Very unfortunate again this time, when i observed measure crack at left hand-side headlight of the car. This is the fourth time in a row when grossly suffered issues with the servicing at sai service station workshop at lower parel, mumbai. I don't know what action would be taken in this regards but no hope of any improvement here.

    Mh12-pm 1341.
    On 23-01-20 i approach fugewadi service center for regular servicing, there were no repair work other than regular servicing. I just had mentioned to adjust the chain setting, then instantly the guy noting job card mentioned that chain & sprocket may need to change (Note - vehicle was still stand & engine was off), and took my sign on job card. I was expecting they will check the condition of chain & will inform me. On safer side i informed them that i will take back the old material. They replaced the chain & sprocket without further information. I reached service center in late evening to collect the vehicle. As shop was closing and i was last customer, i checked the vehicle (Not thoroughly) and took the delivery, also collected old chain & sprocket.
    Next day morning[protected] i checked my old chain & sprocket and found that it is still in good condition. I reached service center to inform the fact, since supervisor was on leave i just informed the guy who prepared the job card and informed i will come back next day again.
    Next day[protected] i again approached service center and meet the supervisor. He tried to explain how usually chain get damaged. I listen first then asked question that you have not checked the chain conditions physically and how you decided the chain condition is damaged. His answer was funny, he said "we are experienced engineers/ mechanics and can observe such chain damage even from distance and even if engine is off i. E. Even chain is not moving.". I think this is something extraordinary skill and they should be awarded by guinness book record. I was in hurry and had to attend a meeting, so i informed him i will come back in two days.
    On monday 27-01-20 i again approached service center, before that i recheck my old chain & sprocket, still the supervisor was in mood to convey me their extraordinary skill, after my strict discussion to the point that he should check the chain in front and prove that the chain is damage or refund me the some charged for this.
    As of now he is agreed to check on saturday 01-02-20. Lets see his extraordinary skill will work fine.

      I had purchased dominar ug in july 2019 from sai service shivaji nagar (Pune). I had very bad experience while servicing my bike their machenic are not professional they are always demanding extra money from the customer. They are not doing properly servicing of my bike. So i kindly request to bajaj auto please look at this issue seriously. Otherwise they will definitely loose their faithfully customer.

        I had booked my vehicle on 17th dec at saiservice kolhapur they had given me false commitment about my delivery of vehicle and demanding extra money for the rto charges and i had made down payment of 105000 and know i don't want vehicle from sai service instead u can arrange from any other dealer presently i am using swift vdi 2012 model and fully satisfy by sk wheels but saiservice has shown the false commitment and wrong attitute
        Pls u can help me from this solution and can arrange vehicle from new dealer

          My bike has completed two years but the shock absorber has nit working properly i have done all my serving in sai service please raise a proper complaint regarding it my bike model is pulsar ns200 the shock absorber is very smooth resulting in swinging of bike please kindly raise a complaint against it and try to solve as soon as possible thank you

            I recently visited the sai service, edapally, ernakulam branch to rectify the front glass which they had not fixed properly. They then insisted the car needs maintenance and all oils had to be changed. I didn't realize that this would cost me in excess of rs.7000 including labour charges of 3000!! For just changing the oils and for a car like wagon r. The service team are just a bunch of deceptive people who are more of salesmen than service oriented. They also failed or deliberately didn't mention that it was done just six months earlier when my wife took the car for changing the glasses six months earlier.
            They also suggested changing many parts but thankfully i didn't do it there fearing that they would bill me the price of another true value car!!. I further went to check if the part replacement suggested by them was really needed and they advised it was not necessary.

              Hello,

              We have booked maruti cng tour on 29 september. We could see some discrepancy in confirmation email about booking as we booked vehicle on 29 however booking date mentioned over confirmation email was 1/2 october. When we raised query about it nobody is replying on it. I am raising it because after allotment our quote was revised mentioning offers have been revised from maruti for october month is that's the case we should have gotten some communication from sai service, however there was no intimation from them. And also, we are still waiting for delivery. Issue is that we are not getting proper communication from the service center, when we ask about expected delivery they are not sure about status. Sometimes they say 2-3 days sometimes 8-10 days. We have to followup with sales person on ongoing basis. We have already made full payment and did not expect this kind of service from sai service. I would like to complaint about mr shreekant pawar and mr. Nimesh patel for their irresponsible behavior and poor customer service. Really unhappy with service.

                When the authorities from sai service ernakulam for the renewal of insurance of car (Kl 64 8087), the contacted person offered me a offer of a coupon of wheel alignment and agreed to produce along with the new policy wef 13.8.2019. But not given the coupon for wheel alignment till date. I have contacted more than 5 times with the telephone number [protected] and all the occasion the phone atteneding person assured that the same will be despatched today itself. They had done the same during the previous year also.

                  I am gaurav khadse booked a swift dezire zxi from your virar centre. The executive had told me that he will give delivery only after passing of vehicle. He along with had also told me that the agent will ask for the money to which i didn't agreed and came myself to rto office but the driver is not coming on time for passing. If my vehicle is not passed today i will not take the delivery after tomorrow

                    On 28th july 2019, i get my bike serviced from sai service agency bombay pvt ltd. After the service i am facing dead display issue from last 3 days because of poor wiring work. Today on 1st aug 2019 morning my bike suddenly stop working and it is not responding at all.

                    Not expecting this kind of poor service for the bikes from sai service.

                      Hi team,

                      On june 21st, i bought vitara brezza zdi plus dual tone using car lease policy. I made this purchase at sai service erragadda.

