Motorola — Bought motorola nexus 6... feeling cheated!!!

I bought Motorola nexus 6 around 3 months back. It started hanging and over heating since the very first day while asking apps especially the in built camear app. Along with this its power button was not working properly. Then as its so called water resistant feature was proved to be fake when it got exposed to rain one day. Since that day the screen has stopped working too. Service centre is asking rs.22, 000/- to repair it while now the price is rs. 29, 999/- on flipkart. One more rotten feature exposed was its scratch resistant gorilla glass 3 which got scratches on it after a week or two. Feeling totally cheated now by its false self advertised over luring features. Should have bought an apple rather.
