when i recevied a milk(6 liter), who was expired before i purchased that. so i complaint for that . My complaint number is 3020. the area manager (Dinesh Kumar Rana, Contact no-[protected]) come to my home & said that the shopkeeper has authority to sell the expired milk after the expiry date, Mother dairy has no responsible for that. So he can't take any action against the shopkeeper for that purpose.

Gone are the days, when its booths were manned by well trained staff.
Nowadays, goons or vandals manage it.

Today, I have bought MOTHER DAIRY DAHI BNO. 082282BF.2002 MFD. 15 AUG. 08 MRP. Rs. 23.00 from the local shop OM DEPARTMENTAL STORE AT SEC-5 VAISHALI. THE DAHI CONTAINS FOREIGN PARTICLE - A DEAD INSECT.

I am a resident of Anandnagar Colony, Khairtabad, Hyderabad-500004. In my locality, every gorcer shop charges 50 paisa to Rs1.50 extra on Maximum Retail Price on milk packets. This is common for every brand available.Even the company distributors (Reliance and Jersey) insists on paying more over MRP, else they deny to sell the packets.

i purchased mother dairy's Flavored milk - Chillz (kesar elaichi), 4 packets from mother dairy outlet in sec - 82 noida, out of which 1 packet contained Rotten Milk. It tasted sour.
I am highly dissapointed with the quality of mother dairy..i want them to apologise and compensate me for the same otherwise i will go to consumer court....

This is in regard to your package toned milk. I bought one packet from Mother Dairy outlet and it was lying in the fridge for 2 days today when i boiled it was spoiled but normally milk should turn into granules like we make paneer but to my shock it turned to something like white rubber which even i tried my best to break the lump but it was streching like rubber or nylon piece. It seems that milk is adulterated with some synthetic chemicals....
