Mother Dairy — Complaint regarding spoiled paneer and misbehavior at Mother Dairy booth

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to file a complaint regarding a recent purchase from a Mother Dairy booth.

On 27th April, I purchased paneer from a Mother Dairy booth located at Shastri Park, Booth no. 15725. Upon consuming the product, I found that it was sour and spoiled.

When I returned to the booth to report the issue and request a refund/replacement, the vendor refused to acknowledge the problem and behaved in an ill-mannered and disrespectful way.

This is concerning as it involves both food safety and customer service standards.

I request you to:

1. Investigate the quality of the product sold at this booth
2. Take appropriate action against the vendor
