I Manish Kumar S/o Sh.Suresh Kumar R/o RZG-327A,Gali No.-4,Saheed Bhagat Singh Marg,Rajnagar-II Palam Colony,New Delhi-110077,India, want to say that my father is an exserviceman,and he is applied for the mother dairy safal booth against the defence personnel quota.Mother Dairy issue a safal booth No.-81633, A-1,Janakpuri,Local Shopping Complex,(Near Mother Dairy Milk Booth No.-634 to us.We started the booth from[protected] and we run a booth till[protected],due to irresponsible behaviour of mother dairy staff (Field Staff),and the quality of vegetables is also very poor,and threats by field staff that you will do as we say,otherwise we will take away the booth booth from you,and your security money is also debt by us,and we will through out you from the booth anytime.Thats why I surrendered the booth within three months,and submitt the documents of handing taking over of the booth to the CDF(Central Distrubution Facility)Mangolpuri,New Delhi. But by till date I have not get my Security money as well as my Pending dues. I go and meet all the officers and related staff of mother dairy many times about my problem,and talk to them by phone also, but they say that,we will do your work,your work is in progress,But Five months are passed and the RESULTt is ZERO. Sir we are a middle class family.The money which we gave for the security money to mother dairy is my fathers Pension Money.I will request to you sir that please help us as soon as possible. The mother dairy booth in Pocket-C, Sarita Vihar sells very old milk products which is nearing the expiry date most of the times. The same curd will be available of a fresh date at other retailers however the booth owner would claim lack of supply from mother dairy to push stale products. The worse part is even if the fresh stock is available he refuses to sell the same & push the old stock only as happened today. He refused the latest date curd which he is stocking but offered only one with pkg date of 16th saying that he has 3 crates of the old stock & will not sell the new one till he clears the old stock. This can be very dangerous in the household especially with kids as this can adversely affect their health. Would request immediate attention to this matter. I also want to know what kind of checks does mother dairy does to ensure that retailers do not indulge is such practices.

THE PERSON INCHARGE OF MOTHER DAIRY BOOTH NO 140 located at B-5 & 6 VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI 110070 HAS SEVERAL COMPLAINTS OF RUDE AND MISBEHAVIOUR WITH DAILY CONSUMER AND ALWAYS HARRASING THEM BY ASKING EXACT AMOUNT IN CHANGE > HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE AMOUNT IF IT IS NOT IN EXACT DENOMINATION. HE EVEN REFUSES TO GIVE MILK IF YOU DO NOT CARRY CHANGE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING FOR PAST SEVRRAL YEARS BUT IT SEEMS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

i m a retailer,my shop at main road,nasik and the distributor for mothers dairy was overcharging in SAFAL green peas 200gms and 5kg bags.The actual MRP printed on 5kg bag is Rs.425 and the distributor charge us Rs.650 (six hundred and fifty).

I am a regular customer of Mother dairy, and I buy 2 litre full cream milk daily from the mother dairy of Shalimar Bagh, DA Block, Delhi-110088. From past few weeks I have been facing a lot of problems due to impure milk. The milk is so adulterated that it smeels bad and tastes bad, even curd is not formed out of it, my children have left drinking milk and I request you to take the necessary action in the case.

My self Shyam Saxena from pandav nagar Delhi-92, near mother dairy mfg. plant. I buy mother dairy milk and found milk is impure or having some chemicals or shampoo/detergents etc., because, i mesh the milk cream/ malai on hand fingers and found some Jhhags fena like shampoo or detergents.

Also I made Paneer, the colour of Paneer is dark yellow. I want to check samples of mother dairy milk.

Please protect milk impurities to save life.

The MRP on a half litre packet is mentioned as Rs.12.00 and the shopkeeper in Powai 'TRINITY GENERAL STORES', opp Trinity Apartment, near Hiranandani Hospital, Hiranandani, Powai-400076 charged me Rs.12.50 - I want to know why I am made to pay more than the printed MRP.
I am not sure how much anyone will bother answering my question but as a consumer I am being cheated.

