Mother Dairy — Safal (Booth NO. 042) Shopkeeper cheating on bill and charge extra amount without bill

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring your kind notice that the Safal shop (Booth No. 042) at Dakshinpuri is doing fraud with people. Shopkeeper is charging extra rupees by adding extra weight and repeating the product while weighing. Shopkeeper displays the rate lower and while billing he charges by increasing the price. I have attached the copy of the bill as well as the image of display rates for the same for your ready reference.
Dakshinpuri is a jhuggi jhopri area. The customer doesn't have enough ideas for online billing of vegetables and fruits in the shop. Shopkeeper takes advantage of it. Many Customers complained for higher charges and he told them that fruits and vegetables are very costly and by mistake he added another bill on their bills. Most of the customers don't have any idea that they are cheated by the shopkeeper.
Please don't ignore this complaint because this is a really serious issue and people have trust in the safal shop because it is related to the government. Please take strict action and try to catch him red handed.
