Booth no. 15527, customers wait outside till 4:50 but it doesn’t open.

On 18-03-22, an auspicious occasion of HOLI ; We brought today 2Litres of 1kg -1kg of mother dairy's cowmilk. While boiling it turned into curdle and sour .
Through this it spoilt our mood because milk is an important part of making malpua recipe.

Unfortunately an expiry date of cowmilk is still selling after expired date.

Kindly do appropriate action or compensation against mother's dairy milk products.

Booth no. 219 is my usual mother dairy booth as i work in the near by hospital (Charak Palika Hospital).

Yesterday I bought mother daily cow milk 1L packet and it tasted horrible. I have been using cow milk for past 3-4 years and i have found it to be very good in taste.

Use by date on packet is: 15th March followed by alpha-neumeric code: EX2E.. it tasted like some chemical/ medicine has been mixed in it. I have kept the remaining milk and its packet refrigerated.

I request mother dairy officials to kindly look into the matter asap.

Distributer behavior is very bad, his Language is unusable, I have see 3 time with customer conversation, his language was very bad. He distribute product like chaach dahi force fully nd mentally hares behaviour. Nd delhi incharge Mr. Pawan also support him. I am running outlet laxmi nagar east delhi named GOYAL APS SUPERMARKET contact no. [protected]. [protected].
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible . Otherwise i take another way of action because i do two time complaint no action taken by your company nd solution i found.its my last complaint from your contact details. I have audio recording also.

I have purchased 6 ltr. of cow milk product from booth No.974 Sector-19 Faridabad (NCR) with old rate @ Rs.49/- per kg. but charged new rate of Rs.51/- per kg. which is implemented w.e.f. 06.03.2022 and with new packing. vendor told that "LENA HAI TO DENA PADEGA AUR NEW PRINT KE LIYE KAL AANA".
Its not matter of Rs.12 but also the legacy of Mother Dairy. If new rate are effected w.e.f.06.03.2022 so why he charge me new rate with old print.

My booth number is 42649. I opened this dairy on 28-Feb-2022. I am facing technical problems in my booth. Machine not pouring milk properly it's always get stuck middle of milk pouring to customer. This machine is giving me losses on every customer. When I opened this dairy I was thinking I would be earning profit but now I am realising mother dairy idea is not a profitable business. But still hoping from the company they will send the technician on my booth which 42649 and technical will observe the problem and rectify it. Because i called many times to the technician but they responded properly.

Original price is 10 rs., But here in moradabad almost every shopkeeper is charging 12 rupees per packet.

We purchased mother dairy classic curd from the mother dairy store near our house yesterday. When today I have it to my pregnant daughter during lunch, she complained of it tasting like naptholine balls and smelling like that too. I smelled it to cross check and was shocked to notice that her complaint is true. The curd was contaminated with some chemicals which made it smell and taste like naptholine balls. This kind of blunder is nt expected from a company as big and reputed as urs. How can u play with the health of people who are trusting ur brand. The date on the packaging clearly states that the curd is good to use before 20th feb 2022. My daughter who consumed is pregnant and any the kind of harm this could have caused or has already caused is completely unacceptable. We are willing to contact the consumer court for ur negligence and malpractices. Also, we are looking for an explanation from ur end for the same. I am attaching the pictures of the packaging.

Mother Dairy Booth number 19402 does not behaved well many times he always offer me toffees for exchange and I do not do not take toffees he says go elsewhere for milk.
please take necessary legal action against this both.

Current shopkeeper's behaviour to deal with client is very much poor and he always tries to quarrel with customers.

Unauthorized Encroachment by your( milk shop no.15557 )salesman for vegetable products and spread dirty garbage in the area

1. The new salesman Mr. Naveen at the Mother Dairy Booth No.308, in South Patel Nagar, is rude & uncooperative.
2. He does not respond on the phone.
3. There is no connectivity with the booth to know the availability status of the various items.
4. A responsible person must man the booth in these times of the Pandemic.
5. I am a senior Citizen & do not generally move out of the house.
6. It is very inconvenient for me to walk to the booth & then learn that the item that I want is not available.
7. In case, Mr. Naveen responds on the phone, he is blunt & refuses to tell the price of a particular item, in case of a query.
8. His response is similar in case he decides to respond on WhatsApp.
9. There is a need for the Mother Dairy Authorities to counsel this new salesman so that he conducts himself appropriately, kindly & with compassion.

