Customer By Web Form (Avik Bhattacharjee) 18/02/2016 04.45 PM Dear Sirs, I Shri Avik Bhattacharjee, of Kolkata-7000122 purchased one Moto E Mobile bearing Sl. No.[protected] on 21.08.2015. through flipkart . The said Mobile became out of order on 2nd Nov. 2015 and had to be repaired. Again, on 15th February 2016, Sim slots of the same became defunctioning . On visit to your service centre B2X, Sreebhumi, Kolkata-19, opined that the repairing charge will be Rs.6000/-. When asked for quotation, the company asked for a fees of Rs.272/- at 5.40 P.M. on date, which is totally unjustified prima facie, being more than total production cost of the Mobile Set. In the above context, I seek clarification / justification for making customer scapegoat / fool . Therefore, I demand for repair of the Mobile set free of cost or replace the same with a new one within a period of 15 days.
