Dear Sir,

This is to complain that Mother Dairy Milk Shop No. 808 located at Sector-22, H Block Market, Near Federal Bank, Noida-201301, Uttar Pradesh is daily overcharging. Yesterday dt.[protected] around 6:00 PM i purchased 1.5 Litre of Double Tonned Milk from this outlet. For 1.5Litre he has overcharged Rs 38.00 instead of Rs 37.50. Today dt.[protected] around 5:30 PM he again overcharged Rs 38.00 instead of Rs 37.50. He used to give a slip of Rs 4, 3, 2 in case of no change to customers. But why he is not giving a slip of 0.50 paise???? When i asked him to give a slip of 0.50 paise he refused to do so & he rudely said i will not adjust also in next purchase of milk & he used to say do whatever you want to do. He used to say "Agar aap ko lena hai to lo nahi to mat lo"
I want to ask mother dairy authorities that why we the customers have to always suffer??? Govt has already put burden on customers by increasing the price of milk & above that now these mother dairy outlet persons are also putting overburden on us(customers). This is also one of the aspect of corruption & bribe indirectly.
I complain to mother dairy customer care & i received complain no. 23978 & in reply of that i received a call from no. [protected] of Mr. Amit Kumar, Area Incharge of Sector-22, Noida (U.P.). Instead of solving this problem he was giving excuses & giving support to the above mentioned Mother Dairy Outlet. He was telling me that if you are regular customer then only i will ask that outlet person not to overcharge you.
Please take strict & quick action against all such Mother Dairy Outlet who are overcharging from the customers. Such corrupted persons are fullfilling their own pocket & making their profits by overcharging from customers.

today morning (i.e. 7th September, 2011) around 5.50 am I went to Mother Dairy Milk Booth No.622, situated at 4 Block, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110 027 for buying a 3.0 ltr. loose toned milk. When I have taken the milk, it seems that the milk quantity is not upto mark i.e. quantity of 3.0 ltr is Short. At that time I have told the same to booth officer. Two day’s before i.e. 5th September, I have seen the same, the quantity of milk that has been supplied through machine is not upto mark and rectify the same. I shall be grateful if you kindly look into the matter and stop that practice doing the booth officer at 622 and also check the sample of milk also very frequently so that the name of Mother Dairy is not going in a bad shape.

Mother Dairy outlets (including SAFAL- Sabji, Phal ) were supposed to meet the daily requirements of Delhi Consumers, shielding them from High-handed & Manipulative Tactics of Mandi Mafia & PROFITEERING BY RETAILERS. These were to be operated by CAREFULLY SELECTED EX-SERVICEMEN. By any stretch of imagination, these were NEVER TO BE USED AS FIEFDOM OF VESTED INTERESTS AT THE COST OF CONSUMERS. BUT EXACTLY THAT IS WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING, IN TOTAL DISREGARD OF PROCLAIMED OBJECTIVES.
In some cases, the ORIGINAL CONCESSIONAIRE is NOWHERE IN THE PICTURE, HAVING SOLD / SUB-LET THE DAY-TO DAY WORKING OF THE SAFAL OUTLET to VESTED INTERESTS. Now the Average consumer is left to suffer the Arbitrary & IF REQD TO SERVE THE VESTED INTEREST, even RUDE, & sometimes THREATENING BEHAVIOUR of semi-literate hire-lings of the PROFITEER, in COLLUSION of Inspectors deputed for the purpose!!

Bought a chillz choclate flavoured milk 250 ml having product no. A12110563 mfg dt 29th July,2011 from Mother Diary No. 306, Old Rajender Nagar-110060
Complaints:
1. Milk was found to be unfit for consumption as I started feeling stomach ache after having a seep of the same and was giving unpleasant and unusual smell.
2. No invoic has been provided not even on special request (Vendor never provides invoice and does not even carry invoice booklet.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday I went to buy milk from mother dairy in sector 53 noida, Kachanjunga market. A lady sits there with her husband always treats people very badly. But yesterday I bought a milk packet from her, one packet was torn. I wanted to exchange it but she behaved very badly and very rudely. She did not exchange the packet and even too the torn packet. She even abused to me. When I again asked her to change the packet she even tried to hit me.

