Mother Dairy — curd fermented from milk is sticky and pasty formation

We use to regularly have curd fermented from kmf yelahanka mother dairy milk and used to be very good. From last few months we observe that the curd fermented from milk is very sticky and pasty type. The curd fermented from milk is sticky, if i dip a spoon and take out we can see the the curd dripping from spoon to container like a paint. It seems like there is some changes in the milk composition provided by kmf yelahanka mother dairy.

Yes. its true/ Even if you ferment milk using mother dairy's curd then also the curd is slimy. it does not drop like any other liquid but like a paint/ sticky substance.

I do not know what they add. These days every damm thing is adulterated.
