Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring in your notice that I have purchased “Mother Dairy Dahi” 200 gm pack on 18th June’2012 –Monday from a local dairy shop at Ashokvan Rawalpad, Dahisar (East) Mumbai 400 068.

To my utmost surprise curd from that packet was stale when opened (same day 18th June’2012). It has a different taste than normal Mother dairy curd and showing elasticity (or Taar) when touched.

Following are the details of that packet:

Even if lid of that packet was showing manufacturing only one day old, I am still shocked to see how a food product of such a reputed company could be stale like this that also when it is being consumed only a day after the manufacturing.

I am sure there must be some major goo[censored]ps either at your manufacturing unit or in the distribution system. I sincerely request you to rectify the problem as soon as possible because it can be hazardous to the lives of many people/children who consume your product with blind faith.

I hope my request will be answered and appropriate actions will be taken in this regard very quickly.

I want to do something against a vendor/delivery boy which charges milk, packaged curd, bread 1 Rupee more than the printing rate.When i asked the delivery guy about this matter he answered that "Printed MRP are older and new printed MRP will come in next month".

So my question is that is it ok to sell product greater than MRP.Shall Milk manufacturing companies are responsible for selling the product greater than MRP.

Today when i was buying milk from the booth

he misbehaved with me, talked rudely and

threatened me that he will not give me the

milk and nobody can do anything is this

manner.It was a very small matter which can

be easily sort out through healthy talk, but

he use abusive language and screamed at me. i

am a sugar patient of 53yrs. of age and due

to his behavior my sugar level raised how can

u keep such persons for our service. i

As above subject when complained to company at that time company officer told please collect the bill and give me u r complain,but problem whose not only one person but all dist and special in saurashtra side all people sell more than its price second thing when u go to buy 1 or 2 bag(500ml) milk or butter milk no one give u BILL i[censored] told them its easily told u i am not interested sell u. You can go its very big problem of in village where only one or two seller of this product,how u get the bill.
That's not company responsibility to check the prices of market, other wise company not interested in above matter.

i am user of your verious product but one thing is very bad 4 us which ‘MRP” OF your product is not sold in actual MRP , i do not know what and which level price o[censored] r product increased 1 or 1.5 Rupees incread, this problem suffer so many pepole so you kindly requested to solve the probleam and save your company name and reputation.

I took 5 Token for TONED MILK from MOTHER DAIRY BOOTH NO. 860 KAUSHAMBI, GZB.201010 today 6.15 A.M. and got milk from Machine 2.350 ltr. instead of 2.500 ltr. So I have suffered a loss of approx. 150 ml. I am a regular consumer and I want to draw your attention towards such lapse somewhere in public interest.JyotirAaditya, Kaushambi, Gzb, U.P. I think Mother Dairy hardly takes care about their customer services.
Nowadays, goons or vandals staffs manage the mother dairy outlets.
Take for example, Mother dairy booth in Sector 56, Noida, U.P.-201301.
I request to take precautions to manage these stupid staff.
I request you to call anytime on [protected] for discussing about the complaint. The person who is managing mother dairy out let has no antiquates.

I have bought a 1.25L Ice cream (Butter Scotch) from Mother Dairy booth, Malviya Nagar on 20th Feb 2011. The Ice cream has no taste and was smelling too. I took back the product to mother dairy booth and he refused to take it back and said its OK.

I think mother dairy work force did'nt know how to behave, the person at mother dairy milk shop in Sec-9, RK PUram always keep fighting with one or the other. As of now, I have seen him fighting with 10-12 times including with the Van people who delivers the milk at this shop. He always keep cribbing for change and has prepared his own hand made coupons/currency which he gives back if the change is not given. I used to take these coupons earlier, however today I noticed that the person who purchsased milk just before me gave him enought change. My total was INR 124 so he game me the coupon for INR 6. I knew that he has 6 Rs. so I told him that the other person has just gave him enough change. All of sudden, he started shouting (used abusive language) and said that he has so many other customers to take care and cannot give complete 6 to any one customer. I don't know what kind o[censored]nderstanding he has as I was also one of those customer only. I think he has some mental challenge, if you do a complete survey of all the customers come to this shop, you will find 80% with same feedback. This is really bad, shame on you Mother Dairy.

