As always, i bought 2lts of double-toned milk on 13June morning from booth no 140. The packets were dated 13June. On boiling, the milk split and curdled. On complaining to booth owner, i was told no fresh milk had come today and so he had given those packs but in any case they had not crossed expiry date and hence would not be refunded.This is completely wrong because 1) i should not have been given packs dated 13June on that day's morn. 2) If the date was still valid, then the packs must not have been kept under correct temp conditions to have spoilt them. I request the matter be looked into and my complaint be addressed. Thanks.

    I am regular customer of SAFAL Store(Vegetable store) of mother dairy and recently motherdairy change employe of a SAFAL, Address of store is: F - 3, Sector 16, Rohini, PIN Code: 110085, New Delhi (Near DDA Market)

    New employe(Vegetable seller) of SAFAL is very rude and using a abusive language, last day when I was purchasing a vegetable he ask me personal question in very rude behavior and his behavior towards customer is really bad and he use abusive language with many of customers.

    He asked me why you purchase vegetable at this time(Evening: 6PM) - In Hindi language "Ish time tu kyo sabji khareedta hai?".


    Last employe of this store was really good and talk in manners.

      Complain against Mother dairy booth in sector 28, Faridabad, Haryana (PIN 121008), the guy at booth misbehave with everybody, specially ladies, like using double mean language, use to give expire dated milk product and if some one want to check the date, he will object and say , go and purchase from some other boot. I had told him that this is not good, he told-"do it whatever u can do, i will be like this only"..I request you to take action by warning/ changing the Guy at earliest.

      Thanks Consumer Complaint The Mother Dairy Guy has been changed and now some other person has taken over and behave is satisfactory now.

        Mother Dairy booth no.901 L Block DLF Phase II gurgaon is selling fruits and vegetables which are rotten from inside. On regular basis, the fruits bought and found to be rotten from inside and when we go back to them, they are not ready to replace it and would misbehave wth consumers. The plea given is that the supply from back end is of that quality. We are left at mercy of vendor being the only near by booth to buy stuff.

        Mother Dairy/ Fruits — Selling Rotten fruits and not replacing it

        Motherdairy Booth No. 651 is selling rotten fruits and vegetables.

        I bought one watermelon on 13.6.2011,which was rotten from inside. with in 20 min. after buying the product i went back to the booth and asked the sender to change the product.He refused to replace the product saying that he is not sitting inside the watermelon and he threatened me to complain wherever I want to.

        Even though these people are supposed to provide an electronic slip, he wrote it on a shabby piece of paper and insisted on not giving me a bill. If such is the behavior of vendors sitting on mother-dairy booths, that are supposed to be a convenience to general public, then I think I have nowhere to go but to a consumer court.

          Vendors of Mother dairy at Balco Market are so rude and abusive that they even don'n care whether a guy or lady is there they start using abusive language. They scold the customer and talk so rudely and tell them to leave or they will throw them away if asked anything back to them.

          People we pay them for the things we purchase, we have right to ask about the things. These people are so arrogant that they don't bother to reply and if asked twice they abuse the customer.

          vendor — Vendor Misbehave

          it is very shame for indian railway and RPF. because i was travelling Jaipur-Secundrabad Exp. from bhopal to Sceundrabad in S-8.
          and infront of this coach one fruits vendor UMESH MISHRA was selling fruits and abusing to all passenger without any reasons and some people takld to him then he slapped one people.and that person already talked to Maharashtra police inspector but he was unable to solve this problem and told this case will solved by RPF. in Nagpur Station So many vendores always missbehave to passengers because police is taking money by him.

          So i want remeber to railway please stop this type of mismanagement.

            this complt is reg the harassment done by the mother diary booth vendor at the gayathri devi park mariyappana palya rajajinagar, bg-10.every time the vendor of the booth charges Rs.14 for half-a-litre pack but unfortunately only Rs.13.50 was available with me, when i gave this amt to the vendor the vendor ignored to give the milk & thrown away the money given by me & demanded Rs 14/- but i asked the govt has printed only Rs.13.50 on the packet why you are demanding Rs. 14/- for which the the vendor harassed & didnot gave the milk, we are finding lot of difficulty with this portable milk booth vendor, kindly instruct this vendor to correct himself or to change the existing vendor.