Nor did i get a new or already bought milk packet nor money. I would like to take action against this ASAP.

I am a regular consumer of your product -Skimmed Milk, and buys regularly from your booth no 739-Pocket-Iv, Mayurvihar-1.This product is seems to be always in shortage...I would like to know why you are not giving sufficient stocks to this booth, Is it because of your companies/distributor margin issue. This stocks is also available with hawkers and I do not know if the stocks are in shortage how the hawkers gets the stocks... Incase you cannot supply the stocks regulary please let me know I will find some alternative for the above said product.

My pf Number 357 . i have complete leaving in this organisation completed by 3tears 6 months. plz solve my problem as earely as possible................

my name is kamal pathania . 3rd may2 011 i was went to shop for purchasing home requirements then i purchase mother dairy 1ltr ghee from patparganj depot kendriya bhandar delhi 92 shop than my mother ask me the mother dairy ghee is impured iam shocked and i decided to complain to mother dairy helpline then they register the complaint but no step hasbeen taken in this regards i give full information about
product impurities but no answer return i have full written and vocal proof
please help me in this regard

The printed price on the milk sachet is Rs.14, for which the customer is asked to pay Rs.15-16, which is just against the customer.Kindly look into it as it is happening scince long.

Safal Mother Dairy Booth No. 822, Sector-33, Noida - Vendor is very arrogant and selling Vegetables/Fruits of very old (Basi) - We have no other option but to buy these things from this booth only. It was known to us (so many times) that vendor is behaving very arrogantly with other customers also (as he is not at all bothered that any complaint against him will do any harm to him).

I took one of the "Watermelon" from the only available Tray (with having all internal damaged Watermelons - not visible from outside) kept in this booth and as expected it was found that "Watermelon" is not good. Vendor refused to replace the same.

Further, he talked very rude & arrogently and thretened me.

In view fo above, kindly take up the matter with the concerned so that this vendor will get good lesson and possibility of changing this vendor may also be explored.

I am a resident of Gr.noida knowladge park III. I would like to draw your attention that our canteen owners providing above mentioned pack and are charging more than the MRP mentioned on the pack. Due to monopoly in the campus they are doing such act...we have no option but to pay that higher price. The MRP of mother dairy lassi pack as mentioned is Rs12..for 300ml.

They are charging 13Rs. Per 300Ml.(1Rs. extra charged)

Mother Dairy Fruit & veg. Stall No 548 of Pitam Pura is running by a person who doesn't know how to behave with the customer and he is shouting on customer like the visitor are dog. And they have no other way. The particular man is belongs to state Bihar and he is treating all visitors as bihari .

Please do something immediately and throw him from Stall No. : 548, otherwise you will face the ANNA
HAZARE like from local people. Do fast - otherwise you will listen music

Dear Sir,

On 13.02.11, I had purchased 500 ml TAAZA milk. The date printed on it was 14th February, 2011.

How is it possible that on 13th February, 2011 milk being sold is of the next day i.e. 14th February, 2011? I am attaching a photograph also for everyone’s reference.

I have sent emails to Mother dairy consumer care on 13.02.2011, 19.02.2011 & then on 03.03.2011 at their email id’s consumer.[protected]@motherdairy.com, dairy.[protected]@motherdairy.com but received no response from them.

Similar case was found with Amul butter in January, 2005: The details are as below:

The packets were recovered from the Anand dairy on Tuesday and government officials have sought to know from Amul as to how a perishable commodity like butter could have wrong dates.
While dairy officials called it an inadvertent mistake, Gujarat food and drugs commissioner S L Adesara said, "The Maharashtra government had forwarded a complaint made by a consumer who allegedly found larvae and worms in Amuls milk powder packets. We had sent officials to check if the complaint was valid. Although they found nothing wrong with the milk powder, they reported that the butter packets had advance manufacturing dates. We have sent the packets for testing at a government laboratory."

