I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recurring quality issue with Mother Dairy milk purchased from your booth at JG2 Vikaspuri, New Delhi - 110018.
Incident Details:
Purchase Date & Time: 25 April 2026, approximately 9:00 PM
Incident Date & Time: 26 April 2026, 9:45 AM (Today)
Issue: Upon boiling the milk this morning, it curdled immediately. This is highly disappointing as the product was well within period.
This is not an isolated incident. I faced the exact same issue last week and registered a complaint over the phone. I was assured that a team member would contact me within 3 days; however, more than 3 days have passed, and I have received no call or resolution from Mother Dairy.
Requested Action:
I expect immediate action regarding this recurring quality failure and appropriate compensation for the losses I have incurred. Please note that if this is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum and FSSAI.
I have attached photographs of the curdled milk and the milk packet (showing the batch details/date) for your reference.
I look forward to an urgent response and a definitive resolution.