              The Booth attainder does not behave well with the buyers, normally don't give change and don't even reply if he is not having change or the packet in unavailable. even if the other person gives him change he doesn't reply back and returns the change.

              He behaves like he owns mother dairy and will give milk on his wish. All the last 4 attender behaves the same.

              Suggestion : Mother Dairy should start a card system that will remain with the users and the dairy attender can mark the daily milk that have been taken. The amount can be taken in advance or can be submitted later

              mear naam Hemant kumar hai. main muzaffarnagar ka rehne wala hoon. i want to inform you that up roadways's every long route bus stops on the mid point.mai baat kar raha hoon agar aap anand viahar sai baithte hai haridwar, rishikesh and dehradoon wali bus mai to in buses ka mid stop point khatauli bypass par hai. jaha cunductor and driver refreshment, breakfast, lunch and dinnar ke liye apne mann pasand dhabe pe rokte hai. jaha par customer (Passanger) sai every product par 25% extra margin MRP par vasulte hai. agar kuch bolte hai to saaman vapas le lete hai or kahte hai nai milega. itne mai lena hai lo varna apna raasta dekho.or customer ki majboori ban jati hai kyoki uske pass or koi substitute nahi hota khatauli ke andar sai har ek state ki bus gujarti hai koi driver sheetal par rokta hai or koi pooja dhabe par.main yahi ki baat nahi kar raha hoon ye har ek state ke mid poin ke haal hai. kya iske liye hum kuch kar sakte hai.

                Today i asked for 3 packets of meethi lassi from MD outlet in my sector-15, part1. The person gave me 1 packet with expiry date of tomorrow (17/3/13) and 2 packets with expiry date 21/3/13. i asked him to give me all 3 packets with expiry date 21/3/13 as i need to buy it for tomorrow but he simply refused to give me so and didn't give me any packet.
                If such is the attitude of outlets people m not gonna buy anything from MD outlet in future. Really very bad response towards customer.

                  The vendor of mother dairy at booth no. 817, sector-26, noida, misbehaved with me and threathened me with a knife on an argument about a note of Rs. 10.

                  This is very dangerous for having a such a violent person serving such a public place. Please inform the concerned person as soon as possible. I strongly suggest the removal of such person soon.

                  MOTHER DAIRY — misbehaviour by vendor

                  The vendor of mother dairy at DA block Hari Nagar,New Delhi - 110064 (RDP no. 646 LIG Flats, Ghanta Ghar, Hari Nagar) misbehaved with my mother, an elderly lady of 65 years for not having the change, on asking him to behave properly he told that he had no milk in the dairy for her.... she had to come back without milk ..... embarrassed.Is this what the elders are supposed to face in the capital of the country...
                  can anyone suggest whom to approach to avoid further inconvenience to someone like us.
                  he vendor of mother dairy no. 550 at Majnu Ka Tilla, Delhi - 110054. Misbehaved with elder persons, he does not provide milk to the people and abuse to the peoples and children. Whenever we go to take milk if we become late he does not give milk to us and says i have washed my machine and now i will not give you milk. Please take a necessary action against him.

                    My Name is Kalpesh Milind Nirgun I stay at SION(E). Today at 20/1/13. 10:15 am I have purchased Milk from a shopkeeper he has taken 4 Rs. EXTRA on the 1 liter MOTHER DAIRY DOUBLE TONED MILK. which has MRP. 13.50 Rs. for 1/2 liter from that MRP price milk should be 27 Rs. per liter and i ask the reason to him he told that prices are raised this is the old price . if prices are raised than why did not the company has written this on MRP. From the sources i came to know that the shopkeeper I am buying the milk has given a notice to close his shop by society. ITS illegal !! . Please get help and contact me on this number [protected].

                      I visited the Safal outlet (booth 135) in B-8, DDA market, Vasant Kunj on 4th Jan, 2013. I asked for 500 gm of Pumpkin which is usually cut and weighed by the cashier himself. I was instead given 850 gm to which I objected. The cashier refused to give me any pumpkin at first and stared aggressively at me. Despite my polite requests he refused to reduce the quantity and asked me to shop elsewhere the next time. He was extremely rude and it seemed he was too eager to get into a physical fight. Many complaints regarding the accuracy of the weighing measures used and the attitude of the cashiers have been brought to my notice before.
                      I hope Mother Dairy reconsiders its decision to employ such brutes at its outlets. This outlet is being run as a private fiefdom by goons and it is disappointing to see the good name of Mother Dairy and Safal tarnished like this.

