Its been more than three times that we received spoiled milk delivered by SWIGGY instamart. My kids health is hampering. We have been using third class milk. I request FSSAI to check the quality of the milk. This could be dangerous for Kids and other users.

        कुछ सामान की खरीददारी की और इन्ही खरीदी समान का बिल मांगने पर, नही है, भाई क्यों नहीं है, कह दिया ना नही है, अरे पर जब आपको मदर डेयरी से बिल आ रहा है, तो हमे बिल क्यों नहीं ।
        "आप से जो होता हैं, वो कर लीजिए, कोई बिल नही" और ज्यादा इंसिस्ट करने पर मारने पर भी उत्तारू हो रहा था ।

          I have purchased packed paneer on 23 june 22 7 PM and found badly smelling and can't be used, then i reached to outlet where i purchased, it was mother dairy outlet located at G Block sector 22 noida, UP, outlet owner refused to replace, i bought another again and found even that was stinking badly,
          I decided to lodge serious complain in all the possible social handle pages to make other our brother and sister to avoid as much as possible to buy mother dairy packed product.
          Use this channel to raise voices against mother dairy as their quality of products are getting day by day worsen and avoid our kids getting food poisen infected

            My self hare ram jha, i am a ex distributor of your milk products. I gave supplies in kabri road, dist- panipat (Haryana) My customer no is 71179. Route- 202704.Actually I have a query regarding my security money. I left the distributorship on November 15th of 2021.
            I did not get any kind of information regarding my returning of security money.
            Whenever i asked to officers 1(charanjit sir)
            2(Md.Abdul) they just ignore my query and tells that this is a company procedure.it will take time . According to POV i did not think that they are concern about my problem that's why i need to write you this complain . I am seeking for your reply. Plzz let me know when will i get my money.

              Not open ragular and not fix timeing
              Shop are only open 4 to 5 hr daily

                I brought 4 packet of mother dairy masala chach on 14th June which had expiry date of 16th on them from a near by shop. On tasting the content, the masala chach was very stale, bad smell, tangy and acidic taste.
                We opened 2 packets and 2 packets we kept in fridge for complaint.
                Please look into the matter as its a waste of my hard earned money and time.
                Also such incidents are unacceptable from such a reputed company mother dairy.!!

                  I have paid Rs.102/- to Scanner of Mother Dairy Booth No.17, Lajpat Nagar Part -1, New Delhi (Vendor Bhawani Chauhan Mobile No.[protected]) but he denied and said the amount goes to previous vendor Sant Lal Mobile No.[protected] (presently vendor of Booth No.202, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi) but he also denied that amount not received. (for said purpose paytm payment successful screen shot attached for your reference.)

                  My concern is that where has my payment credited. Please check and refund the amount immediately.

                      Today morning i purchased 2 litres mother dairy cow milk from my nearby mother dairy booth(NEAR CS1, SUPERTECH CAPETOWN, SECTR 74, NOIDA) . The milk was really foul smelling and wa sundrinkable due to the bad taste after boiling . Such attitude towards customers is unacceptable from a company like mother dairy. It is a serious health hazard as my children drink the same milk from the mother dairy booth . Please ensure that the issue is properly addresed and the health of the hundereds of people drinking the mother dairy cow milk is ensured .

                        I recently got Mother Diary Liva Lite milk 16th May 2022 .Upon heating it forms a plastic like Layer . I have not noticed this happening in any other milk to this extent . I am posting a image . Kindly let me know if this happens in the milk that any of you use . When I tried burning it, it melts like plastic .

                        If this is really adultered and there has to be strict action taken against all the products of Mother Dairy . Fooling the customers with Adultered products is the biggest offense

                          They don't know how to talk with the lady...the booth number 526 in adarsh nagar delhi 110033.the person who run this booth don't know how to talk with the lady..they literally abused me in front of other customers. This person is from haryana.he always abused the customer. This time i am complaining you .if you don't change the staff ...I will complain in customer court also in local police

                              There is no MRP printed on Mother Dairy's Ekdum Aam ice cream wraper, which results in ice cream vendors overcharging for it. The ice cream costs Rs 20 at Mother Dairy's outlets but ice cream vendors charge Rs 30 for it. How can a company sell its product without mentioning MRP? It is illegal. I request you to kindly take stern action against the company.

                                I had visited the store on April 30, 2022, & asked for 4 litres of milk. When I
                                reached home I realised that the machine only dispensed 3.5 litres. This has
                                been a persistant problem at the booth since last 1 year, the machine has not
                                been serviced. There is always some or the other issue with machine.
                                request a refund of the amount for the remaining 0.5 litre milk.

                                  The employ of mother dairy 008 near bhola nagar kotla Mubarakpur new delhi, is very rude. He don't know how to talk . He misbehaved with us badly, abused us . And we want you to take strict action against otherwise we have to register police complain against him.

                                    Dear Mother dairy team,

                                    Today at about 1205 hours, i have visited booth no 317 to buy mishthi dahi and sweet lassi in tetra pack, booth owner named Sachin has denied that both items are not available as there is short supply from your store, i have asked for the complaint register than he has started shouting that he is not aware about any such register and asked me to get lost than i again asked for the area officer phone number than he threatened me that he is from local village and start abusing and manhandling with me in from of entire lot i have asked him for not to fight than \again he has started dirty abuse language and badly manhandled with me, this is a frequent issue that such items are not available, he has asked me to wear cost if such items are getting expired after shelf life.

                                    Looking forward for an action as early as possible.
