Motorola Customer Care Tnagar — Problem not resolved and dodging the customer | |||
I got a moto x mob in flipkart last yr 2014. It's not even a yr completed, wi Fi button won't turn on. So gav the mobile in tnagar Motorola customer care. After 1 month they gav the mob back clsiming issue resolved. After that wi Fi worked fine but it won't detect sim card. So took the mob again to them, they claimed software issues, since they changed mother board, Mob got locked. Told me they will give the mob back in a week. Every time I call them the no is busy. Learnt that they have put my no in screening. When I try from diff no they pick up and giv fake silly reasons. So went in person to ask my mob but they told mob is not ready yet and ask to come in 2 days. Due to office hrs couldn't go in person. After a 1.5months, I've to go this week in person to ask them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PUTTING CUSTOMER NUMBERS IN SCREENING FAKE REASONS BAD QUALITY Was this information helpful? | |||