                        This is to complain you about the inadequate and improper milk supply by one of your booth vendors. the milk quality is also felt to be hampered as the it has much of milk forth. the booth vendor of number 653, in saraswati vihar, pitampura, new delhi, doesn't listens the to the complain and even argues onto the topic when complained. also when asked for the cross check of milk quantity, there was a complete denial from his end. the milk is also diluted as compared to the last month i would like to have an enquiry conducted onto the booth and get onto the solution ASAP.

                          I have suffered misbehave when I went Today evening on 20.09.12 at 4:15 pm to purchase 2litre toned milk and 2litre full cream milk from booth no. 127 located at sector 9 R.K. Puram New Delhi. He did not give milk to me first he said he was doing some work and he got us waited for a long time and after that he said he don't have change of rs 500 that's why he regret to give milk to us and misbehave and rudely said that from now onwards I will not give milk to you and you will purchase from somewhere else.
                          The representatives continuously misbehaved with me and abused me in front of many people. Due to this,I suffered mental harassment and felt ashamed in front of everyone present there..
                          Many of the times I have ignored there unbearable behavior but this time I am really feeling mentally harassed.
                          I request you to take appropriate and strict action against the representatives of above said dairy.

                            I had also similar experience. Many times I felt that on the first token (general we take 4-6 tokens daily), the quantity of the milk vended out would be far less than what it should be. When I asked the vendor, he ruled out any such possibility. However, when tested the quantity at home, I found the quantity of milk to be less by 200 ml (I have bought 2.5 liters). Surprisingly, the complaint portal at Mother Dairy "Contact Us" does not function for the reasons best known for the portal managers.

                              I took 2 litres of milk from booth no-778 I P Extention near Max Hospital but it was less in measurement,When I asked him to
                              measure the same He refused to measure and took it back and told me,get out from here I have no milk and started to abuse in many ways.Iasked him to measure the same as per rules of mother dairy why you will not measure it .He told me again to go and shouted me GET OUT.He also warned me to complain in mother dairy.When I asked him to give me you booth no he brought some tools to attack me .lot of people gathered at the place but he was so rude and unmannered he did not listen any body
                              I would like to request you to please take action against him and I want immediate action against him.

                                Legal notice U/s 138 The negotiable Instruments act 1881(as amended Uptodate)

                                That as per your order, our company supplied Tea coffee machines and materials vide their bill no: 5449 dated 17/7/2011 copy of materials received is enclosed herewith.
                                You had issued cheque on behalf of our bills raised and accepted by your company.
                                You assured us that your company all the cheques will be honoured on its presentation to the banker.
                                But it was to our surprise that cheque were returned by your bank as unpaid marked as “INSUFFICIENT FUND” 7 times instead of your repeated requests that you have some problems.

                                We approached you various time about 100 calls 20-25 visits by our office persons and various requests by you above cheques were returned 3 times by the banker as unpaid.
                                That since the aforementioned cheque has been dishonoured in view of the Act and omission, you have intentionally and clerly committed an offence under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments act 1881 s amended uptodate..
                                It is against requested to please make the payment of the above cheques within 7 days, failing which we have no alternative to file a criminal complaint u/s 138 read with section 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 ( s amended uptodate).
                                That I draw your attention to the provisions of chapter XVII of the Negotiable Instrument Act, the dishonoring of the cheque attracts imprisonment to the extent of two years or with fine which may extend to twice the amount of the cheque or with both. You shall ignore the notice at your own peril and cost. A copy of this notice is retained in my office for further necessary action, if it is also desired.

