Dear Sir,

I have paid Rs.102/- to Scanner of Mother Dairy Booth No.17, Lajpat Nagar Part -1, New Delhi (Vendor Bhawani Chauhan Mobile No.[protected]) but he denied and said the amount goes to previous vendor Sant Lal Mobile No.[protected] (presently vendor of Booth No.202, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi) but he also denied that amount not received. (for said purpose paytm payment successful screen shot attached for your reference.)

My concern is that where has my payment credited. Please check and refund the amount immediately.

Booth number 963 located in sector 14 Faridabad is selling ice cream brick more than its MRP. I recently bought tooty fruity ice cream brick and the shopkeeper charged me rs.130 for a single brick.

Today morning i purchased 2 litres mother dairy cow milk from my nearby mother dairy booth(NEAR CS1, SUPERTECH CAPETOWN, SECTR 74, NOIDA) . The milk was really foul smelling and wa sundrinkable due to the bad taste after boiling . Such attitude towards customers is unacceptable from a company like mother dairy. It is a serious health hazard as my children drink the same milk from the mother dairy booth . Please ensure that the issue is properly addresed and the health of the hundereds of people drinking the mother dairy cow milk is ensured .

I recently got Mother Diary Liva Lite milk 16th May 2022 .Upon heating it forms a plastic like Layer . I have not noticed this happening in any other milk to this extent . I am posting a image . Kindly let me know if this happens in the milk that any of you use . When I tried burning it, it melts like plastic .

If this is really adultered and there has to be strict action taken against all the products of Mother Dairy . Fooling the customers with Adultered products is the biggest offense

They don't know how to talk with the lady...the booth number 526 in adarsh nagar delhi 110033.the person who run this booth don't know how to talk with the lady..they literally abused me in front of other customers. This person is from haryana.he always abused the customer. This time i am complaining you .if you don't change the staff ...I will complain in customer court also in local police

There is no MRP printed on Mother Dairy's Ekdum Aam ice cream wraper, which results in ice cream vendors overcharging for it. The ice cream costs Rs 20 at Mother Dairy's outlets but ice cream vendors charge Rs 30 for it. How can a company sell its product without mentioning MRP? It is illegal. I request you to kindly take stern action against the company.

I had visited the store on April 30, 2022, & asked for 4 litres of milk. When I
reached home I realised that the machine only dispensed 3.5 litres. This has
been a persistant problem at the booth since last 1 year, the machine has not
been serviced. There is always some or the other issue with machine.
request a refund of the amount for the remaining 0.5 litre milk.

The employ of mother dairy 008 near bhola nagar kotla Mubarakpur new delhi, is very rude. He don't know how to talk . He misbehaved with us badly, abused us . And we want you to take strict action against otherwise we have to register police complain against him.

Today at about 1205 hours, i have visited booth no 317 to buy mishthi dahi and sweet lassi in tetra pack, booth owner named Sachin has denied that both items are not available as there is short supply from your store, i have asked for the complaint register than he has started shouting that he is not aware about any such register and asked me to get lost than i again asked for the area officer phone number than he threatened me that he is from local village and start abusing and manhandling with me in from of entire lot i have asked him for not to fight than \again he has started dirty abuse language and badly manhandled with me, this is a frequent issue that such items are not available, he has asked me to wear cost if such items are getting expired after shelf life.

Looking forward for an action as early as possible.

Mother dairy booth no 756 kalyan puri mix waterin milk

My self mudassir ali s/o Anwar ali distributor 74769 and Tcd 200707 house no D71 gali D3A D-Block DAYALPUR karawal Nagar North East Delhi 110094 . I was great to work/associated with mother dairy from last 4 years. Now because of my personal reasons . I was quite and cancel the distributor 74769 and Tcd 200707 . So I it be happy of your kindly process all the documentation work and refund my security money.

Booth no. 15527, customers wait outside till 4:50 but it doesn’t open.

On 18-03-22, an auspicious occasion of HOLI ; We brought today 2Litres of 1kg -1kg of mother dairy's cowmilk. While boiling it turned into curdle and sour .
Through this it spoilt our mood because milk is an important part of making malpua recipe.

Unfortunately an expiry date of cowmilk is still selling after expired date.

Kindly do appropriate action or compensation against mother's dairy milk products.

Myself mudassir ali s/o Anwar ali house no D71 gali D3A D-Block DAYALPUR karawal Nagar North East Delhi 110094 no, i had started a mother dairy distributor 74769 & TCD 200707 started 2018 & resigned 2022. Resignation letter has been handed over to mother dairy area incharge . But still after 1-months he has not taken any appropriate action to take back all the equipment’s (Like - empty creates) which was provided by mother dairy at the distributor opening time & return my security amount . I am regular in touch with ai (Area incharge) but he is not taking seriously. Ai (Area incharge) always giving excuses that he is trying to find out some one who can take incharge of this distributor as existing, but still nothing has happened.in this process why should i bear the closed distributor . Pls help me to resolve the matter on top priority basis against the ai (Area incharge) as well as their zonal incharge who has also aware about this matter.

Booth no. 219 is my usual mother dairy booth as i work in the near by hospital (Charak Palika Hospital).

Yesterday I bought mother daily cow milk 1L packet and it tasted horrible. I have been using cow milk for past 3-4 years and i have found it to be very good in taste.

Use by date on packet is: 15th March followed by alpha-neumeric code: EX2E.. it tasted like some chemical/ medicine has been mixed in it. I have kept the remaining milk and its packet refrigerated.

I request mother dairy officials to kindly look into the matter asap.

Distributer behavior is very bad, his Language is unusable, I have see 3 time with customer conversation, his language was very bad. He distribute product like chaach dahi force fully nd mentally hares behaviour. Nd delhi incharge Mr. Pawan also support him. I am running outlet laxmi nagar east delhi named GOYAL APS SUPERMARKET contact no. [protected]. [protected].
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible . Otherwise i take another way of action because i do two time complaint no action taken by your company nd solution i found.its my last complaint from your contact details. I have audio recording also.

I have purchased 6 ltr. of cow milk product from booth No.974 Sector-19 Faridabad (NCR) with old rate @ Rs.49/- per kg. but charged new rate of Rs.51/- per kg. which is implemented w.e.f. 06.03.2022 and with new packing. vendor told that "LENA HAI TO DENA PADEGA AUR NEW PRINT KE LIYE KAL AANA".
Its not matter of Rs.12 but also the legacy of Mother Dairy. If new rate are effected w.e.f.06.03.2022 so why he charge me new rate with old print.

My booth number is 42649. I opened this dairy on 28-Feb-2022. I am facing technical problems in my booth. Machine not pouring milk properly it's always get stuck middle of milk pouring to customer. This machine is giving me losses on every customer. When I opened this dairy I was thinking I would be earning profit but now I am realising mother dairy idea is not a profitable business. But still hoping from the company they will send the technician on my booth which 42649 and technical will observe the problem and rectify it. Because i called many times to the technician but they responded properly.
