Mother Dairy — Complaint about ill-treatment/misbehaviour by the counter operator of Mother dairy booth Sector 15 Noida

I, Rajinder Kumar is permanent resident of Sector 15 Noida. Today, on 05.03.3025 at 7.30 a.m. – I went to Mother Dairy Sec. 15 Noida for procurement of “tond milk”. I took three tokens. I put them in the machine one by one. The first and two token run well but the third token got stuck inside and the milk did not come out. I asked the person who was sitting at the counter. He asked me as there is no token inside and asked me to check. I told him repeatedly that the token is stuck somewhere inside in the machine but he did not take my word. I kept on waiting for more than one hour. The counterman told me that he cannot do anything. I asked him to see the CCTV to know the truth. I asked him to check inside. I also asked him to show me inside to know where the token has gone. He did nothing. Since I was standing outside for too long for the milk he got annoyed with me and he locked me from inside and after that he brought one iron rod from inside to beat me. He roared upon me with filthy language. I was stunned by his criminal behavior towards me. He might have ended my life if I had not left the place.

I would request you kindly to look into this. He has no authority to beat me with an iron rod or to fight with me or to humiliate and/or malign me. The person sitting on the counter is not the original allottee. I think the original allottee has sub-let the counter to some third person whose behavior is uncalled for and criminal in nature. He threatened me no to come to him again otherwise I would have to face the severe consequences. Further I apprehend that he is doing some mischievous practice of adulteration with the consumer as I faced today. The machine is not properly operating. His behavior is totally rude and not acceptable at all. The persons having criminal tendency should not be allowed to sit on the counter. The original allottee should only be allowed to sit. The original booth owner should allow a third person to sit on the counter or he should not sub-let the booth. Such persons who are operating the booths are spoiling the esteemed name of Mother Dairy.

Please take corrective steps under intimation. I would be compelled to write to higher up in this regard if the corrective steps are not taken against the erring person operating the counter illegally and/or without any authority.
