Mother Dairy — unacceptable behaviour of booth keeper (booth no 210) | |||
Shopkeeper is technically illiterate but still displays paytm and phonepe qr codes for accepting payments. When i made a payment via paytm or phonepe he didnt let leave until they received an sms on his phone. The man accepts online payments but does not keep a smartphone. I showed to him my paytm transaction success message and the passbook entry but the old man displayed gross misconduct in front of everyone and snatched away the milk that i had bought. He insisted that until and unless he receives an sms, he wont accept that i have paid. I asked him to check his paytm passbook but he doesnt keep paytm app or for that matter any smartphone. I asked him to call paytm customer care to confirm the transaction but he said he is too busy doing 'dukaandaari'. I told he should keep the paytm business app for checking transactions and not rely on smses. To this, he said this is the agreement he has with paytm. Upon calling paytm and inquiring, the executive said no such agreement exists and the shopkeeper should have the paytm app installed. He held me and my younger brother as hostages for over an hour after which he finally received the sms and let us go with the milk. Totally criminal attitude. Such people should not advertise accepting online transactions until they fully understand the concept of digital payments. Extremely bad experience!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

This booth has only one token milk dispenser because of which there are always long queues and quarrels every morning. The only dispenser working also splits milk most of the time.Booth incharge has always been rude in his behavior. Please do the needful
