Paid excess amount of 307 on 30-Jan-2021 5:10 pm still not returned since 30-Jan-201

Sir,

This complaint is in regard to the Non-Refund of transaction of Rs/- 191 done through Paytm wallet (in the name of Sujata Arya) on 24.11.2021 at 05: 21 pm to mother dairy Booth 164 held against the phone number of [protected].

first i would like to tell you that I am a regular customer of mother dairy for the past 11-12 years. Since for the last 2 years of covid time due to government policy o[censored]sing the cashless facility to purchase these products I was using Paytm. Now recently there is a change in the ownership of this mother dairy booth. Many of the customers like me who had already fed details of previous Paytm account of mother dairy in memory of Paytm had by default transferred the money in mother dairy booth no. 164 attached to this number of [protected] in the name of sagar yadav.

After this when we have told Mr Sagar Yadav present on the counter, he asked me to re-transfer the money in his account which was done. Now on asking how to get the money back, He told that this account is not held with him and for that either we need to approach the previous owner or the area incharge of the mother dairy. I have approached both of the persons and unfortunately didnot get the satisfactory reply till date. On calling the area manager he either didnot pick the call or respond with the reply of call you back which he has seldom replied. Sir, I would like to request your kindself to look into the matter to address the matter on priority to help customers like us who are in dilemma to seek help from whom.

Mother dairy booth no. 586 (Gandhi vihar) is always declined to give open milk after 8:30 pm infact I saw there is stored milk but he didn't give, always he said people give him money for storing that milk to sell in the early morning and before 8:30am he always decline to sell open milk to the customer.
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

Today me and my 2 friends were there at Mother dairy B6/51, Safdarjung Enclave, Block B6, Humayunpur, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi 110029 to buy lassi. As we went to the booth we started deciding over which flavour everyone wants. As we were discussing, the owner started talking to us with miserable language tone and started misbehaving. He started misbehaving with me and my friends. He was very rude and has a dirty mouth, due to which we don't wish to visit the shop again. He surely lacks any literacy and due to his miserable attitude he is disrupting the brand name. Kindly look into the matter as the old man is very insensitive towards women.

I have a shop for retail items near nandadevi temple and have a good customer relationship regard mother dairy milk and other products but distributor in denying to give milk and other items and is saying directly " I am not giving you anything you can do whatever you want to do mere baap ki company hai mera jo man karega usko dunga and all abusive words"
It's a request to you to have words with him and take further action required to make customer relationship better for your product.

The store operator at your store number 322 faiz road new delhi is abusive rude unprofessional and he intimidates customer with his rude tone. He abuses infront of customers. He does not work he orders customers to take their stuff by themselves doesn't matter if the customer is old or young. He smokes hukah outside the store after 7pm with his friends. He even tries to steal money from old people by not returning the change amount. It happened with my parents many times. This man is dangerous and mother dairy is losing its customers because of this ignorant abusive unprofessional rude man. Either send him somewhere else or teach him how to behave with other people. Kindly take action ASAP.

This is 2nd time my milk has turned to curdling while boiling. It was purchased from vendor located adjacent to shipra sun City post office 201014. On complaint to vendor, false excuses were provided. Kindly take strict action against the vendor as hard earned money got wasted and no compensation is provided for same. This lower our trust in the brand.

Through this letter, I would like to submit that that said Small Mother dairy located at Street no. 11, Vijay Vihar Phase -2, Rohini, New Delhi 110085 store is in very unhygienic condition and owner behavior is very rude and ethical.

So I request you to kindly take a strong action against this store.

This is a complaint mail regarding a a newly so called product'Chillz Disc choconado'we purchased from one of the vendor today 17/10/21 at 8:30 to consume.. But as we dig in a bite, a coil of hair along the sides of cone was quite enough to make you scream 'oh ### ' n the my lil one puked on.

I have kept the specimen with me and will produce the same to consumer court along with the photo and video of the same.How can a brand we have not done a check to ensure it's quality.

