Dear sir/madam
Myself arvind kumar, i had started a mother dairy franchise shop no-12644 on 12th april 2017 & resigned on 13th april 2018. Resignation letter has been handed over to mother dairy area incharge on 18th april. But still after 2-months he has not taken any appropriate action to take back all the equipment’s (Like - bvm tank & machine, chest cooler, visi cooler) which was provided by mother dairy at the shop opening time & return my security amount as per the contract copy. I am regular in touch with ai (Area incharge) but he is not taking seriously, because of that i am liable to pay the shop rent unnecessarily. Ai (Area incharge) always giving excuses that he is trying to find out some one who can take incharge of this franchise as existing, but still nothing has happened.in this process why should i bear the closed shop rent. Pls help me to resolve the matter on top priority basis against the ai (Area incharge) as well as their zonal incharge who has also aware about this matter.

My problem are still not resolved, neither getting any call from company nor getting any mails about resolution.

Mother Dairy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Arvind118229144 Is there anybody who can advise me what should i do, As in Mother dairy there are no one to bother to resolve the same. Until or unless i have not received the refund of my deposited security amount. The last commitment of their AI(Area Incharge) was on 6th of June that with in 20-30 days I will get the chq of security amount. From last 4-days I was asking for the same but even he is not replying my massages and today i got revert( which is also very improper manner) from him that the chq would be ready in next week & I have to collect the same from city office. They don’t have any professional ethics & still trying to linger out the matter.

Updated by Arvind118229144 I have received the chq against refund of my security amount. But still the equipment’s(Chest cooler, Visi cooler & BVM machine) are lying in the shop, Nobody come from Mother Dairy to get back the same. It has been informed to u that I am not responsible for any damage/Theft or any kind of missuse of the equipment’s. Also the same shop has been taken on rent by some other person from 1st of june’2018. Rent agreement copy of the same is also attached. Again I clear that i should not responsible for any damage/theft or any kind of missuse of equipment’s. The whole responsibility of the same are either on new tenet or on Mother Dairy AI/ZO(Area Incharge / Zonal Incharge) if there will be any legal complaints by the shop owner.

Mother dairy boot no.=15860 should not use official paytm account from last 15 days..they use personal paytm account for receive payment .when I asked why you not used official paytm account they tell our official paytm should not open till now.

I purchased milk from Lal market phase 2 Ashok Vihar delhi. Some particles of milk sattled on the base of the vessel when I boiled it. It was contaminated milk.
