Dear Sir,
On 13.02.11, I had purchased 500 ml TAAZA milk. The date printed on it was 14th February, 2011.
How is it possible that on 13th February, 2011 milk being sold is of the next day i.e. 14th February, 2011? I am attaching a photograph also for everyone’s reference.
I have sent emails to Mother dairy consumer care on 13.02.2011, 19.02.2011 & then on 03.03.2011 at their email id’s consumer.[protected]@motherdairy.com, dairy.[protected]@motherdairy.com but received no response from them.
Similar case was found with Amul butter in January, 2005: The details are as below:

The packets were recovered from the Anand dairy on Tuesday and government officials have sought to know from Amul as to how a perishable commodity like butter could have wrong dates.
While dairy officials called it an inadvertent mistake, Gujarat food and drugs commissioner S L Adesara said, "The Maharashtra government had forwarded a complaint made by a consumer who allegedly found larvae and worms in Amuls milk powder packets. We had sent officials to check if the complaint was valid. Although they found nothing wrong with the milk powder, they reported that the butter packets had advance manufacturing dates. We have sent the packets for testing at a government laboratory."
At that time as well no action was taken by anyone and the entire episode was suppressed..
This is a very serious issue. Pls. look into the matter. JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO...!!!!!

I stay at mayur vihar phase 1 pocket 4 delhi 91 mother dairy has one milk booth there. In the morning i went there to buy a milk had 20 rs note and asked toned milk (12 rs wala) mother dairy people asked 2 rs change i said sir do't have change immediate reply got it from mohter dairy people don't have change than we don,t have milk afterthat i replied u can not speak like this i[censored] don,t have change its ok but don't say we don't have milk.than dariy people replied u always do same than i said last 2 months i did not buy milk from u how u can say like this if remember tell me when i bought the milk from u afterthat they all three stood up to hit me as well they mostly don't return the change coin like 50 paisa

I have a complain against mother dairy booth no-758 in I.P.Extension ,patparganj,near Ajanta apartment.The vendor is very arrogant and misbehave with the customer even with senior citizens.He even shouts on them for change money and if someone does not give him change,he gave a piece of paper with amount written on it.we dont have any other option,so we have to go to the same booth.But its really harassing to go the booth to buy milk.
I hope you will look into the issue and take proper action.
I stay at Greater noida Beta 2, I block where you have one outlet of mother dairy shop no. 18845 . In night around 9.45 pm I went there to by milk with my family and I asked the booth owner to give 1.5 litters milk. In reply he told me did you see the time and also told "IS THIS BABA JE KA DARBAR" any time you will come I can not serve you. He also used some slang words in front of my family during that movement he was drunk. I think he is not right person to run this booth and if he will continue the mother dairy will loose customer confidence. Thank you.

I want to bring to your notice that the mother dairy booth situated at Malviya Nagar
"H" Block, Booth no 057, few month back this booth was run by someone. he was very nice with the all
costumers, but now the person is changed may be decided by authorities.
the new person's behavior toward the costumers is very bad, even with the ladies costumers
he talks very badly . During the Morning session every body is in hurry, at that time he is creating
problems mostly change problem, or milk out of stock, or hitting the children very badly .
I am living in malviya nagar near this booth with last 15 years, so this is convenient for us
to get milk, & milk products from near by. But today he told me I will not serve you, don't
come to this booth in front of many costumers, it is a great Insult for anyone.
May I request to take necessary action immediately to Improve the services.