At that time as well no action was taken by anyone and the entire episode was suppressed..

This is a very serious issue. Pls. look into the matter. JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO...!!!!!

Fresh milk packets of any brand like MOTHER'S DAIRY/ GOWARDHAN are charged at rs.28/ltr whereas the MRP clearly says it for rs.26/ltr. This discrepancy is being done by all the retailers who sell these milk packets even the dairy owners as well.
Kindly look into the matter and stop this 'loot' as soon as possible.

mother dairy no 18833 operating in sector 50 noida 201303 isn't returning coins as change but handing out chits of paper entitling us to that amt of money...this is wrong as the do this so that the person has to come next time and buy stuff again and although they have change which one can see very easily, they frantically refuse to give the change in coins.
this is an issue of concern as this money can't be used to buy goods from other places.even the shop just next to it refuses to take it.

Food inflation has crossed 15% . It is time to analyse the culprit .Here are my views on the issue .

How funny it is that Govt. is telling media that they have no control over retail vendors? Fact remains that it is the Govt. agencies of the CM who are pocketing the major share of this loot. 700 odd MOTHER DAIRY outlets of CM are selling vegetables at rates more than the street vendors. Fact remains that there are many Govt. agencies involved in retail business, i.e.MOTHER DAIRY <KENDRIYA BHANDARS <DELHI GOVT> COOPERATIVE STORES < NAFED etc to name a few.If the Govt. have the intent , they can very well control food inflation . CM is unnecessarily shedding crocodile tears for common man .In fact she has no sympathy for the public. Congress party has become more arrogant with the unexpected success in elections . In this game non is losing except AAM AADMI,the poorest of the poor. If CM and PM has the intent it is very easy to control prices through Govt. outlets. But sorry , they have no such intent since they can garner votes even without from unmindful public.

Mother Dairy Officer are over invoicing purchases of vegetables and pocketing money .

Dear Sir,

I am Mrs. Sonali Joglekar, residing in sector 44A, Seawoods, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Every Morining I have to argue with the Grossary shop owner over the Price of Mother Diary Milk Packet. He sells Mother DAiry Milk packet for Rs. 29/- per liter but as per the recent Hike actual price of Mother Diary is Rs.28/- per liter.
Please advise me what needs to done to deal with such retailers who quote their own price and charge the customer.
I would like to known where I can complaint about such cheaters. Kindly forward me the information.

LOCATION- BEHIND LAKE NEAR GOLF CLUB CHANDIGARH -Misleading Information by Retailer. The Ice Cream Vendors are charging Rs.25/- for every Cup of Ice Cream, much more than MRP. Rather MRP is struck of on the rate card displayed on the Ice Cream Vendor Cart and also on the cup itself. Possibly the ice cream is also being adulterated. Vendor insists that his supplier at Kaimbala near the Lake has told to sell at Rs.25/- which is more than the MRP and also challenges to do what ever you want to do. The authorities especially the Tourism deptt. should look into this over charging to visitors & tourists (I thought overcharging was only limited to the bus stands cold drinks & confectioners counter). Surely, this is the limit in a city like Chandigarh. It seems that all (The Chandigarh Administration especially the non existent Tourism deptt., the Police Deptt. & the Shop Inspectors etc.are a party to this fleecing & rampant corruption. All efforts to promote India & Indian tourist spots are worthless without a effort from each one o[censored]s.

there is mother dairy in Neb Sarai, freedom fighter enclave on IGNOU Road , near Gate No. 4 , Please note , they always mix water with token milk. if you have to buy 2 kg milk, you will get 1 kg water mixed with it and you pay for 2 kgs, will some one look into the matter immediately pls!!!! and the milk taste very bad. the place is always very dirty some thing wrong somewhere. pls see to it
