[Resolved] Mother Dairy — I'm complaining about distributor | |||
Respected sir/ma'am, I'm lakshay bagga, resident of baljeet nagar, near patel nagar, new delhi. I am operating my retail grocery shop in which i also deal with mother dairy milk products also (Like milk, butter milk, curd & so on) which is supplied by a distributor (Mr. Rohit pandey). Today, i didn't receive my supply of products what i have given to him & this is not being done today but it occurs usually. Due to his careless behaviour in respect of business, i loose the opportunity to sell the motherdairy buttermilk product. Even he did misbehave with me & threatened to me that he'll not supply of mother dairy product from now. I would also like to share some regular issue happens with such supplier, he even delays in delivering the products by saying that transport is in stuck or met with an accident. Thats why i need to pump in sale of amul products which is delivered to me earlier than mother dairy. I really don't know that the delayment is either because of genuine reasons or by careless behaviour of supplier. He is just taking out benefit of monopoly market. I would request you to please provide me supply of milk products through any other distributor so that i can run my business smoothly ignoring above interruptions. May 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved If you want customers to know they matter to you, show it by being interested in what matters to them.
Customer service is very vitally important to establish & grow the trust b/w customer & business.
How early you consider the issue of your customer will build trust more .
Company should make conduct survey to retailers & should interact with retailers, customers.because the business & goodwill you build is spoiling by some distributor or if company misunderstood this things for short span will become blunder for company by way of loosing their customers satisfaction.
Please consider the every customer issue & make some team that no any distributor try to ruin your goodwill.
Customer satisfaction is wealth of company on priority.

Many a times it's operators refused to take payments via Paytm or phonepe.. they always give silly excuses to not to take payment.. these are kind of people who are not allowing us to be a digital economy..
I request mother dairy to make a necessary action on this vendor and he is very rude also..
