As auto card machine was not working at vasai east service st. So they told to goto lower parel st and het it done went there as their machine was not acepting vasai st details ask to get the code. As they dont have the no. Of vasai st i get it from net call d lady she mailed the dms bill to lower parel st.. Now dey need a code dem again call to vasai st 20...30 times not even a single person recd my call v v bad cust service as well for lower parel guys dey r clue less less information do even hav tjeir own centres no... Straigh away throw responsibility on customers... Lack of proper knowledge nw hav to travel to vasai east station to get my loyalty points updated... And still not sure abt the machine repaired or not at vasai sai service station v v bad.. At vasai lady told tnat they went to hav lunch bt tiied litrally 20 times calling these guys not even a single person recd my call.. This is how u assist ur customer v v bad sai service both lower parel n vasai east station
Guys pls pls dont want with ur cars at these to stations i highly recommend pls dont trust these guys

    This is with reference to service request no. Isr-289862. The vehicle had been submitted in working condition for replacing block piston. The service was delayed by 8 days and there is no change in the condition. It has gone worse.
    Now the battery goes low suddenly even though it is in good condition.
    1. On start, if headlight is turned on or horn is pressed, the bike shuts down.
    Earlier the bike was serviced in december for the same problem.

    As suggested by the service team/technicians, the headlight has been changed, ayongwith other accessories. The rh fork pipe has also been replaced.

    On visual inspection of cctv footage it is observed that some action is being carried out on the right side.. During servicing the fork pipe is damaged and can be seen with naked eye. This was not present earlier.

    The manager insists that this damage was present earlier and behaves in a very rude manner. A complaint in this regard was registered with the concerned authorities. The problem was not solved, but a confirmation message was received by me. The message says that i am satisfied with the service, even though that is not the case.

    I am not satisfied at all by the service and request kind attention. I need my bike to be restored back to its original condition.

    I expect this to be resolved asap or else i will take up this issue with the higher authorities.

      There are many employes likes bhupendra dhuri, sumit pawar who enhold spare parts from the service center and give it outer with a lower price! Spares like fog light! Oil 5ltrs headlight blubs etc...! This is all done my the negligence of the company! I will to keep the company name safe and reputed! But without such employees it wouldn’t be possible!
      Take the necessary needs!

        Bike spark plugs not checked & were blown, radiator fan not working, radiator pipes not connected after service.
        I do not understand how to trust sai service (Borivali east, mumbai) anymore.
        This is not the first time i am facing an issue with sai service borivali east.
        How do we know if parts are being checked thoroughly & if servicing is done as mentioned on job sheet?

          This is regarding my maruti suzuki ertiga. I gave my car for dent removal at sai service lower parel. After 4day i was called for my car delivery, so i went to get my car. The dent was removed n the car was polished, but i found new long scratche on my left front door, i told that executive so he said its small normal one etc.. He applied something to make it light. As it was dark inside the sai service parking lot the dent and scratche on the back left wheel were not visible and its a grey car. The next day morning i found the scratch visible clearly and the dent on the top back left wheel of my car. As it was sunday the showroom was closed. So i went to them on monday leaving my office. I told them about the dent they are completely denying. I told them if the dent is after the car delivery there as to be something colour or something by which the dent is caused, instead that area is looking polished n smooth. The executive is completely neglecting that they have caused the dent. I am vet upset with this kind of behaviour. They are not ready to except there fault. This was my worst experience with sai service. Seriously sai service you guys betrayal my trust. This is not a way you treat your faithful costumer. I think i made big mistake buying a car from you. Henceforth i wont recommend sai service to anyone. To hide your faults you are denying your mistake. That’s not right. I need a solution for this or else i would approach consumer court.

            On 30 dec 2017, i booked one second hand maruti omni from your true value outlet. Since this vehicle was lying in yard and many other cars was there, i could not do test drive.
            Since company officials assured me that all services/complaints will be cleared and full body painting will be done, i trusted them and did not bother to do test drive.
            I was promised to deliver vehicle with 3 days after all services.. But this did'nt happen, finally on 9th jan, i got my vehicle delivered. Below are my complaints..

