Have done car servicing of my car no. Mh 03 ck 0277 on 12th jan 2019.
Total bill for my car servicing is rs. 8356.00
But the point which is to be noticed is that one of my friend has done car servicing on 15th jan 2019.

He was offered amc, and was charged 15421/- including the cost of amc which was rs 14221/-, and cost of a spare part 1200/-, his servicing was done for free.

On comparing the two servicings, it was observed that most of the services provided were the same e. G., engine oil, break oil etc, and even after that he was offered the better deal.

If i was offered the same deal, i would have gone for it, which would have reduced the cost of this servicing and all the servicings in the future 2 years.

It has been observed with reference to the above scenario that you all offer different services to different customers. This is really harming your brand. I have completely lost my trust ij sai services. I dont think i will bring my car for servicing to your outlet from now on.

Please give me explanation and the breakup of my expenses.

    I gave my bike dominar 400 at bajaj sai service lower parel for a malfunction problem detected.
    The service manager said that he will keep updating bout the bike. Despite that they didn't inform nothing. After 10 day when i called they said we are working on the bike and we will give you tomorrow. On the next day they say it's not gonna happen here we don't have the technician here. You will have to give the bike to the andheri service center. Now i want to know its a new bike which should not have a certain problem like this so soon, secondly my bike is not for experiment, if they can't do it, they should have informed it to me prior, i would have dropped the bike to andheri myself.
    And how can i trust that my bike will be resolved.
    They are just wasting the time so that soon the warranty expires nani will have to pay for it.
    Everyday i call him he says we are working on your bike.
    Now if they can't resolve it then why are they still working on the bike.
    This is very annoying and unprofessional of sai service to do so.
    I will not recommend anyone to buy and service their bikes at sai service if this is how they deal with customers and their property

      I purchased dezire zdi from sai service goa, at the time of delivery i found car having some color problem (Red patches over the body) dealer and staff told me its normal they will solve all problem (Sai staff and manager meena naik) and convince me, from last 9 months im complaining maruti but still there is no solution from dealer side. Now dealer saying they will repaint the car in warranty, but im not purchased new car for repaint, from last 9 months whatever they suggested i did, i am visited sai service kollapur according to dealer suggestion but while removing red patches they removed car white color even i visited rns maruti bijapur, i m registered complaint at maruti 10 times but there is no solution from dealer side. Its purely dealer mistake they given defected car, and many more mistakes and fooled me. I purchased car on april 8 but they given me total wrong invoice wrong insurance and gate pass copy. I attached all copy documents

      When i visited sai service kollapur while removing red patches they removed white color of car even i attached that note service document. I am registered consumer complaint and i am requesting please solve my problem and do concern soon.

      Plaese check all attached documents when dealer given invoice and delivery of car.

        Hi my name is rohan u pise. Today i visited your near showroom ichalkaranji sai service. I want to renew my insurance policy. When i visited showroom they said wait for 1 hr aftr 1 hr mam. Sarala is communicating wid me. Her communication is very disappointing. And mam didnt renew my policy. Very poor service by madem sarala. Hope you follow up my complaint. Thank you.

          Dear sir,

          Was purchase new maruti suzuki swift zxi in may-2016 from sai service, vasai west. On that time they takes 5000/- extra cost as for tyre safe features.in which they told in future upto 40, 0000 kms if any of mycar tyre puncture then all responsibility is on company and company give all tyre along with stepny replacement with new. But the cant attend my complaint regarding this many times. Now my car is run near about 29, 000 kms and two tyres are not in condition for drive as per sai service. Now they are saying that please change both tyres on your own pocket. They are saying that the tyre company (Good year) is not giving any compensation but good year is not giving this bcoz of that tyre safe feature liquid which feel in my tyre by sai service of rs. 5000/-

          Why should i bear this tyre expenses???
          If your staff is not having correct information then why he forced to by this wastage features???
          Please solve this asap otherwise want to go legal.

            As a authorised service centre we expect proper problem detection and solution for same. That's why we visit sai service at shivajinagar. But my last 3 experiences with them are bad to worst. And this not only affects my trust on them but on bajaj too. This is because if bikes are not properly repaired and heavy charges are applied on maintenance of them that will ultimately affect performance and reliability of bike. As a loyal customer of bajaj i expect proper action will be taken to resolve grievances.

              Hi

              I purchased an alto car and found lot of issue's and they cheated as car was certified. We found suspension failed, lower arms failed, steering rod failed, clutch plates failed, they have adjusted to run few kms.

              They cheated me to buy the car and now if i ask them they are saying what ever you want you can do, no once can do any thing..

                When i went in sai service gadhinglaj they not give service they ignore customers and i told i want to wash my car first they told will do and again they told that we can't do intercleaning because the machine is not working but there i saw the
                Machine was working and don't like there conversions they ignore me i hurt plse only tell don't do like this and i bought my car back

                  I have given my alto car for service and after they took two days and not even washing was done properly and they claimed 10000rs, saying that general servies and labour charges and with 36% of gst incurred on the bill.

                  They not done a single penny work, car remains same as earlier, i am not sure that they have changed the enigne oil also, they kept the car and not done any work and billed me the amount..