Dear Sir,

Hope you are in receipt of my letter of complaint dated 18th instant in respect of the above, sent to you through your Company’s officials viz.: Shri Dinesh Mathur (Ph: [protected]) and Shri Bimal Kumar (Ph: [protected]) last evening. In fact, I had already preferred its complaint verbally/ personally at the concerned Outlet earlier. Consequently, Shri Bimal Kumar telephoned to me quite a number of times ever since, and accompanied by Shri Mathur visited our residence yesterday to discuss the matter with me personally.

As pointed out in my said letter, a “BIDI” was found embedded in a Bucket of your Company’s “Mango Marvel” Ice cream (Batch No. M[protected] purchased by me from your Outlet at BTPS (NTPC), Badarpur, New Delhi on the 11th instant. Shri Mathur and Shri Bimal Kumar have taken away the above bucket of Ice cream with the undertaking to hand the same over to you for necessary inquiry into the matter by your office.

In this connection, I wish to mention that such a lapse reflects very badly on your company’s reputation. Further, as already desired through my aforesaid letter, please:

1. Acknowledge receipt of my referred complaint immediately
2. Send an apology letter to from your company (M/s Mother Dairy) for the embarrassment caused to me before my guests for whom I had brought the above Ice cream bucket.
3. Explain the circumstances under which such a serious lapse has occurred at your end.
4. Advise the steps you have taken/ propose to take to avoid and guard against recurrence of such lapses in future.
5. Last but, not the least – If I do not get a convincing explanation from you – within seven working days from today- I will be compelled to appeal to the Consumer Court” and seek appropriate compensation from your company for the psychological humiliation I had to undergo because of the above cited incident. In any case a copy of this letter is being marked to the Consumer Form for their information.

Your immediate reply/ explanation in this respect will be appreciated.

With great sadness iam writing this complaint, with repeated writing in the complaint book no one has taken any action against the mother dairy personell loacted in Ayurvigyan nagar, near anasal plaza.
We encounter misbehaviour of these persons daily and we feel very upset and dont feel like going there. even they misbehave with ladies and also they make fun of them infront of all the customers.
I kindly beg for strct action against these persons and their tender should be cancelled with immediate effect

Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding the man owning booth No.305, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. He has taken over this booth just 2-3 months back. Many customers have made complaints in the complaint book about this man but no action is being taken. He is not afraid of the Mother Diary authorities and freely provide the complaint book to every book. He challenges that no body can do any harm to me.

Most of the time (3-4 hours a day) he supplies milk manually instead of through coins and measures less. This also creates doubts about the purity of the milk. He also holds the balance money and if customers asks for the same he says I forgot or I have already given it to you. If customers complains to him about the same he talks in abusive language. He is very arrogant type of a person. His complaint book is filled with complaints but no action is being taken against him which is giving him boost to continue his bad behaviour.

This creates a bad impression on a good brand!

My Name is Deepika Ahuja and my address is Rana House, Besides Palam Appartments, Main Najafgarh Bijwasan Road, Bijwasan, New Delhi.

I have been noticing that the quality standard of curd is not upto the mark. If a drop of curd falls on the floor, it sticks like limestone on the floor. On the other hand the curd prepared in home from pure milk never shows such feature.

I request the concerned quality department to take appropriate measre to check the quality of food we take.