            1. Full body was painted except roof. So this gets highlighted
            2. Clutch is very tight.
            3. Complaint with gear.
            4. There is no needle for speedo meter and trip meter not working. So how will you guarantee this km.
            5. Right side front door glass window not able to close fully..
            6. Lot of sound while driving..

            Since my trust with sai services has gone. So i want my money back.

              (Ts 08 ub 7014) my vechile got accident near zahirabad on (13/12/2017) and i brought my vechile to our service center amberpet sai service center by night at 10 p. M. After 2 days the insurance person gave approval for work. And our service center persons started my vechile by the support of adviser and the body shop manager. But the denters work is not fair there is no finishing. Road side workers are better than our service center persons.

                I called the godrej fridge call center & they told that i will recieve a call, then got a call & the mechanic came, open the fridge & removed 2 parts & told these are important parts beacuse of the water is coming out of fridge need to replace it & will cost 2500 for the parts & service fees 300/-, then on next day the same problem persist & called him & they are not picking up the phone.

                  I own a maruti ertiga vxi
                  Car number mh 14ec 1828.
                  The car was purchased in 2013 after 3 year it went under testing for cng testing as per law were the cng tank has been the testing is being done at a certified testing agency in pune and they have provided certificate for the same.
                  Now when i am talk to to sai service for the tank replacement they have no answers as per my knowledge there is a warranty for the tank which i should get.

                    After receiving the car after paid service. I identified the problem in the car and reported it.

                    At first they accepted and tried to resolve it. After 2 attempted they simply said the car is suppose to be like this.
                    After 3 months of continues follow up, they compared my car with a new one. Where they accepted my car has a problem.

                    Now, when i am asking them to repair the problem, they are not responsive.

                    Clearly for no fault of mine i have to suffer through this issue.

                      M/s sai service pvt ltd the most greedy n cheating company they don't even do basic work's like proper cleaning greece... Vacuum works which is visible to how can we trust about inside work's like oil n filter changes definitely they ll not do and they are cheating all the client's i am facing repeated issue from same vendor duplication of work with this am wasting my valuable money & time in recent service whatever complaints i gave nothing has been addressed n taken care but billing has done on every aspect n collected funds so pls as a brand it matters a lot to your image kindly deep dive all the complaints which is core aspects i am raising my grievance n filing case against m/s sai service pvt ltd in consumer court

                        I had a problem with my swift dzire car as it was not going into first and second gear. I called sai service mapusa, goa and requested them to pick the car from my residence and repair it. I was informed that the gear box ring had to be changed. I permitted them to do so. On the date they were supposed to bring back the car, i was informed that there was an oil leakage and i would have to change the part. Please note this leakage was not there when they took the car nor did they mention it when they said the gear box would have to be changed so presumably it happened when they were changing the gear box ring. I permitted the same and paid rs16250 for the jobs done. Subsequently, when we used the car, we noticed that initally you can start the car with in first, but does not go to the second at all. When the car is moving can not go to second at all goes directly to the third. When we called the supervisor he came with a mechanic to repair it and the problem only got worse. So was it justified to charge me so much as we are facing the same problem. The supervisor promised to return the entire money and kept us waiting till date.

                          I am totally unsatisfied with the services you bajaj provide for the bikes like dominar... I have left my bike at phugewadi sai servicing centre on last saturday... The technical guy promised me that. I can get the bike on sunday...

                            Don’t do amc with sai services. This is totally fake service centre. They just take the money for amc after that no service. Luckily your phone picked and you register complaint. No one come for attend the complaint. When you try to call again no will pick your phone. My request for all o[censored]s cheated by gunaji & his service centre make one group to fight these type of people and register a police complaint against this agency. My mob. No. [protected]

                              I have an prior appointment for my eccho car bearing no mm 47 w 5951 for 1st service at sai service borivali east but they did not have, be me good service only harrashment to me unnecessary after 1 hour waiting i return to home without service of my car. Why? Is it policy of your group. If your capacity is not to attend customer than why are you book so any car or customer. Now i have booked my appointment with fortpoint for the same. T

                                Hi this is complaint regarding my vehicle maruti swift dzire. 4 day back i cal sai service zaheerabad regd change of head lamp lift side with amount only. Executive said within 2 days we can change. But 2 day i went 2 bhel work shop he said that head lamp is not available i waste my time and my amount. Ur sai service is worest service. Worest service in all aspect. Last time i change back bumper this is the service in attachments.