Forwarding the video and photos of the same and if not compensated for, wud have to further escalate socially.

We brought 4 tokens of milk from booth no 665 vikas puri we went and showed the person who misbehaved and said he is not responsible using vile langauge and temprament .

This is regarding the Bad quality of Tetra Milk Packet of Mother Dairy received by vendor, (THAVE ENTERPRISES). I've also raised to vendor as well as you that we've found few Mother Dairy Tetra Milk Pack of 1 LTR, which has been formed gas & it's getting flourish later on it was leaking from bottom. we found that there are lost of Kida speared entire case of Milk. while the manufacturing date is 2/9/21, however it was defective.
I wanted to refund of those Tetra Packs which has been damage or defective.
I am also trying to upload video but due to size it's not uploaded.
Therefore I'm sharing pictures for your reference.
would request you to please take necessary action on this complaint.

But sales men told milk is not in stock I insist many time as well powder milk
But sales men is High drunk with alcohal
I many time request this person for milk
But he told me mujhe nahi dena
Another customer come to this booth and ask same he give the two liter milk

Dear ma’am/ sir. I went to buy some dairy products from Azadpur mother dairy both no 582 the behaviour of the shop keeper was extremely bad. They talked rude to us and even talked bad and rudely to my younger sister. They also don’t follow the time schedule of opening and closing the shop plus they don’t have basic things and varieties every time we go including curd ice creams etc. Over that they treat the customers very bad and it’s totally not acceptable. They even force us to keep and take the coins which are not acceptable in the Market and the language they use to talk is very awful. They open shop very late and close very early according to their will. Our society is very upset with the service and can not corporate with them from favour of all people living in our society I’m asking you to take the required action as soon as possible coz we can’t deal with them as dairy products are basic requirements of day to day life and it is also somehow affecting the reputation of the mother dairy. Daily i am using 2 ltr full cream mother dairy milk, last couple of week milk quality to too poor, at the time of boiling it seems like a water with washing powder, after making tea there is oil sports in the tea.
Again Mother dairy started manufacturing of bad quality, unhygienic milk and othe products.

I am a resident of vikas puri and the milk we purchase from the outlet nearby gets spoilt on regular basis. The problem is us buying the product and the product is of no value as it turns out to be spoilt and for around 3 to 4 litres of milk I purchase on regular basis gets waste. Neither do we get any refund and nor do we get fresh milk in replacement of it.

Your mother dairy representative person abused me, I have only asked what is a total amount uncle, he abused me in the market, he said bc and bkl to me and threatened to beat me, and my mother with me this thing you teach.

How dare he talk to me like this you guys are available for providing the service to customers but your guys abused customers only.

On dt. 15/9/21 at approx 9:00 p.m. I went to the above mentioned booth for purchasing milk. The operator handling the booth was not in the mood to sell the milk I had to recite my demand of 3lt. milk atleast six times but he was not ready fullfill my demand besides this he provide ice-cream cones to the customer who came afterwards when I asked him the reason for ignoring my demand he got a little hyper and asked the quantity I answered him and he replied me to wait and then ordered the person assisting to give the milk from inside and instructed his assistant in an dictatorial language looking eagerly towards me not to provide milk to any other person after this. Previously also it has been noticed by me that his behavior is very rude and refuses the availability of milk till the timings. I request you to check this and take appropriate action against him. Please do the needful and inform.

This is to bring to your kind notice (Mother Diary) that I had purchased 3kgs of Cow Milk (Packet code no.(05)12 SEP 21 BX2E) from booth no. 170, Nasirpur, Dwarka Sector-1A, New Delhi -10045 on[protected]. Today[protected] when I boiled one of the packets of the milk it turned into a hard liquid form & got spoiled as the colour changed into pale yellow & similar was the case with other two packets also. So I request the concerned authorities of mother diary to either give me fresh 3 packets of milk or you please refund the amount.

I am also hereby attaching the pictures of the milk which got spoiled & the dairy from which I purchased the milk.

Hoping that you will look into this matter very seriously & do the needful at the earliest.
