Dear sir, I purchase the amron battery from paraskar motorbike showroom for hero honda in 2011-12, now the battery become dead the owner of showroom send me to your dealer where i submited the battery and warranty card now he asked me to take the bill of battery for repalcement but i was not get the bill while servicing in showroom they give me only warranty card now their softwre for accounting is changed and they ask that they are not able to provide duplicate bill so please help me for replacement the battery form your dealer my battery no. is BAA0143K220876, ABR-PR-12APATX25 and i assure you sir if such type of service is giving by your network then you are not sustain for leading brand in market long time. the date of sibmitting battery is 13.05.2013 enroll no. 261 in their register for complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