                                  When i buy platina bike i thought minimum average will get 45 to 48 km, buy is getting only maximum 37km. I am fedup... Earlier i am using spender bike almost 2007 model easier is giving me 45 km but i thought bajaj is best and as well. As platina is highest fuel efficiency bike but it's not...
                                  I am humble request to high authorized person pls look this on my matter... And solve it...

                                    This is to bring to your notice regarding the fraudulent service of Sai Service claiming to be authorized service for premium experience of NEXA

                                    My vehicle Maruti Suzuki S cross (TS 07 FB 0002) met with accident on 24th of May 2017 near mirajgaon while on the way to shiridi. Being the regular customer of Sai Service found that Phugewadi service center of pune is near to my accident location and transferred vehicle to Phugewadi on immediate day. Upon repeatedly calling them and pushing upon vehicle was delivered 2 months later with bill quoting to 2, 18, 000.My vehicle is associated with ICICI Lombard insurance.Insurance surveyor whether visited my vehicle or not I'm not sure and Im not sure whether the parts quoted in the bill were really used in repair. At the end of vehicle delivery upon insurance settlement I was asked to pay 9000.
                                    They didn't not check vehicle completely and they have used substandard spares and vehicle suspension was completely down during the accident that was not addressed to me at least after traveling around 600 kms travel. Suspension was noise and oil leakage was completely all over vehicle. These people are really providing fraudulent services and defaming name of Marti. I need clarifications on below points.

                                    1.Without my consent how insurance claim was settled. Didn't receive any call from insurance people after claim was submitted by service center.
                                    2. suspension was completely damaged in accident but it was cooked up and managed and never addressed
                                    3.They took around 2 months to deliver vehicle by cooking up non sense stories doing fraud repair on vehicle to settle more amount from insurance
                                    4.on asking service center manager Baswaraj regarding this he was giving reckless reply saying that do what ever you want.
                                    5.why was extra amount 9000 collected from customer even after claim was processed.

                                    This issue is already raised in ICICI and Complaint with ICICI :[protected]
                                    This issue is already raised in NEXA teem and Complaint with NEXA: NX71815253
                                    Please escalate this issue to higher authorities. Without proper explanation issue should not be closed.

                                      Dear sir, i have given at borivali east, mumbai cheque for amc (Rs16000+) for two years in the month of 20th june 2017. I had inquired many time for service of my car under amc & why not deposited chq. I had been told that they are finalising under gst. After many call and followup my car was pick up form my residence on 14th sep 2017. Now they are saying compnay has closed amc and not able to issue amc. And for one service they are charging 9500+. I fill cheated by the your staff and thereby company. I i want strick action form the sai service management. And issue me amc
                                      Take immediate step to lost trust on sai sevices. Call me to solve the issue.

                                        I have a maruti suzuki ciaz zxi+ since may 2015. It is now running 3rd year and under extended warranty and with sai service preferred insurance provider.

                                        I have visited sai service vasai west and then to east (Mumbai-ahmadabad highway) on 8th july 2017 for accident repair (West supervisor advised to visit highway service station as repair cannot be done there).

                                        The vehicle was inspected on 8th and was picked up on 10th july 2017 from my residence along with requested documents.

                                        The vehicle was supposed to be returned on 14th july after repairs. It took enormous time, follow-up and finally it was delivered on 27th july 2017. I have paid rs. 1000/- for which till date not received any bill.

                                        After taking so many days, the work done was extremely shabby, complained and vehicle was pick-up again for rectification on 8th august 2017.

                                        Complaint was with 4# issues, only 2 issues addressed; no feedback on balance 2 issues. Half job done while addressing one of issues.

                                        Since then i had send emails, made mobile calls to designated people but no response received either for mail or calls.

                                        I am really worried about the kind of services received and it has already destroyed sai service image in my mind.

                                        Request to look into the matter and try and improve customer satisfaction.