                      Within a month of purchase i had problem in upper glow box since this is a manufacturing defect i have reported same to sai service team and they suggested to buy new upper glow box.

                      This is very # answer given by team and there is no proper response. I had done first car service on 24 july 2019 and even there is no feedback call from them.

                      All sales team persons are useless. We are purchasing cars by spending lakhs of rupees and there is no proper response from sai service team.

                      I had purchased car via company using car lease policy. I will make sure that my company schneider electric software india pvt ltd and magma finance corp to blacklist sai service from using car lease policy.

                      If my problem is no solved then i will go to consumer court.

                        Today is very frustrating 2 hours at sai service lower parel station, i need to rate the following person (0 to 5 0 is lowest) your receptionist (Two - one might be adviser) rated -0 (Pathetic) i am waiting at your reception area 1.30 min, both receptionist were busy and forgotten to call the service manager. Your adviser (Iran and imran) and call center advisor (Deepali) rated 5, all are well trained to serve the customer well. Your manager and other advisors at sai service station rated 0 who completely deny to take my car today for servicing. I am also written the same feedback to your ceo for this pathetic service from lower parel sai service station. Thanks to deepali, irfan and imran. Hope this feedback will improve your service for remaining customers that you retain.

                          The phone call received from sai service service (Mr. Satyam) regarding insurance policy renewal, he told me the insurance amount of rs. 8632/-. Then i said the online policy of reliance insurance amount is 5, 826/- why there are different in amount. Mr. Satyam said reliance insurance cashless facility is not available in sai service phugewadi. So the different is looking.

                          Given Maruti Wagon R to Sai Service Andheri East service station for Anti Rust Coating, AC servicing and Glass Polishing on 11 June, 2019. The vehicle was returned back on 12 June, 2019 . However, upon using the vehicle, with the AC on, there was terrible chemical smell in the car Cabin. Later, the car was driven by my driver with me sitting inside and with the windows open and AC off. The smell went off by a large extent. Again closed the windows, and put the AC on and to our surprise, again there was a strong chemical smell. Took the car to the same service station back in the evening and Mr. Chetan said that it is the smell of anti rust. He opened the car bonnet and showed us that Anti Rust coating was applied to some parts inside the bonnet and also to the under-body of the car. How can underbody rust coating /paint be applied to the various other parts inside the bonnet in the very first place as it is obvious that AC would suck those toxic paint and make the air inside the car very harmful and dangerous, toxic and possibly carciogenic. They now sprayed little water on it but the smell is still very strong. This is a clear cut case of faulty application and lack of expertise in knowing as to what should be applied where and how and where it should not be applied. I am unable to use my car because of this flaw. The cabin air feels very horrible and causes vomiting and dizziness. This becomes a good case to file in consumer forum and the service station should be charged with negligence.

                            I have purchased my Ertiga car from lower parel sai service in 2015 and from that day to 25th May 2019 i did not got any kind of battery issue.

                            I gave my car for service on 25th May 2019 after servicing my battery is dead why so? Before that there was no issue with my cars battery.

                            My concern is when we give the car for servicing, u don’t check the battery? N now the battery life is total dead.

                              Not 1 but 3 salesmen assured i would get silver magwheels on my brezza zdi ags, just few days before delivery they are telling me it will be black only. How can 3 salesmen be wrong? I as a customer was enjoying tripple assurance for my request and suddenly its all gone. And they are stubborn to fix their mistake! Plus not offering any accessories nothing - its a # experience to buy them by the way!

                                Incident: I went to repair my side mirror under insurance, but your executive asked me not to cover it under insurance else my no claim bonus will go.

                                According to Executive: Insurance Amount ~18000 and I might need to pay ~13000 as no claim bonus, getting benefit of 5k

                                Mirror cost: 3880

                                He provided misleading information by not telling us the Depreciated insurance value

                                So in reality:
                                Insurance premium: ~15k
                                Insurance premium with no claim bonus: ~13500

                                so there was benefit of only 1500 rs

                                if I would have repaired the mirror under insurance

                                I would have get it fixed in (1500Claim bonus + 1000 Charges) = 2500

                                I made a loss of 1400 rs

                                Now I would like to get my 1400 Back in anycase, else I am going to claim a consumer case against it, as I tried explaining Lower Parel Service center about it and they are not giving a ### about it

It came to my knowledge that the old car that i sold to sai service andheri. Its registration is still on my name. Its been 6 years to that matter. I purchased my car on 30/jan/2013.

                                    I had gone to sai service (Palghar) to renew my car insurance, when i asked a employee that does engine waxing is perfomed here or not then the other 3 female employee laughed and the employee which i asked him, he gaved bad words to me then i told him that i am a highly renown officer and i said him that tell your name but he did not told me his name.                                     1200 kms after 3rd service my pulsar 200ns engine oil have become very thin and it's creating face.

                                    Also the radiator fan kick's in alot earlier.

                                    As per the technician at Sai service Bajaj lower Parel, It's normal thing.

                                      I met with an accident in dec 18 and dropped car at sai ser ponda goa for repair. The wuotation given by them is very high due to which icici insurance says they will scrap my car. The surveyor upon survey opined that many work might not be needed.in view i wish to challenge the wrong quote of sai ser. Also my car is till date not repaired. Pls help

                                      I had sent my new ertiga car for 1st servicing on 11/4/19 at Parel workshop. Same day I got the car back. On 13th April I found that one of the bottom cover not fixed at engine side. I feel that it is purposely not fitted or forget to fit. Please take immediate action and resolve my quiry.
