Mother Dairy — Spoiling of milk before the expiration date

I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I recently faced with one of your products. On 14th June 2025, I purchased a packet of Mother Dairy Toned milk from a local store. The expiry date mentioned on the packet is [15th June 2025, but when I opened it on 14th June 2025, I found that the milk was already spoiled and curdled.

This caused inconvenience to my family, especially because the milk was meant for tea, and we had to discard it. I am disappointed that a product with a valid shelf life was unfit for consumption.

I kindly request you to look into this matter, take necessary action to improve the quality control, and issue either a replacement or a refund.