My Complaint are as under:

1) I had paid wrongly paytm payments of Rs. 3431/- between 27-Oct-21 to 13-Dec-21 to your mother dairy booth (Mr. Raja, Paytm no. [protected]) at pandav nagar, Delhi-110092 in front of your mother dairy plant instead of your booth no. 17713 (Mr. Vikas Mobile No. [protected]) at West Vinod Nagar, Delhi-110092 from which I had purchased milk, curd & bread for that period.

2) Than after, I had visited personally that booth on 14-Dec-21 to explain whole incident with paytm payment proofs & Mr. Raja checked all the paytm payments in their transaction history & confirmed me that he had received all the payment of Rs. 3431/- as per details I had provided to him. I had requested to either refund whole amount to my paytm number or pay directly to your booth no. 17713 immediately. But he denied to me that he is unable to refund the whole amount in one time & assured me that he will settled from booth no. 17713 with the consultation of your ASM Mr. Gaurav Sharma.

3) Nothing happened till 17-Dec-2021, Mr. Vikas (booth no. 17713) requested me to call Mr. Gaurav Sharma to close this on immediate basis as nobody confirm him for closure of this issue till date. On the request of Mr. Vikas (booth no. 17713), I had called Mr. Gaurav Sharma in the morning on 18-Dec-21 for closure of this issues. Mr. Gaurav Sharma invited me with Mr. Vikas (booth no. 17713) both to come that booth @ 10:00 o’clock morning to settle this issues. But Mr. Gaurav Sharma not there and he has already left from there before 10:00 o’clock & advised to Mr. Vikas that he will close this soon. But in the meantime the mother of Mr. Raja threating to Mr. Vikas that she will not give any money to him & only items will be deliver as per payment received patterns basis (items to be deliver alternate basis as per payment received by them) as per them “that was not their fault”. You can chk CCTV camera footage of that booth of 18-Dec-21 between 10.00 A.M. to 11:00 AM (Threating to Vikas & mother dairy officials).

4) Now again on 29-Dec-2021, Mr. Vikas request me to help him out for this as the issues not settled till now. Hence request you to refund my money of Rs. 3431/- to me ASAP.

As till yesterday I don’t want to complain any of them. But the same should be resolved quickly. Hence, today I am lodging this complaint and request you to resolved this issues on priority with with peaceful manner…..

This is regarding the offer which was launched by the Mother Dairy at Booth no 15554 . As per the offer the consumer who will be taking the milk from the booth for 20 days is entitled to purchase any product of INR 150 as a reward, however today is 27th Dec'21 but the booth operator is giving one or another excuse every time we ask for the status of the reward.

Would appreciate if the team can look into the same at the earliest.

I am resident of Muddinapalya, Nagarabhavi Bangalore wanted to complaint that the milk packets are being sold at +2ruppee on the mrp rate on all kind of milk packets irrespective of quantity and type of milk cost fixed by the govt.
Could you please check and stop this extra cost being put on customer.. and when asked they tell they are investing on fridge.!

Could you please take serious action.

Sir, aapke company mother dairy ka milk mrp se jyada rate par mil raha hai, mai dukandaar se dhoodh lene dukan par gaya mujhe cow milk lena tha to mai dukandaar ko bola ki 1 kg dhoodh do to usne diya fir mai poocha kitna paise huwe to bola 52/- rupye mai bola 52/- rupye kaise huwe kyoki MRP to 25/- rupye 500 ml ke hai to ess tarah se 1 litre ka 50/- rupye huwe to dukandaar mujhe bola ki aapko lena hai to lo nahi to jao, mai uska dukan se...

I purchased mother dairy cow milk and it smells like full of pesticides and termite spray chemical and I boiled but still same smell. I observed this since 3 days. I suspect that this is full o[censored]rea and chemical like detergent.
