Motorola — Delayed delivery

I ordered a mobile on[protected] and expected Delivery by 17/05/25 Express Shipping. Till now i didn't get my device when i contacted to motorola delivery support team they to wait 24 hr and 48 hr but till now no proper response and when i am tracking my order it was not updated from 16.5.2025 showing expected. 19.5.2025 at 17.30 received at Coimbatore Sort Facility Coimbatore. due this i cant able to gift this on time and no proper contact details of ekart to communicate, motorola support team also not giving the details.