I went this mornng to buy Milk and asked for 1 Tonned and 1 double tonned milk. The regular price of half litre tonned is Rs12.5 and double tonned is Rs14.5. The total comes out to Rs27. Instead of charging Rs 27 he is asking for 50p more on each of the packet. Asking him (Owner) why he is charging more than MRP his answer is that we have to bear leakage and their is polybag charges etc. Asking him for a receipt for which he said he won't. It's not the matter of 1 Rs but to me this is illegal to charge customer beyond MRP. I would like you to please take a strict action.against the Owner of Today's store. His store is at

The applicant is respectfully submitting ,as under for an early attention in the matter -
1.The applicant applied in May-2011 for motherdairy’s milk booth franchisee.
2.That in June 2011,after completing all formalities as per norms of mother dairy including deposit of security money of Rs1,50,000/-, a milk booth at applicant’s location was opened in the first week of July-2011
3.Inspite of repeated requests to the concerned officers ,caliberation process was not carried out in this milk booth till today. Due to this, booth is still closed & I am suffering financial loss.

In view of above,kindly direct the concerned department of mother dairy to carry out the caliberation process at the earliest,so that applicant could not suffer further.

This complaint is against the person incharge for mother dairy ( vegetable and fruit) {Vikas puri J-block, near
vardhman palace, outer ring road new delhi 110018} regarding MISBIHAVIOR BY VENDER

The persons in the booth are always taking more time in billing and never respond to customers properly, ask us to keep us in the que for longtime and on some day we, the customers has to wait for approx. 20 ? 30 minutes for just paying our bills. he hardly cares about it.
I was there to buy coconut for madir. I was waiting for him to pay for it. i even asked 2-3 people for him and also the person in mother dairy(milk) , he came after 15min and said:

me: main kabse paise dene ke liye khada hu
he: to main kya karu? main samne khade hoke tume hi dekh raha tha.
ME: bhaiya itni der se [paise dene ke liye khada hu
he: Mera apna kaam hai. kisi ke baap ka naukar ni hu. ja ni de raha narial. and took coconut from my hand rudely and putted it back in stall.
me: i will complaint against you
he: ja jo karna hai karle, main number deta hu, [protected] (that number) phone was switched off.
Me: i will
he: jo karna hai karle. kisi ke baap me dum ni hai jo kuch ukhad le.

Kindly look into it.

The vendor never gives change to the customer. please Look into it and do some alternative arrangement for the same and also have an inspection on this booth, general public is very much suffering on the same.

I hope to get response in proper time, and if not , i will file a case against your organization also, for ignoring complaints.

The vendor of vegetable outlet at LSC Saini Enclave never displays the rates of vegetables on rack and also, the rates fed in the machine are higher than the rates mentionedin the list. It was earlier observed by me in november this year that when I purchased Coconut from the vendor the rates were not displayed and he asked for payment @ Rs. 32.00 per Kg an did not gave any bill. When I asked for bill he prepared the bill from billing machine at the same rate. On enquiring about rate list the rates were Rs. 30.00 per Kg. The vendor said that the rates have changed only the day before and he could not revise the rates in machine. On 10/12/2011, I again went to the same outlet for purchasing vegetables the same thing was repeated. He again charged coconut @ Rs. 32.00 per Kg. I asked for bill. He gave me bill @ Rs.32.00 per Kg. I retained the bill and asked for ratelist wherein the rates were still Rs. 30.00. When I complained, the vendor got angry and said that we can complain any where we want.

COMPLAINT AGAINST MR. SUDESH EMPLOYEE AT MOTHER DAIRY BOOTH, KRISHNA NAGAR.

Mr. Sudesh is at present employed at your Mother Dairy Booth of Krishna Nagar. He used to misbehave with customers. Some time he caught hands of ladies while taking money and delivering packet of milk. Customers several time objected but he is adamant and used abusive langage and say "TAKE MILK OTHERWISE GO TO HELL".
Yesterday on 4.10.2011 at about 4.10 p.m. I went to above said booth and requested to Mr. Sudesh to give me One lt. Full Cream Milk. He gave me 1 packet milk but it was leaking and packet was also in bad condition. I requested him to change the packet he gave me dirty piece of cloth (POOCHA) to clean the packet and take it. On my objection he said take your money bak and dont came at this booth otherwise I will broke your legs. He misbehaved with me in the presence of other customer and neighbours and also used abusive langage. Local peoples also requested why dont you change the packet he said " LENA HAI TO LO NAHI TO BAAR ME JOI".

