[Resolved] Motorola — got cheated received faulty product | |||
I purchased this product on 25th july 2014 through flipkart i.e one and half month back only.Last sunday i.e 14th sept it got switched off suddenly, no display nothing totally in dead mode.I called motorola customer care also, they asked me to try it in safe mode but nothing happened.I visited authorised service center in chennai i.e trident technologies, they told there is problem with motherboard its faulty.They changed it, Yesterday i got my mobile from them.For some time it worked properly but again went on dead mode. I called motorola customer care again, they again told me to visit service centre.I didnt purchase the product for going to service centre.But if they would have to repair they would have done it properly. They cheated me i m feeling insecure as service centre people didnt change motherboard and it was faulty.Because after changing motherboard data was there in mobile.motorola company persons are not accepting their mistake. I want my money back.
