[Resolved] Sai Service, Phugewadi, Pune — Bajaj Pulsar 220F - Front side Disk Defect | |||
Hi, I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 220F, MH-14 DU 2923 Bike on 19/12/2012 from Sai Service, Fhugewadi, Pune. In this case I found there are some problem in front side wheels of my bike. It’s not moving properly. First servicing was done on 19/1/2013 in Bajaj Authorized service center that is R.K.Wheeels , kawade Nagar, New Sangvi, Pune – 411027. That time I told to service centers engineer there is some problem in front side, then he told me there is defect in front side disk for resolving this issue show your bike to showroom. After that I show my bike to showroom but they not address my issue they told me we cannot check this issue now and told me either show your bike to where you’re first servicing done or bring your bike here to next servicing that time we will check this issue. Then I log the complaint to Bajaj Auto Customer Care. My complaint no – 124402. Then I received call from Sai Service, Fhugewadi. For checking my bikes issue and they worked on my bike. After one day I received call from showroom your bikes issue is resolved now you can collect it and after one week I am same problem facing again then I call to showroom I wants to replacement front side disk break because still issue not resolved. But they told me we can claim to Bajaj in one month if we found any defect in bike but now we cannot claim to bajaj because one month is over. But I told him it’s not my fault I have done my servicing before one month and why you are not addressing my issue properly that time. Still they not give me properly solution, so please suggest me what can I do now….? Was this information helpful? | |||

Bajaj — Not moving properly

1. I the above named Individual presently serving in Defence has purchased a Bajaj Ceiling Fan from Canteen Stores Department of HQ Eastern Command on 02 Apr 2008 vide Bill No : 001347 dated 02 Apr 2008 and fitted at my home at the above address.
2. After fitting of the said Ceiling Fan at my home the following problems are found during the use:-
(a) Fan is shouting as Generator which is block to the peace mind.
(b) The fan is not moving proper speed due to the sound.
(c) Some points of the regulator which was issued alongwith the Fan is not working.
(d) The lower canopy of the Fan which is covering the capacitor is found broken while open the Fan box at my home.
(e) The fan sound is also disturbing to the neighbors at night.
3. Due the above problems a family is suffering many problems during sleep at night due to Fans Sound or high temperature of the whether.
4. I reported this matter physically to the Rep of Bajaj Limited who is working in Canteen Store Depot at Command Canteen and the mechanical of Bajaj Limited Shri A Datt on telephone No [protected]. After lapse of Three months no action has been taken by any authority.
5. I has also call to the following authority only on telephone as mentioned in your Customer care centre, but no office has attended the telephone :-
(a) Bajaj Electricals Limited, D-1, Hide Road, Kolkata-43

6. Therefore, I became to start prayer at your office to Change the Said Fan and obtain a long faith with the items of Bajaj.