                  They have cheated me, need justice to my maoney which i paid.. Please help me..

                    My dzire mh02ag1912 first service was done today at borivali east. Mumbai center. Interior and especially exterior was very dirty. Attitude of pick up driver was rude.
                    My building watchman cleans my car daily better than what you did at first service. I am highly unsatisfied with first experience with sai service. I used to do my older cars service at shivam autozone where i never faced such a problem.

                        1. Poor quality of wiper blades fitted during last servicing of my car (Wagonr). So that i changed this wiper two times with in 4 months. Yet the problem is not solved. The same wiper damaged in one ride during heavy rain in front o[censored]s. So that i take the vehicle to said service, nettoor junction. But they are not ready for changed the wiper. If a wiper is not lasting for two months, then the quality certificate of this company may be checked.

                            I brought a new ertiga vxi 2018. On 18ctomber. Car is very awesome but the only one thing which i don't like about the car is the headrest's of center seat they are very annoying. After adjusting them almost in every position they are not comfortable at all. For sometime they feel comfortable but after sometime i was suffering from neck pain. The headrest which are there in front seats are very comfortable but the rear one are not comfortable at all.

                              This is with regard to the service of my above mentioned vehicle. I have approached the Service Centre,
                              three – four times for my vehicle’s 3rd service. But they are not doing the same.

                              Already they have done the 2nd service but by mistake they have entered in the 3rd page of Service Report.
                              And for the 3rd servicing, I have spent three – four days, going in the morning for giving the vehicle for
                              Servicing and in the evening to take back my vehicle. Now, they are saying that they will not service this
                              vehicle. I want to know what is the reason behind this? Kindly look into the matter and revert back
                              immediately.

                                On 18th september 2018, morning i was given my ciaz-zxi+ for paid servicing. This was my first service with sai service - borivali east. At round 6pm the there was call from them regarding clutch problem. I went there and shock to observe that there were no movement of my car which i had drive all the way from my residence at kalyan almost 50 km with regular speed.
                                I denied to take the delivery and kept car there. This smells something fishy.
                                On 21st september, 2018, afternoon after paying the serce charges of rs.13700/- (Without paying any clutch repairing (??) charges)

                                Besides this door locking sensors, theft sensors all these electronic problems are as it is and not attended.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have given my maruti vehicle for servicing to sai service hinjewadi 01-sep-18 while giving the vehicle the battery was fine and post the servicing the battery started giving issue while starting the vehicle, when the issue was raised the team is giving a standard reply of battery duration for which i had asked to provide the serial number of battery as i had taken the vehicle from the same sai service showroom.
                                  They are not able to provide the details, accordingly to me they have replaced the battery of my car with other battery and hence this issue has a raised in my car.
                                  Also the issue which was raised after the servicing was of cng - after starting the car the earlier duration of transferring form petrol to cng was hardly a minute where as after servicing the duration had increased to 8 mins and for this also sai service engineer firstly never agreed and started with the standard comments of this is the normal time for conversion from petrol to cng and asked me to get the cng kit checked.

                                  When i got the cng kit checked i noticed that below the cng kit there is huge oil because of which the entire area of cng kit has become sticky.

                                  This was not the first instance which has happened with sai service, earlier also the issue was of the knob of gear indication on gear which was there while giving the vehicle to servicing but getting the vehicle same was not there and post complaining to engineer they started with the standard comments that it was not there when it came to showroom post complaining they agreed to replace the gear knob.

                                  I would never refer any one to give your vehicle to sai service as they will never check the basic things while doing the servicing and incase of any issue raised post service they will always blame the customer for this issue.

                                  I have informed the team to provide the serial number or get my battery replaced for which i am not getting the proper response.

                                    2 months turn around time and still not yet have recieved an update as to when the car will be delivered to me after servicing. The service station lines are not working. Service representative doesn't respond promptly (At times his phone also not reachable). No initiative taken by the service station to give updates. They're taking one week to fit one fog light (As an example).

                                      My maruti swift went in for a simple servicing. I had opted for a pick up and drop facility. They took the car in the morning and came back at night at 9.00 pm. Next i see is a crack in my windshield. I complained about it to the advisor. But the advisor mr. Latif associated with sai service lower parel, has a disgusting attitude. Its been an hour since i hve spoken to them, they have not got back to me. These service guys come up with so many problems. Every time i send the car for servicing i end up with a bill above 14000. Why does a small car need such high maintenance. I own a toyota innova, i never paid more than 10000 for such a big car. Why are these guys fleecing customers like this. I feel cheated, its our hard earned money, last time i am sending my car here.

                                        I renewed my car insurance policy thru maruti insurance sai service station.
                                        These people are smart, they are prompt in taking payment. However once they receive payment they forget you.

                                        For last 10 days i have been asking their representative to mail me the pdf copy of the policy. They are just not doing it. My last date of previous insurance is already over. I have not yet received the hard copy of the policy.
                                        This is gross level of lack of customer centricity and no accountability at all.

                                        It is also clear that the leaders are also sleeping and not keeping any watch on what their subordinates are doing.

                                        I suggest consumers not to fall pray to this useless maruti insurance and get it directly from the insurance providers rather than this middle man maruti insurance and sai service