                                Complainant Sh Mahendra agarwal had approached Delhi Govt Mediation centre for taking of his case through mediation.The complainant has approached the mediation centre directly after knowing about it from one of his friends.Accordingly notice for appearance was sent to the opposite party who has appered before this centre and also showed their inclination to settle the present disputes
                                The present dispute is regarding the dishonoring of three cheques bearing no: 000097, 000213 and 000214 dated 20/7/2011, 23/7/2011 and 23/7/2011 for the sum of Rs 3000, Rs 7040 and 3309/- respectlively all drawn on Bank of India vikash marg, C&P Banking New Delhi 110002 out of these three cheques . First mentioned two cheques have been issued in the nameof m/s Quality of India and the third in the name of Hi-tech expositions pvt limite and these cheques have been signed by Mr Bharat on behalf of the second party.

                                During the course of the proceedings, it has been informed by sh Mahendra agarwal that he is the Director in M/s Hi-tech expositons pvt limited wheras he is the proprietor of m/s Quality of India.The parties have further informed that sh Mahendra agarwal has given certain comments/remarks on the intrnet against the second party.

                                Heard the parties separately and jointly and various proposals were put forward by both the parties .It is further resolved between the parties that:
                                1. That the 1st party shall take appropriate steps to remove the adverse remarks against the second party from the internet and in this process sh mahendra agarwal will also write a letter of request for the removal of the comments/complaints/remarks against the second party within 10days from today.
                                2. That after seven days of removal of the said comments/complaints/remarks from the internet, the second party shall make the payment of Rs 11000/- to the 1st party by way of demand draft in full and final settlement of all disputes in respect of the above referred 3 cheques and the first party shall simultaneously return the original of the above said 3 cheques to the 2nd party.
                                3. That the 1st party states that it has not initiated any other proceedings against the second party and in case it is found in future that any case has been filed by the 1st party against the 2nd party before and court /authority etc the same shall be treated as satisfied/settled.
                                4. That in view of the above, there remain no claims, disputes or dues etc of any kind arising out of the present complaints.
                                5. That the settlement has been voluntarily and freely accepted by both the parties.
                                6. It has been agreed that both the parties have undertaken to remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

                                  I am a resident of GREATER NOIDA, OMEGA-1 and was buying FULL CREAM MILK from a MOTHER DAIRY BOOTH outside NSG COLONY from past two days.It was strange to observe that the milk quality was very poor and the byproducts like CREAM that can be easily obtained from FULL CREAM MILK could not be obtained due to poor quality. As we all know milk forms the base of a healthy diet for children as well as Adults and MOTHER DAIRY being a trusted brand all across the nation. So , I will kindly request you to bring the matter under light and take the required action. THNKS

                                  It definitely appears to be the case of adulteration. In sector-29, Noida as well, the mother dairy outlet seems to be supplying adulterated milk. The necessary steps has to be taken to verify the quality of milk being supplied by such a big brand.

                                  MOTHER DAIRY — watered full cream milk

                                  For the last few months quality of milk is not good or suitable for human consumption as per their QC standards. Yellow particles, fatty globs,no taste and a watery taste to the full cream milk. Why is it so? Is there any problem in their dairy or with the delivery system or is milk powder being added to the milk?

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is to bring in your notice that I have purchased “Mother Dairy Dahi” 200 gm pack on 18th June’2012 –Monday from a local dairy shop at Ashokvan Rawalpad, Dahisar (East) Mumbai 400 068.

                                    To my utmost surprise curd from that packet was stale when opened (same day 18th June’2012). It has a different taste than normal Mother dairy curd and showing elasticity (or Taar) when touched.

                                    Following are the details of that packet:

                                    BNO: M21686BC / 18:39
                                    MFD 17 June 12

                                    Even if lid of that packet was showing manufacturing only one day old, I am still shocked to see how a food product of such a reputed company could be stale like this that also when it is being consumed only a day after the manufacturing.

                                    I am sure there must be some major goo[censored]ps either at your manufacturing unit or in the distribution system. I sincerely request you to rectify the problem as soon as possible because it can be hazardous to the lives of many people/children who consume your product with blind faith.

                                    I hope my request will be answered and appropriate actions will be taken in this regard very quickly.

                                      I want to do something against a vendor/delivery boy which charges milk, packaged curd, bread 1 Rupee more than the printing rate.When i asked the delivery guy about this matter he answered that "Printed MRP are older and new printed MRP will come in next month".

                                      So my question is that is it ok to sell product greater than MRP.Shall Milk manufacturing companies are responsible for selling the product greater than MRP.