I Sanjeev Chadha R/o Block C, Sushant Lok Phase-I, Gurgaon, Haryana wants to make complaint regarding the incorrect weight done by the owner of Safal Mother Dairy Booth No.905 on electronic weighing machines, which is located in Sushant Lok Phase-I, Gurgaon. As I am the regular customer of mother dariy products especially for vegetables, I have noticed one of the safal mother dairy booth no 905 which practises weighing incorrect weight done by manual settings in the weighing machines.On this booth 3 to 4 weighing machines are installed and every machine is being manually tampered by the owner of the booth.For eg. if a customer visits this booth for purchasing something or the other, the electronic weighing machine should display ZERO i.e. 00.00 before putting any weight on the electronic machines, instead the display on the weighing machine is MANUAL INPUT so the customer does not notices the ZERO factor.Once I asked them to show the display as ZERO weight before weighing any thing on the machine, to my surprise I found that the display on weighing machine was already 90 gms without putting any thing on to it.Further, lots of people come to buy various products of safal mother dairy on this particular booth no 905 as it is the only one booth in C block Sushant Lok-I and the sale of this booth is immensly high, if a single customer is cheated in weight for 90gms for single item purchased so you can very well assume that how much amount of money the owner of the booth is making by cheaing others.I have also visited couple of other booths of safal mother dairy in DLF Phase I & 2 but their electronic weighing machines are always displaying the ZERO before putting anything on to it.Further I would suggest you to make some body visit this booth in the morning and you can catch them red handed. I request you to please take some needful action aganist this above mentioned booth no 905 as it in the interest of all customers of safal mother dairy who have faith in the service and products of the same.

sir,
when i recevied a milk(6 liter), who was expired before i purchased that. so i complaint for that . My complaint number is 3020. the area manager (Dinesh Kumar Rana, Contact no-[protected]) come to my home & said that the shopkeeper has authority to sell the expired milk after the expiry date, Mother dairy has no responsible for that. So he can't take any action against the shopkeeper for that purpose.

It looks mother dairy hardly takes care of customer care campaign.
Gone are the days, when its booths were manned by well trained staff.
Nowadays, goons or vandals manage it.
Take for example, Mother dairy booth in Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075.
Its staff is not only ill trained but badly behaved.
It often uses foul/gruff language with customers, many of them happen to be well read professionals.
Since, there is hardly any other milk booth, elderly persons and office goers have no or limited options.
May I request mother dairy to take strict action against these employees or ask the booth owner to change them.
This creates a bad impression on a good brand!

This is Vijayaragavan from Ghaziabad. I would like to complaint about the "Mother Diary" milk franchisee man who refused to take 50P coin and selling 500 ml milk pocket for Rs. 11.00 as the MRP is Rs. 10.50.

Also he rudely said that the 50P coin he cannot accept at all.

I purchased Butter Milk from a shop near Jyotinagar, Nagarabhavi on 9th April evening around 7:30 PM. When opened, it had horrible taste. I checked for the batch number & date, which were missing. I called the customer care 28460175, which was mentioned in the packet on 10th April. The lady, who responded, took my contact info & said a solution will be given ASAP. I even called on Saturday, 11th April & my contact info was again taken. But no response till date.
I have kept the sample with me. It not the question of Rs 4, but the quality of the product. I even doubt, is it being duplicated by some miscreants?

Dear Consumer Forum,

For the first time i am contacting this forum. I live in Noida Sector 51, Kendriya Vihar. Here there is mother diary booth which is operating on behalf of the Mother Diary Delhi where the Agent over charges more than the MRP for the Milk packet as details given below:

Product Name Tonned Milk 1/2 Litre quantity

MRP mentioned Rs 10.50/Packet

Amount Charged Rs 11.00/Packet

Although the Matter is not for 50 np but the agent is liable to sell the product more than the MRP. Also the matter was taken with the consumer forum of the Mother Diary but to my best of Knowledge no action has been taken. Also Want to inform that he dont even intend to return the balance whereas the counter nearby the area try to return the balance vide some balance token/toffee for the same value.

This is to inform you that I am a reguler customer of Mother Dairy milk since last 6 years. My complaint is not with product quality but against your perticuler booth keeper of one of your booth at C R Park. Today morning I bought one litr of tone milk & after reaching home within 5 minutes, I found that the milk pack is leaked & I came back to booth immedieately & ask booth keeper to replace it. He said we cannot replace the same after the product sold out. His behaviour with me infront of other customer is very rude which is not expected from a booth keeper of Mother Dairy.

Please let me know that packing is also a component of your product & when it is foundy faulty, then why this booth keeper is refusing to replace it?

I would request you keep polite booth keeper who can behave properly with your valuable customer.
