Dear Sir,

I am Mrs. Sonali Joglekar, residing in sector 44A, Seawoods, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Every Morining I have to argue with the Grossary shop owner over the Price of Mother Diary Milk Packet. He sells Mother DAiry Milk packet for Rs. 29/- per liter but as per the recent Hike actual price of Mother Diary is Rs.28/- per liter.
Please advise me what needs to done to deal with such retailers who quote their own price...

there is mother dairy in Neb Sarai, freedom fighter enclave on IGNOU Road , near Gate No. 4 , Please note , they always mix water with token milk. if you have to buy 2 kg milk, you will get 1 kg water mixed with it and you pay for 2 kgs, will some one look into the matter immediately pls!!!! and the milk taste very bad. the place is always very dirty some thing wrong somewhere. pls see to it

I nstay in Mumbai Marol, Andheri (east), there is a dairy in my locality who sells milk overpriced. The MRP on Amul & Mother dairy toned milk is Rs 12.50, however he charges Rs 14.00, which is illegal.

I want that you should take strict action against this dairy owner.

The persons in the booth are always taking more time in giving milk and never respond to customers properly, ask us to keep us in the que for longtime and on some day we, the customers has to wait for toned milk for approx. 20 ? 30 minutes for just 2 ? 3 ltrs.of toned milk

The packet of milk purchased yesterday (october 5, 2010) from the sitaphalmandi dairy beyond the EFLU campus seems to be adulterated.
Though the packet graphics, etc. seem exactly as in the original, there was no date on the packet.
The milk has not spolit even after nearly 12 hours outside- without boiling, and smells distinctly of detergent, and similar to fevicol.
