Mother Dairy — complaining for not accepting payment by paytm | |||
My name is Yogesh Singh, and my mobile no is [protected], I want to complain about the rude behavior of mother dairy person, this mother dairy is Ambheri goan mother dairy. That is booth no 159, I was paying money by the phonepay, and paytm, but that man was saying that he will only accept money in a single transaction. He was saying that Ek bar mey paise dedoo Mai bar bar apka message nahi dekhoonga. This is my Wright to save money. And that guy was saying that he will not accept money in multiple transactions. 1. Subletting of space in front of the milk booth to a vegetable vendor, which actually creates lesser space for people who want to have take token milk and are forced to buy milk pouches.
2.Booth allotee is not present most of the time and other staff who is present does not behave properly and also have been found
smoking bidis while in the booth while dealing with the customers.
3.Many a times token milk turns sour by afternoon even though it was bought in the morning. When pointed out the staff is ready to pick a fight instead of taking customer feedback, seems its been adultarated at the milk booth level only.
4.Not managing the booth propely. Elderly people, women and children are the worst sufferers as the booth vendor is unable to manage customers, there is no line ever and constant jostling for buying from the booth. Staff gets aggressive and rude if pointed out regarding the same.
5.Also sells bread and other stuff and is more inclined to sell them probably due to higher profit margins.
6.Does not seem to care and believe in providing service. He is unable to manage currency changes almost on daily basis and then he talks rudely to the customers and starts putting the items (milk, ghee etc) back. He does not believe that he is just the medium for a brand to reach out to customers and is being selected among many prospective booth managers. He needs to be polite even while refusing or not serving people and not shout as if he is running a private business.
Milk booths are like brand ambassadors of Mother Dairy. These few booths will spoil the brand image and will create an atmosphere of animosity towards Mother Dairy. Hence i would request higher authorities to take cognisance of the above points and change the vendor in MILK DAIRY BOOTH no 078 asap for larger interest of customers and also to maintain the trustworthiness of the brand - Mother Dairy.
