gurgaon. Today I purchased 1.5 ltr loose milk from mother dairy booth at sector 31. I found live worm in the milk.It may be present for last several days in the milk that is why my two and half year old son is suffering from fever who drinks this milk. so you are kindly requested to take necessary action against the above said booth operator.

this is with reference to mother dairy outlet situated in guru nanak market, lajpat nagar part 4.

as a vendor the person over there needs to assure that adequate quantity of products should be available with him.

but most of the time his storage fridge is entirely empty and he doesn't have even one product to sell.

I have visited many other mother dairy outlets to observe this sort of stuff but most of them stores such a variety of items infact once I visited Lajpat nagar mother dairy outlet i was surprised to see that Mother dairy also has raita dahi with them.

As a consumer we are entitled to get these products but if a vendor close by our residence would not store any item with him then how can we access to these things.

request you to please take an action on the same on a priority basis and please assure that adequate quantity is maintained with he vendor

I am a regular customer of Mother dairy, and I buy 1 litre loose toned milk daily from the mother dairy Both No 698 , DDA Flats Raghubir Nagar Near Shivaji Enclave New Delhi 27 . From past few weeks I have been facing a lot of problems due to impure milk. The milk is so adulterated that it smeels bad and tastes bad, even curd is not formed out of it, my children have left drinking milk and the quality of milk is so poor that there is Milk as thin as paper and I am buying Milk as well. What's the point left in buying whole milk? If the quality of the milk is not improved, I am afraid that I shall have to switch to some other brand. request you to take the necessary action in the case.

This mother dairy booth (shop no. 16755), open recently in Kabir Nagar, 33 feet road is charging one rupee extra on both half litre and one litre full cream milk packs. He is charging Rs 22/- for half litre and Rs 43/- for one litre poly-packs even though the MRP for the same is Rs 21/- for half litre and Rs 42/- for one litre respectively.