my self virender singh h m ho no 1259 gali no 24 .jeevan nagar part 2 me rahata hu . gounchi mood par NUMBERDAR DAIRY ke naam se mother dairy booth h .m shop par date 12/9/2011 ko 1kg paneer or half kg Ghee lele gaya. shop owner ne khula paneer or bina packing ke half kg ghee diya .mere puchne par bataya ki ye ghee or paneer brand se susa or aucha h . mane uska kha maan liya.ghar par use karne se pata chala ki ghee me se smell aa rahi thi.paneer ka teast bhi very bad. m ghee or paneer ko shop per laya or ghee or paneer retune karne ko bola to usene mana kar diya.

mane usko mother dairy ka ghee or paneer manga to usene kha ki h brand ka ghee or paneer nahi rkhate..so i requsted to you.

pls cheeck us mother dairy ke ghee or paneer ki qualty. end our kadi saja de.

This is to complain that Mother Dairy Milk Shop No. 808 located at Sector-22, H Block Market, Near Federal Bank, Noida-201301, Uttar Pradesh is daily overcharging. Yesterday dt.[protected] around 6:00 PM i purchased 1.5 Litre of Double Tonned Milk from this outlet. For 1.5Litre he has overcharged Rs 38.00 instead of Rs 37.50. Today dt.[protected] around 5:30 PM he again overcharged Rs 38.00 instead of Rs 37.50. He used to give a slip of Rs 4, 3, 2 in case of no change to customers. But why he is not giving a slip of 0.50 paise???? When i asked him to give a slip of 0.50 paise he refused to do so & he rudely said i will not adjust also in next purchase of milk & he used to say do whatever you want to do. He used to say "Agar aap ko lena hai to lo nahi to mat lo"
I want to ask mother dairy authorities that why we the customers have to always suffer??? Govt has already put burden on customers by increasing the price of milk & above that now these mother dairy outlet persons are also putting overburden on us(customers). This is also one of the aspect of corruption & bribe indirectly.
I complain to mother dairy customer care & i received complain no. 23978 & in reply of that i received a call from no. [protected] of Mr. Amit Kumar, Area Incharge of Sector-22, Noida (U.P.). Instead of solving this problem he was giving excuses & giving support to the above mentioned Mother Dairy Outlet. He was telling me that if you are regular customer then only i will ask that outlet person not to overcharge you.
Please take strict & quick action against all such Mother Dairy Outlet who are overcharging from the customers. Such corrupted persons are fullfilling their own pocket & making their profits by overcharging from customers.

today morning (i.e. 7th September, 2011) around 5.50 am I went to Mother Dairy Milk Booth No.622, situated at 4 Block, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110 027 for buying a 3.0 ltr. loose toned milk. When I have taken the milk, it seems that the milk quantity is not upto mark i.e. quantity of 3.0 ltr is Short. At that time I have told the same to booth officer. Two day’s before i.e. 5th September, I have seen the same, the quantity of milk that has been supplied through machine is not upto mark and rectify the same. I shall be grateful if you kindly look into the matter and stop that practice doing the booth officer at 622 and also check the sample of milk also very frequently so that the name of Mother Dairy is not going in a bad shape.

Mother Dairy outlets (including SAFAL- Sabji, Phal ) were supposed to meet the daily requirements of Delhi Consumers, shielding them from High-handed & Manipulative Tactics of Mandi Mafia & PROFITEERING BY RETAILERS. These were to be operated by CAREFULLY SELECTED EX-SERVICEMEN. By any stretch of imagination, these were NEVER TO BE USED AS FIEFDOM OF VESTED INTERESTS AT THE COST OF CONSUMERS. BUT EXACTLY THAT IS WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING, IN TOTAL DISREGARD OF PROCLAIMED OBJECTIVES.
In some cases, the ORIGINAL CONCESSIONAIRE is NOWHERE IN THE PICTURE, HAVING SOLD / SUB-LET THE DAY-TO DAY WORKING OF THE SAFAL OUTLET to VESTED INTERESTS. Now the Average consumer is left to suffer the Arbitrary & IF REQD TO SERVE THE VESTED INTEREST, even RUDE, & sometimes THREATENING BEHAVIOUR of semi-literate hire-lings of the PROFITEER, in COLLUSION of Inspectors deputed for the purpose!!

Complaints:
1. Milk was found to be unfit for consumption as I started feeling stomach ache after having a seep of the same and was giving unpleasant and unusual smell.
2. No invoic has been provided not even on special request (Vendor never provides invoice and does not even carry invoice booklet.
